Worst experience! Do not admit to this hospital. It takes only a day to complete all 5 tests, but if we are admitted to this hospital, they will take nearly 4 days to finish them and also Doctors will be available in case of emergency.

Hopeless hospital for emergency care and services - Basic common sense they don't have how to treat patient in emergency time and even they don't give bed for patient who was in severe pain and doctor in EMR are buffoons and nurses are laughing and sitting in EMR

Worst hospital management. No one knows anything here and all they do is confuse you and make you roam from one end to other end
There is no proper OPD dept or no rooms for visiting doctors.
For follow up after surgery, you are made to wait the whole damn day outside an OT.

The nurse outside the OT are careless and tell us outsiders to go inside OT and ask for information. This hospital is in a real sorry state. We come here only for the doctor.

One of the worst experience. I consulted Dr. Saroja, gynaecologist, very rude treatment from doctor and care after c-section surgery is worst. Doctor does not check the wound after surgery and a thread was left outside which was supposed to be cut by doctor.since we recognised and went to doctor again, doctor was rude stating that we should have cut the thread by ourself and says patients are educated enough to cut it. If patients are educated doesn't mean they are doctors right. Doctor doesn't listen the concerns of patients instead she visits ward near door turn back and goes just 30 sec.
Even nursing is not good. They don't even sponge bath the baby. They say they will come and that's it, no one returns. Even if baby cries no doctors will check. Utter worst experience. Don't visit this hospital if you are a new mom.

Best doctors, but nurses are worst they don't even obey the doctors.

I request management to give training for security staff (at the entrance gate) to behave well. His communication (Sanskrit words) with the public is theee worst I have ever seen so far.

He don’t minimum common sense & don’t know how to behave in front of patients

Had wonderful exprience here. Doctors and mostly nurse are so caring and friendly u will feel world class service here. They keep checking all and night if patient need something. Truely appricistable really. Maintaince is good. Only concern i had is medical located too far if u were on top floor. 10/10 for the nursing system and people here made me feel cared truely.

With the change of management, the services have become expensive. Recently consulted Dr. Shivakumar & he treated me well. Had several tests done including endoscopy as well as abdominal scanning, chest + neck x-ray. Glad the doctor patiently listened to all my issues in the throat and prescribed the right medicine.

There is ample parking space as well and Ayush medical shop within the arena. The staff here are quite courteous. I was born in this hospital so my family is very familiar with all the senior nurses and doctors working here so the way we are treated is also heartwarming.

Hy, Am Dr.shrivani, I experienced very very bad with senior most reception People, they are very irresponsible, rude and bad behaviour, they even don't know how to behave with public, Their behaviour may effect for whole hospital.

The hospital has no hospitality and duty doctor Mukund is so horrible and rude. He wants to maintain secrecy with the patient's report and give all the treatment secretly. I don't understand why media people are not doing investigation on such hospitals. Hope they have not compromised, if they so so then they are putting patient's life at risk. Please God help patient's at this hospital.

Today I visited Kamakshi hospital for sudden moderately severe stomach pain. The reception staff and the billing staff are both extremely rude. Then I was told to see a doctor called Jyothi. Despite being a senior doctor she didn’t have patience or compassion. She was also rude. And she didn’t even listen to the problem. Only she was speaking while I kept quite. Without listening to the patients problem how can she prescribe medicine? She doesn’t even know the dosage of thyroid medicines available in the market! Worst hospital.

Ward and nursing department is very worst, least bothered about patient condition, they dont listen to your words until doctor come and say.everyone tell different different timewindow to meet the patient. No proper information with staff duty nurses. Its like you are taking government hospital services by paying private hospital charges.

There is no coordination between OPD doctors and the staff, the appointment time given and the time to meet the doctor is 1-2 hours, for some doctor is one hour, and the patients will be 20-25,

There's no option for negative rating. I would have opted for it. Pathetic healthcare provider, they are either business centric or customer centric. But the money they take is top notch. Each doctor has no ethics of patient care, they care about money and self centric. The great physician Dr Ravishankar, made patient come from first floor, only because he doesn't have time to come up. But indeed, he charged for the consultation. The registration process is fairly qstraight forward but they do not accept online payments.

The services provided are very reasonable priced.

The service provided here is terrible. Was made to frantically move from one place to another on my first day of visit inspite of taking an appointment for my sprained ankle from the physiotherapy department.
The subsequent visits were better though.

The worst service you can get in Mysore. No online payment accepted even in 2021. The vaccination slot showed 9 to 11 am but their system started working from 11 itself for registration. How come internet doesn't work before 11 am in a hospital? Too much congestion in the hospital for no reason.

The doctors do their due diligence in treating the patients but we experienced a bad day waiting at ultrasound scanning room. Staff there kept us waiting for more than 1hr 45 min but sending in the people who arrived late. When enquired the answer was just a lethargic 'we will call you'. I feel sad for rating the hospital for a few staff but that's the only way you can rate an experience.

Worst management in ob & G consultation we took appointment in the morning 10.30 am they said it will be on 1.30 pm but it went upto 7 p.m its really worst experience if they cant check several patients at right time atleast they have inform or else dont give too many appointments in day

Ample parking, good casualty center and has dedicated Nursing and doctor staffs. Good and hygiene rooms. Cheapest price one could say in terms of the market. The reception staff and new nursing staff needs to improve

They asked me to admit my mom for a CT scan procedure. They said it would be just for a day and it is more than 7 hours after scan the doctor is yet to come and update me on whether I can discharge or I need to continue with the admission. When I go and ask the sisters when the doctor would come they say he will come, you please wait. This is my first experience with this hospital. Based on the doctor reviews I accepted for this hospital but it is becoming a pain now

Nagalakshmi Bhattacharya is a "worst gynecologist. " Do not go to her even if she is your last option for both consultation and delivery. She is a very impatient woman who doesn't know how to treat pregnant woman. She yells and shouts on you during consultation and doesn't care about your privacy, nor does she listen to your doubts and questions. She makes pregnant women wait for long hours even during complications and doesn't bother to assure them. Rather she injects trauma, fear, anxiety and panic into you and tell you that she won't take responsibility for anything, if you are facing complications. The doctors & nurses in the gynecologt department are highly irresponsible, extremely unskilled, extra arrogant, and have no value for your time. Please do not consider any of the doctors in this hospital for gynecology consultation/ pregnancy/ delivery, specially avoid nagalakshmi bhattacharya.

Dr. Kemparaju is one of the meanest and rudest doctors I’ve come across. I was feeling very sick post my hangover and was given a token to visit him. I come from North Karnataka hence it’s difficult for me to fluently express anything in Mysorian dialect so I told him my symptoms in English. When I mentioned that I’d been puking since the previous night, he mocked me and said “what kind of English is puking. Say vomiting! ” He and his assistant then upon knowing that I’m from north Karnataka insisted me to speak in Kannada only to end up not understanding what I was saying. It was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. I was feeling so nauseous and their primary focus should’ve been in checking me up and consoling me. Doctors and nurses are supposed to be kind and friendly. Moreover, the nurse who gave me an injection literally touched the trashbin and transferred the PPE thrown in the trash and without washing or sanitizing her hands, gave me an injection. She was expected to use the gloves that were kept by but she didn’t. Any of this is very concerning.

Such a worst staff. Doctors are very nice and polite. But duty nurses are so horrible no proper response. My mom was admitted in the hospital. Here nurses behave as they are the doctors.

Will not prefer this hospital for pregnancy. Dr. Nagalakshmi is worst in treating patients. Taking token and waiting for whole day is not acceptable by pregnant women. Better I prefer apollo or sigma.

I have admitted my Mother for a Viral Throat Infection in the Special Ward.
Numerous tests were carried out.
But What I dont Understand is, the Nurses dont give reports to us.
I asked them what is the reason?
They have no answer.
Is there something they hide.
From the attender's point of view, we are constantly worried.
I have been coming to kamakshi since 15 odd years.
I think, they need to revamp the systems here

The best outdated doctor (nagalakshmi) in this generation, managing with just heart rate n nst and having no idea about umbilical cord position. I lost my kid just because of her outdated technology. Even on the delivery day doctor is least bothered to come on time and I had to wait 4 precious hours and nurse did not have a knowledge of doing prechecks before delivery.
Also kamakshi doesn't have a facility of performing scan for pregnancy ladies. Please do not prefer nagalakshmi for pregnancy. She is overloaded and couldn't concentrate on patients properly which could result in losing your kid.

Worst experience. I took my father to this hospital. The so called Doctor didn’t even asked patient about the pain. He gave his prescription. They charge money for everything and don’t even ask about patient pain for giving treatment. Don’t go to this hospital and waste your precious time in critical situation. I don’t even think that person who gave prescription is a doctor.

Good hospital in affordable rates, good doctors and nurses. They keep premises clean, change bedspreads and bedsheets daily. For corporate people may need little more comfort.

Dr. Saroja, the gynaecologist is the worst doctor I've ever met. She's not even ready to ask what the patient's problem is. Waste of time and money. She didn't even ask one question about what the suffering is about. Worst doctor. The hospital administration should do something about this issue.

Person calling himself as Children specialist "U. G. Shenoy" is one rude person who has no time to talk, explain or answer patient query. Zero recommendation.

Hospital is really good. Cleanliness is very well maintained. Staffs are really good. Ambiance is good. The reply from the hospital for any kind of emergency is good. Rooms are very good. Hospital is open 24 hours. There is even a medical store inside it. We can get medicine at anytime. Parking space is also available and very much sufficient.
