Iam visited kalyan jewellers Dickinson road because my friend told silver purchasing is good in this shop but when iam enter silver section one staff treated me that kalyan giving freely to customers, very bad and irresponsible staff, iam not remembering his full name some VELU is mentioned in his I'd card so any Customer going silver section dont approach that staff because he thinking he is the boss of the shop

One of the worst experiences, fooling the customers by advertising an offer outside saying 1 gram gold free for a purchase of 50k. And in reality when you go inside they say it's up to 1 gram and there are terms and conditions associated. Please stop using such cheap marketing tactics to attract the customers and stop wasting there time and money.

Worst experience! The staff and the sales manager did not have the basic sense on how to treat customers and were rude. I would never visit Kalyan jewellers nor would refer and would continue to bad mouth on the same.

Staff dosen't have the basic manners to offer seat to customers.
Staff has to be given basic training

Their communication with customers is very poor. Always servers are always very slow. Billing itself took one hour to wait. Their billing explanation to customers never understands. Next visit avoid.

Sales people don’t treat customers properly very disappointed. They dont provide proper information very careless workers worst store ever seen

We visited before Dussera for some small purchase of gold in Commercial street branch.

1. They are short of staff and make people wait. You feel you are not important to them. Asked for someone to attend and he (Shyam) reluctantly obliged.
2. Asked for finger rings for small kids. He rolled a bunch of rings on a tray for us to look at, saying no more variety. While we decided to move to a different counter for dollars, he emptied the tray and threw the tray under the counter with a loud noise. We kept our cool.
3. Went to different counter to check-out dollars. The same guy walked to this counter with more frustration & showed just one tray of dollars. The place was already congested, so I turned back to discuss with my Wife. Meanwhile, this salesman with bad attitude put the tray back. I was surprised why he is doing so and asked to show the tray back and he said you decide first and there are more people to attend.
4. Upon calling the floor manager he too sheepishly tried to attend to the argument and seemed to be clueless what to do next.

We walked in to a neighboring gold shop and finished our gold purchase within 10 mins.

1. Is your shop the only one in town that sells jewelry?
2. Do you treat a small buyer with disdain like this?
3. If you do not have sufficient staff, can't you maintain some courtesy with Customers as they too are adjusting/waiting?
4. Do you expect every customer to buy 1kg gold every time he walks in to your shop.
5. Do you think with this attitude that customer or surrounding ones observing the situation or reading this review will visit your shop again?

Very good collection of necklace, bangles, chain, rings. Nice antique collection too. Staff was friendly.

Inspite of Bacchan Saab's presentation of being honestly priced, actual attitude of staff is into making a fool of customers by citing higher prices

The most expensive jeweller. Such pathetic, rude and careless staff. Highest making charge. I've purchased a lot of jewellery from them in the beginning. However, their making charges shot up sky high, along with their arrogance. You have to go and wait there, but no one would care to attend. Even when they do, they are least bothered to show their designs, unless you are unaware of the market rates or don't care about the high making charges.

Highly not recommended.

I like this place as the staff are very friendly and have lot of patience and show all variety of jewellery without any hasitation. You can get any jewelry at your budget

Good Shop, But the variety of Jewellery is limited. Need to get more designs so that visitors can engage

Editing my review after 3 years, Really Bad experience with the staff, was a regular customer for 3 years and now the staff behavior is really bad.

Sat here for 15 minutes no staff at all. My recommendation: buy from shops nearby hopefully you might get some service there.

Good customer service specially Rajeev.wounderful person.very polite, very patience and other other staffs also.

I had visited the store today and had the worst experience ever. No reception, customers are clueless after entering that where to go. No timely attendance to the customer. Highly unprofessional staff including manger, they will tell different things to customer while showing the article and when it comes to billing it's different. Very ill-managed store.

Good collection of chains and bangles, and rate wise also is fine.happy with the service and billing is the only issue which always happens in all jewellery shop.it will take a long time.

Not a good place to buy silver items, I bought a silver payal for my daughter, payal is so bad that within a month all the bells started falling and breaking.

Complained to the team at 3rd floor, they rejected the complain by giving foolish excuse and laughing at us.

People here, they pretend that they have all the collections.but nothing much.
All is that they try to convince to go to Diamond section and buy it.
I am customer since 5+ years Yesterday on 3rd Jan 2021. I purchased Diamond + insurance to it. But I got only Invoice, not the Insurance paper.

Few sales people are too good.
I would suggest to go to other or Local store for better experience.customer support over call is very tough, if connected also, then they tell that they are from different section.bla bla.
Conclusion: I will not recommend anybody.

The staff is excellent. They knew how to treat the customers. Very prompot in their dealing. If i am not wrong the boys who attended us where Laxmikant and Nitin were, really good, we give them 10 out if 10 points. Thank you it was a good and happy experience.

The ultimate destination for pure 916 jwellery. From the reception to the billing and delivery section, you will feel a homely atmosphere, the staff attending you like your own brother or sister. Once you reach back home with your valuable purchase you will feel that you have purchased from a true value shop.

They have the best collections in their shop but if you people add what exact charing for making it would be good.
I visited other shops too but i saw that you people add more making charges and act like you are giving discounts to customers to make them impress.

I think if you keep making charges properly then it will be an added advantage for you.

I would like to thank Ashwath who is the sales executive who attended to us. He showed us through the designs and items which fitted into our budget. When compared to other Kalyan outlets this outlet was better.

The gold price here is little bit cheaper than others, i don't know why but they provide bis 916 hallmark, so the authenticity is proper. I purchased one diamond ring and the diamond fell off after 2 months. I went to the shop to complain and was expecting some extra charges for the diamond after repair but they charged none and told it will get repaired after 2 weeks. Hoping for the best. 1 star not given as the diamond fell off but i am satisfied with the customer service.

We have a feeling that brands spending a lot of money on promotion using film super star must be cutting corner somewhere in the Jewellary in terms precious metal content or making charge or misleading the customers like the ongoing campaign wherein making charge per gram is being promoted through AB, which in percentage terms works out to no less than charged by the competition. Such starry campaigns almost round the year act as a deterrent to seriously price and value conscious customers like us.

2 stars cos of billing process time taken almost 40 minutes due to server not responding. Seriously can't maintain a proper server to do billing process what a shame KJ.

Worst Jewellers. I had gold scheme policy of 11 months with them. When they sold it to me, they mentioned that I can buy anything without paying any making charges if it comes under 20% making charges. When I went to buy jewellery after completing 11 months, they told that policy has been changed and now they can give me only 6.5% bonus/interest on my total amount.: (The worst part is still to explain. After buying stuff and paying rest of the payment they asked me to pay 280 rupees more, when I asked they told you are eligible for christmas gift and we have to gift wrap it. I paid and I received gift which is non-stick kadahi with MRP 358!: (

I was regular customer for Kalyan customer since last 5 years. But it's worst now.suggestion for management is to take some serious steps for better customer experience, please don't bluff and deceive your customers at-least.

They have parking constraint for 2 & 4 wheelers, even though they have security and valet for assistance.
Once I saw this valet who was completely denying extended parking to a customer even though they have made a purchase of gold and requesting this guy (driver) for some extra time to park their 4 wheeler, as they were mentioning to have some fresh juice from a near by shop (absolute failure of customer service).

In another incident I saw, they took a chair from a kid who was sitting and gave it to a fair skinned person who just entered their shop and that person left the shop without any purchase (underestimating customers). These are some of the things which has to be taken care by mgmt.

Apart from these things they have schemes and other offers just similar to their competitors.

I had a very bad experience in purchasing jewelry from Kalyan Jewels from Dickenson road and Malleshwaram branch.

First, dont purchase scheme here because you get very less bonus which you can get through RD or FD.second making charges are 20-40%. 3rd salesman put pressure on us to buy to ruby and diamond jewelry saying they give offers and discourage us to buy gold.it is trap.

I have purchased necklace in malleshwaram branch and after 2 days i came for exchange because my wife didnt like the design.they asked us to exchange in Dickenson road branch for new design since they have dedicated floor for necklace.we came all the way from Mathikere and selected but they say scheme discount not apply and have to go back to malleshwaram branch where again invoice will be done.they made me keep running and spent nearly 1000rs in travel.

I will never ever ever shop in kalyan.their main aim is to sell ruby jewelry since they get good margin but when you purchase gold they dont entertain and no discounts.do not fall to this trap.making charges are 20 to 40%. Will never recommend people to shop here.they spend more on celebrities like Amitabh etc and they loot customers.

I am done with Kalyan.

Making charges are high, they set it high and when you start to walk out, they start the bargaining process.

The gold price is standard, but value added cost is expensive. Value added includes making charges and wastage. Did not buy anything.

Located in Dickenson road very near to commercial road. Finding the store is not difficult. Am not sure about wheel chair access. Did not enquire about wifi facility. As Advertised, they don't charge for wastages. Having good collections. Service is good.

Brought silver plate n glass. Within one MT colour got changed.
Paid 13k still.

But star treated well during late night purchase.

Jewellery wise stall is good. All attendees are requesting to come to them. Offers are good but they won't explain all. There are different other branches but this is main branch. All attendees who gave address like near kogilu cross etc they are all offices itseems. No food items available beside we need to go to Shivaji Nagar
