Bad collection of clothes and worst customer service. The sales person doesn't want to show any clothes. Super lazy staff.

Never waste your money with such low grade store which is not at all worth money.
They'll fool you and make money. The rates when shown will be different and billing will be different.
Horrific experience and you will end up paying for whatever is billed.

The rates said while getting items won't be same while billing. They force you to pay by blocking and telling "we have already billed so you have to pay"

We spent an hour for collection, we ask water they didn't bother,
Directly they told there is no water for staff also, basic facility is very important for everyone

I have no issue with dresses or sarees. But no AC or Fan inside. No lift also. I don't know how they are running their business without thinking customer's comfort.

First thing, learn to treat customer better and look for their comfort.

No Fan / AC. Lift is not working at all. Need to go 4 floors to find restrooms. How elders will go?

Please respect local language and culture. Kindly provide dresses purchased in the cover or carry bag which has Kannada language. Kannada is an official language of Bengaluru. Will a carry bag or covers in Kannada will be issued in Other states?

They have collection but sales girls are not well mannered. They laugh at customer when we ask them to drape saree for trail, they don't no how to behave I had worst experience at ground flour.

Horrible experience with staff. Went for an exchange of saree due to oil or resin stain on an expensive saree. Despite having the OTP and online billing facility, they refused to exchange the saree on basis of having to produce physical copy which can go lost easily. Then the employees blamed it on reliance takeover making it difficult to take care of customer satisfaction with unnecessary procedures
