I recently (07- 10 -2023, PANOOR TO BANGLORE) had a terrible experience with this KALPAKA TRAVELS. (Bus no. 3952) The bus was constantly speeding, making the journey feel incredibly unsafe. The staff were unprofessional and seemed completely indifferent to the passengers' concerns. Overall, it was a horrifying experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Lots of buses, friendly staff, on time
Seat comfort is not good, if you are above 5.5 feet it's difficult, becouee of foot space

Buses are comfortable, they have connection busses to almost all the places in bangalore.
Rates are but high during holidays.

It's a nice travels mainly they are service to kannur Kerala.
They are taking parcels also with affordable price.

They have good service for Kerala if we call they will reserve the seat after reaching we can pay

Pros: - I have been traveling in this travels for the last 8-9 years and the bus service is good and useful. Most of the time, bus starting time and destination time are as per schedule. Has sleeper+semi-sleeper coaches. Pickup bus is also available from certain parts of Bangalore which will make all gather at kalasipalayam kalpaka travels office.
Cons: - kalasipalayam kalpaka office is small, because of which ppl have to stay in line for several minutes to take their boarding passes. Bus leg place is less for a ppl with height 5.10 or more, if the front person reclines their seat then it will be difficult for the person sitting behind with that height to adjust their legs for 7-8 hours of journey. The last 5 seats of a semi-sleeper bus are not reclinable so the problem comes when the seat before them reclines, there wont be enough space for the ppl seating in the last row.
Overall: - If one is ok with the cons mentioned above then it's good only. The other main aspect about this travels is when we want some ticket for a specific destination then it should be available at affordable cost, if it's like that then we will be satisfied

Can't even give one star.such hopeless service. 0n 2nd January 2023 at mid night AH 9272 bus got stuck up at Virajpet area just 2.30 hours after leaving fro Kannur. Very poor maintenance.no spare parts.for one rubber tube replacement we had wait in that cold winter night till 3.30am.
Reached Blore around 8.30am.
Not concerned about the safety of the passengers and irresponsible management. Never ever choose Kalpaka travels
