Their courier service is good at all, low cost too.
Bangalore to my native near by 550kms, i packed large plastic packs and 1 bag to send native. They charged only 1000 rupees. I got the parcels in 1.5 days without any damage. I refer you kallada logistics is the one of low cost coureir.

I booked this bus from Perundurai to Bangalore 4 times. But 3 times they call ans say cancelled. But they don't cancel it.

We only have to cancel and lose money.

2 times travelled from Bangalore to Coimbatore. They took nearly 14 hours to reach. Both times AC problem and engine problem so they stopped in Thoppur and Krishnagiri.

Worst bus services.
Please don't prefer if you are travelling with kids and family.

You will most likely regret it if you take a bus from kallada, they have absolutely no responsibility towards their passengers. Our bus was scheduled at 8PM, we were waiting for it from 7.30PM and the bus apparently came at 8.10PM and left and absolutely nobody informed us about it, no call from the bus nor from the office staff to whom we informed priorly that we are waiting for this particular bus, we got a call from the conductor when the bus reached the next stop.

The punctuality is extremely worse, we had an international flight from kochi at 10AM, the bus was supposed to drop us by 5.30AM, even taking an extra hour for delay we would've comfortably reached on time but the bus was late by 3 hours and the driver was least bothered despite our situation and just blamed everything on traffic, we got down midway at 8AM, scrambled to take an auto and barely made it. This bus is extremely worse and negligent, if you value time, service, and peace of mind do NOT BOOK A KALLADA BUS.

They are pro in cancelling buses. Ul fall in trap if u book them. Never in ur life book kallada. Even if world is ending

Poor poor time-sense! Bus was supposed to reach 7: 30am and finally reached 2: 30pm! Pathetic situation for people wanted use toilets.

Being a woman, they took care of me n my belongings like a child, they took care of my needs watever required in the journey stopped the bus when i had hunger n wish to go washroom all staff took me with a lot of care and managed me to pick n keep the heavy bags inside bus n get it off! It's amazing experience with security and safety like Anna's.

Booked a bus from Bangalore to Karur that was supposed to pick me up by 1am, but the bus arrived at 2.20am.we were not informed about the delay and we had to call the driver to know the updates. No tracking which was supposed to be available. And no proper response from the driver. They had made us to wait in the road in the cold weather. I am not going to book Kallada anymore.

I booked bus from Bangalore to Kozhikode. Boarding time was 8.15pm.
Bus was clean and good till rain started. I good a multi axle AC VOLVO bus. After rain started water was pouring to my head. I complained to driver n staff, they some leakage is there. No empty seat so u have to adjust.
