We visited Kalarava to address the behavioural issues of our son.
The behavioural therapy taken by Vani ma'am and we could see positive results in the child.
The couselling sessions for parents was also effective.

Being a Psychologist as well as an ABA therapist, I would like to thank Kalarava centre for Child Development for giving me this opportunity to work with the multidisciplinary setup. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to kalarava center and to Ms Elma. My daughter started therapy from last 2 years and had shown dramatics changes in her behaviour and we still continue therapy. We visited Kalarava centre during our vacation in 2022 for my son who was showing some behavioral issues. We first met Dr. Shilpa for consultation. She evaluated him and made us feel confident with time everything will be fine. She recommended us with Occupational Therapy. Robin Sir was assigned to him, he is well trained and was able to gel easily with my son and managed to provide maximum support during our limited sessions we had due to our 1 month vacation. There were lot of changes seen in our kid during this period.

During our next vacation in 2023 also we opted Kalarava for these sessions. Even few sessions taken for just few days showed lots of positive changes in our kid. During our second visit Doctor assigned OT and included Behavioral Therapy. My son was very happy to meet his Robin Sir, the bond created during last year was really strong. We met Vani ma'am for his BT sessions. The positive attitude she carries is remarkable. Every session had good impact on our son. Both the Therapists made sure my child was comfortable. The sessions went smoothly.
Even after our return back to Kuwait, we still request for online sessions, the way Vani ma'am talks wit him and tries to make him understand even gives us hope soon all will be alright.

As a pediatrician have referred many children with speech delay, autism and development delay. They are doing good and have shown great improvement. They also offer online therapy and are consistent. Many children with dyslexia also improved tremendously. Kudos to Dr Shilpa Hegde and team. Keep up the good job.

As a parent of a child with special needs finding the right support system is of utmost importance. I am delighted to share my experience with Kalarava which has been providing exceptional OT, Speech, and ABA therapies for my child. We started to notice developmental delays and sensory issues in my daughter Isha when she was 2yrs old. We were referred to Dr Shilpa Hegde by our pediatrician for assessments. After detailed assessment, as per doctors’ advice we have immediately started Speech, OT and ABA therapy. It has been close to 2 yrs that we are associated with Kalarava and we are seeing a tremendous improvement in our daughter. Taking crucial decisions at right time, making a accurate move has a great impact in one's life. As a parent of 3.4 year old, Kalarava was one such decision which I took for my kid. I am glad I did this move and handed over my son to right and trust worthy hands. My son was 2.4 years old when I approached Dr. Shilpa Hegde Ma'am at Kalarava centre on recommendation of my Pediatrician. Shilpa Ma'am did an assessment and diagnosed my son with delayed speech. We are having a great experience with Kalarava. My son is having speech delay and social interaction issues. We are based in Dubai and were referred to Kalarava. We had a positive interaction with Dr. Shilpa Hegde. As per the advice we are doing online with therapist Noor Safiya. We must thank Noor for her guidance, advice and how to move forward with the day-to-day interaction with my son with regards to speech and the activities to be done. My 8years old son Vivaan is diagnosed with cerebral palsy. We have been attending occupational therapy at Kalarava since 4.5 years.

People say there is no cure for cerebral palsy but continuous therapies can bring drastic improvement in special children. The result is completely depending upon the quality of therapy and the experience of the therapist.

Kalarava is the best ever place to get dedicated and qualitative therapies. Vivaan has improved a lot after attending occupational therapy given by Ms. Veena Susan at Kalarava so till now we have never thought of changing his therapist.

Ms Veena Susan is the best ever occupational therapist i have ever met. ️️️️️️️My son had lots of balancing, muscle weakness and coordination issues. She has given special attention to each of these issues and worked hard to improve my son faster.

The kalarava has really a mesmerizing concept in curing the kids without any medication. They train parents along with kids. They teach us how to behave with hyperactive kids. Kalarava CDC is the best which I have come across. The patience and support of both Dr shilpa nd her team is really appreciable. They are the ones who showered some light on us and our son for his overall development. They have good knowledge in what they do and the one on one experience for kids are the best as they easily get distracted. Good knowledge, good equipment, proper guidance for parents makes remarkable improvement in your children's over all development and behaviour.

It was a wonderful experience for last 6 months at kalarava with my child. My daughter was diagnosed with signs of hyperactivity and had autistic features. She had very poor eye contact, concentration and speech delay. Really grateful to Dr. Shilpa Hegde for helping us and guiding us to deal with this. When we realized our son was not addressing us with 'mummy' or 'daddy', had poor eye contact, name call response was zero even at the age of 3, we decided to visit DR Shilpa at Kalarava centre in the year 2020.
With Dr Shilpa's guidance and support, we were lucky to get Elma as my son's therapist.
I would like to thank the ABA therapist Elma for her hardwork and dedication that she put in my son for getting him to the stage what he is today.
My son was well versed with all the nouns in a very short span of time.
He started addressing us with 'mummy', 'daddy', the name call response and eye contact has improved to a level that now that it's come to normal.
Now he is 4.5 years old and has started sharing his stories from school, he talks to me like any other child does of his age. He recognizes people, talks to them, socializes with his friends in school.

Hi All,

I took online ABA Therapy for my 2 year old son Hetansh for almost 3 months.

Initially was in a dilemma if I could succesfully learn and implement that pattern of teaching. The therapists in kalarava proved me wrong with their patience and constant guidance. They helped me identify the right reinforcers for the therapy which made a huge difference in his learning.

I have seen positive changes in my son's behaviour in a short period itself like sits calmly in a chair, waits patiently, initiates vocalisation, aggression has reduced.

My special thanks to Dr. Shilpa for stressing the need for early intervention. I would also like to thank the ABA therapists (Elma and Ashmitha) for their efforts.

My Son Noah was taking treatment in Kalarava for the past one year. And we started ABA this year and he was showing good progress due covid 19 pandemic situation we got lost because of lock down not able to attend the sessions. But with guidance of Doctor Shilpa we took online ABA sessions for him and it gave wonderful results. He is enjoying the sessions at home. Reduced his problem behaviours, learning new things. I am taking a online classes to my Son on OT and Speech therapy from past 1 month. I am so happy to see the changes in my son since we started these online sessions (aggression has reduced, sits properly in a place, follows the commands, started following toilet manners, sensitivity feel, fear for loud sound has reduced, sits calmly and have his food, cooperates well while conducting the activities, and many more)
