Experience On trying to get the birth certificate of my daughter
1. I paid 400 for birth certificate without name for which I was told i can get name typed in it anytime without any charges in future.
2. Few months later I went and asked to get the daughter's name typed in they told they have to issue new birth certificate and had to pay 600 for it again.
3. I accepted it and also told clearly to Mr. Harish that I want the initial of the father also to be typed in. He was so busy he just told okay okay okay no problem and cut the call.
I sent him message in whatsapp also just to be clear as to what I wanted to be typed in.
4. When I got the birth certificate it was wrong and I asked why this error inspire of me paying twice. Mr. Harish was so rude he told all that cannot be done. Now it'll charge more and we need to get affidavit from lawyer and stories. I knew what I was talking about clearly and he tried to mint money from us again.
When I demanded someone senior from the hospital he laughed along with the reception person and told you don't know the process if you want birth certificate you will have to pay and do unwanted process again. That's how it is.
Worst than a government office or government employee.

Even for my first payment I was not given a bill or tax invoice or any kind of acknowledgement that I had paid for it.

I simply went to the BBMP office and asked the same and they gave what I wanted. The BBMP person also told me that no charge has to be paid for the birth certificate but they still charged me once and tried to charge me almost double again for a mistake from their side

Very poor response from receptionist. We have been asked to wait. Even after waited for 1.30 hrs they told that doctor is already left. I strongly recommend don't visit this hospital. There is not even token a system avail.

Worst of the worst hospital, never join this hospital for any type of surgery, My sister admitted for umbilical hernia surgery, she has become unconscious for long time and hospital staff were informing us that she is ok, nothing to worry, Soon after sometime they shifted my sister to emergency ward in Columbia Asia hospital, The columbia asia hospital doctors said that the situation is critical and they admitted in ICU for 3 days, Thank god my sister life is saved and now she is mentally traumatized. So people before going to any hospital check for its infrastructure, doctor reputation and hospital staff and nurse how much they take care of patient. This is my sincere advice.
