Worst experience from Bangalore to Kottayam service via Pala.parcel service. No timing.no care for passengers time.

The drivers are very good and experts in driving. Very punctual in picking and dropping time. The semisleeper buses are very hygienic.

Check before booking for difference in This kallada travels G4 & Suresh kallada. Later one is better.
State transport will be on time than this kallada travels. This travels bus service will drop passengers in each city bypass limits, you have to hire auto or taxi equal to amount u spend in bus.
Suresh kallada travels will drop atleast inside some of cities.

Travelled to Trivandrum from Bangalore. No blanket provided and phone charging point also not working. Staff was friendly which was good. I will prefer other travels than Kallada next time
