Banglore to hyderabad travelled bus was late for more than 1 hour when I was asking the office boys answer was very rude he said don't you wait for flight or train y can't you wait for bus. I request everyone to just avoid trips from this travels

Pathetic experience, booked tickets from Banglore to haripad. The bus folks on reaching Alappuzha just stopped service and asked me getoff the bus. On talking to their transport department, which is a joke. A guy named Vishnu picked up when i called thru the cleaners phon n lied to me saying, bus has a complaint n offered me a refund as if he is doing me a favor. Meanwhile, I heard the driver mentioning to the cleaner on goin to the yard. Dear Kallada, if your service is aiming to trouble ur existing low customer base you can close shutters soon. Never travelling again!

One of the worst operators in Bangalore, at least. Never sticks to pick up or drop schedules. The quality of busses is hopeless. The windows rattle throughout the journey.

Besides, they charge exorbitant prices during holidays. Imagine paying a price of Rs. 3000/- against a normal fare of Rs. 1100/- and experiencing the agony of prolonged journey.

NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I booked an ac bus they had given me non ac and my bus timings was at 9 since i reached some other branch (madivala) they delayed, bus arrived at 11, just imagine I was traveling alone waiting for a travels bus at 11 O clock somewhere on earth, I'd booked seat around female seat, but since I reached madiwala instead of mathikere branch they put me in some other bus which also was traveling to same place. I sat with some weirdos around me with no AC. Thanks for the hospitality kallada.good job

Organized travel company. There have been instances of staff behavioural issues n high-handedness. Mostly punctual n buses well maintained. Since it is a large travel company back-up incase of breakdown, alternative buses are arranged within short span.

They do provide vehicle transportation to interstate locations such as Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Steps:

NOTE: Make sure to empty your fuel tank when you reach here or keep it to very minimal level.

- Carry your Adhaar or any ID proof with Vehicle RC book copies.

- Request a booking for your vehicle.
- Pay the fare for transportation cost.
- Collect the copy of the bill.
- Walk out and find your way home.

They provide somewhat good costumer service. Comparing with others it may be good or bad. But kallada always be on time performance.

Once I booked an A/c full sleeper and went to Kerala from Madiwala. After one hour it breakdown and they arranged a tamilnaadu local bus and not refunded anything.

I had booked a bus from Bangalore to Kozhikode. From Bangalore i had to get in a different bus which was headed to Kannur and later change bus. This was very inconvenient.

Yes booked ticket from here to Karur. Had to wait for more than 2 hours after scheduled departure of bus. That means bus was late for more than 2 hours. But ride to Karur was comfortable. And the average speed of bus was moderate and stoppage were minimum.

Well the service is terrible, they charge you pretty good but they dont have a working charging port in all seats
When i ask the guys in the bus, they say like they cant do anything about it, and they give an attutude like they are paying the money for our travel

When i tried contacting the customer care, they don't pick the call

Really poor service

Decent experience so far with them. But fares are a bit high when compared to other travels with similar facilities.

I was forced to put one star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this review. Kallada has by far the worst customer service. They have absolutely no service mentality.
1. Didn't pick up the phone when I called to ask the location of the bus.
2. Spoke to me rudely when I went to the office.
3. Gave me wrong information regarding the location of the bus. I had to walk up and down the road in search of the bus.
4. After all this, they refused to accept their mistake and continuously defended themselves. The bus and office staff.
This is what happened today.
Some time ago, I was asked to get out at a location very far away from my stop, even though I had paid for the entire trip (ticket was pre-booked). They told me to travel the remaining distance (2 hours) on my own by public bus or train.
These people don't know how to treat their customers. Such flawed people. Such flawed coordination. Such a flawed agency. All they have, are a lot of buses.
ABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS OR REMORSE.

Prashanth has done a great deal of help in getting us buses in tight schedules and made sure all way for us. Highly recommended

I had taken an A/C sleeper travel from Bangalore to Kozhikode. Each of the sleeper is provided with the amenities like bed, pillow, bed sheet, blanket, telivision, plug point, material holder, and a spot light (for mine it is not working). Journey is much comfortable. Air conditioning is good. Lower deck will be more better than upper ones. Can have to choose the single sleeper who needed more privacy.curtains are also provided. 2 A/C vent will be there for each sleeper which it's direction can be controlled.

Nice bus and seat.but back seat is just terrible. Never book backseat.else it's a well maintained bus with amneties

Are they running a charity service. Staffs are always arrogant. People still use their services. Strange!

I am not satisfied because they dont provide information regarding the bus you are going and the way they talk is also rude
