I turned to them after disappointing service delivery and tenant move-in execution from a proptech unicorn player.
I and my tenant were left stranded when tenant move-in was not planned properly and we were waiting for rent agreement in the morning of tenant’s move-in date. Give I do not reside in India made I even more troublesome with the time difference.

As Kaleidoscope came in, they swiftly executed a AMC for my property and took over the tenant onboarding in my flat.
Made the tenant comfortable and addressed all the challenges they faced - given they were moving into a not cleaned up property (thanks to incumbent) and utility services were not operational.
They even sent a goodies pack to the tenant and won them over.

Overall I am really impressed with the diligent and effective team work performed by Kaleidoscope team and already taking comfort in the fact that they are there to manage my property going forward.

We recently became proud residents of our flat in Nikoo Homes, Bharatiya City. Thanks to team Kaleidoscope for creating this beautiful space for us. Couple of months back we visited Nikoo to look at work done by some interior decorators we found through friends. In the elevator, one of the occupants was carrying a wicker basket. Upon enquiring, he mentioned that this was for interior work that was in progress in one of the flats. It piqued our interest and we requested to see the work. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of materials being used and the clean lines of the design. It was elegant as well as practical.
We requested a meeting with the person in charge and were immediately taken to the Kaleidoscope office, and that’s where we met Alok. I think in just about 10 minutes we decided we are going to go ahead and engage Kaleidoscope to get our interiors done. Alok listens to every requirement you might have patiently and suggests which of those make sense and which don’t. We had number of impractical suggestions and he advised us against it to ensure we didn’t regret in future. We had a lot of customizations and the team delivered end to end within 60 days. The best part is, all the communication was done via emails, whatsapp messages and video calls. There was no reason for us to personally visit the site or office, as Alok and team ensured we are updated with photos and videos of the work on regular basis.
Even after we moved in, Kaleidoscope team has extended their support to ensure our move is smooth and stay is comfortable.

We had a conversation regarding a flat in blore. He sent me so many photos in facebook messenger. And then told me he can explain over the phone about that flat. I provided my no. With out checking fb photos.there was a miscommunication regarding the flat rent he said he told me that its in 26th floor I heard 26k is rent instead if 32k. After seeing the flat on a video call, his partner called and we tried to confirm the rent she said there was a miscommunication. I said ok no problem please get back to us after confirming with your partner. Suddenly he called and first thing he said to me that i need to visit a doctor as i am not mentally stable and so on (i am acting smart and so bad things) I think this guy need to go to a behavioural classes to learn how to talk to clients. He would have simply said thats a miscommunication! I was very polite and told him not be rude then he became more rude. If we can pay 26k we have the ability to pay 32 as well. My husband also was on call he said there might be any confusion but its okay but he was just furious and said bad things to us. Its not even his flat he is just a broker but he said i will not give u the flat. Since 2012 i am staying on rent every landlord i have very good terms but never ever found a property dealer like him (not even any human being like this rude and misbehaved!) Owners please check this guy mental state b4 assigning him a property. Surbhi the lady is fine but the guy alok is just not at all a good human being i must say.

The experience was not very pleasant and opposite to what it was promised initially. Post agreement signing they were not bothered to even call and check on the house entry process. Quite a few things unfinished at the new house still not a single call to check the status.

A perfect solution for NRI customers likes me. I did not have any prior interior knowledge but with their help & suggestions with patience, I got my interior & fittings done in reasonable price, time & of good quality. They do tenant management too in case you are interested.
I met one of their team members, Surabhi only once when I was in Bangalore. She showed me their relevant works and answered all my questions. After that it was all over phone. Have been overseas for many years and NIKOO 1 was a purchase made from an investment point of view. Post getting the possession of the flat; I was facing challenges with getting the flat ready and bring it up to “rent ready” state. That was when Alok and Surabhi reached out to help and took charge of the flat wrt doing all the furnishings and electrical works and even helped coordinating with the initial snagging related repairs from BC maintenance team.
