We visited this shop in 2018. The staffs were so sweet. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase anything as we were in a rush but their hospitality was good.

This is the experience we had on 25th November 2023. The staff at the churidar section didn't assist in selecting cloths. They looked disinterested to do their work. It was not like that before. Very bad experience. But other sections were very good.

Wide range of clothing available, decent quality of cloths.
Service was good and you have lot of options in saree, lehengas and men clothing.

First learn to answer the call when customers call you. The guy at the desk is purposely saying hello hello oh ah I cannot hear and hanging up!

Sandeep and vijesh pr were so good and polite in supporting and helping us hours together in fantastic way, I personally recommend this branch.

Sales person in handloom section was rude and took great difficulty in showing sarees.were very very judgemental and didn't make us feel comfortable, they were commenting on our choice of sarees thinking we didn't know the language.

Horrible Experience.better buy from more customer friendly place.where they value ur time.

They have very good variety at reasons le prices. From Kids to adults, one can shop every one needs. Access to entrance and parking facility needs to be improved

Worst Bangalore showroom I have ever seen. I have been to all showroom of kalyan silk but haven't experienced such bad experience ever. Not good service, kannadigas executive who work in Bangalore showroom have to be trained and teach manners, no proper hospitality. If you wanna visit kalyan silk then do visit trissur, kerala branch the best service and people.

You have expensive tastes, this is the place for you, although if you just walk around a bit you will find the same suits at a much better price tag.

A big silk center in heart city. Sarees, dress materials, ready-made garments all available in different price range. Reasonable rates.

Customers must be treated well not only when they purchase a saree but even they return it for exchange. Please clearly print or communicate to the customer on the terms of exchanging sarees. I had to exchange two sarees due to color issues and was not treated well by the sales person. Kindly take this as feedback and ensure you given the instructions clear beforehand than blaming later on saree folding concerns.

Collection of bridal wear, sarees, etc is really good. Location is Ok, however the road being a one way will cause issue with parking and if in case one misses the entrance

Nagamma was very helpful & was very good in service. She very patiently helped us without even having her lunch.

Very good experience. The selection available here is really awesome and the staff are also really good. Most of the staffs here are malayalees. All kind of clothes for kids, men and women of any age are available here. The quality of the clothes available meet standards. The price is also reasonable and jaw-dropping offers are also available at times, especially in festive seasons.

Good place to shop for the entire family. I feel price is reasonable and they have good amount of new collections. The staffs were really helpful. One of the great thing about this place is that they have good parking in the basement.

Such a bad experience i purchased 2 lehanga for my kids they told they will get it altered for the measurement so paid and left for alterations they told they are going to call once done it will take 45 min i was busy with shopping at other shop they never called me they dint inform that they are closing at 8.30 pm when i went to collect showroom was closed i was like fool over there fight with security.i requested next day with manger to send it to my address but they outrately refused to do so i had to go back and collect it by myself. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction.

Great collection of silk, cotton, and fancy sarees but not a wide variety to choose from in dress materials. Staff is very courteous, patient, and cooperative. I encountered a few sales men and women who personify customer centricity.

Visited for d onam purchase. But for d kids they didn't had collections. Customer service is excellent. And d keralites who need traditional dress then it s better. Otherwise not recommended bcz of price.

Just one advice in the Men’s section, the huge pile of checked cloths is very disturbing and customers might not get what they were looking for under the pile.

Not so great place for shopping.limited collections n fake lucky draw system during festival season.

Located at commercial street, things seem with discount but reality is different, don't go behind discount, to select is Time consuming for economy purchase

This is a large space near commercial Street. We visit here regularly for all the types of dress. This time it was for a Kerala saree. We got what we wanted. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The process is very easy and they provided us with some coffee.

Not good. Staffs are less interested team.the item you select won't reach at final counters. You will miss few items you selected at final counter.branded items you get in better price at other locations

There cloths collection is not branded but still they are charging humongous amount for normal stuff and when i try to question them there staff starts showing attitude.not going to recommend it to anyone at all.waste of time and money

Salespersons were very nice and polite. Only the cashiers were very grumpy there was no smile no acknowledgement of card received very haughty behaviour.
