Very nice and clean hotel, room are good neat and clean. Staff is very co oprative, main plus point of this hotel is location and yummy breakfast. South Indian breakfast is really good. If you want to visit sdm medical collage or sdm dental collage then its very near hotel, its located next to sdm medical collage and 500 mtr from sdm dental collage. I can give 5star if free wifi service will be added

High ego very egoistic service man asking extra roti at extra cost he said no service onion lemon at extra cost no service no customer instructions accepted typical high ego attitude as if feeding people free please close n go soon will close any way

Receptionist was very rude! Their rules are absurd! We basically didn’t like the experience! Please go to other hotels nearby which have wonderful room for the same value!

Food here is not what we expected and upto the mark we had very bad experience and price to very expensive.

Thier initiative to start food festival is really appreciated, and had a good experience in terms of taste, variety and service.

We booked AC room well in advance and after checking in, front desk asks us to move to non AC room.

And no remorse or sorry about causing inconvenience

Place was good, big rooms. Good place to organise functions and also hot water also supplies, but the most disappointing thing was that the food was not so bad. That is why I am giving 4 stars pls try to make the foods for breakfast, lunch and for dinner little better. That's all

Function hall was too good, and also rooms, but food is worst in this hotel worst worst worst I had experience on 8-11-2021 sister baby shower function we booked hall with afternoon food, too costly and worst quantity don't buy any food from this hotel buy from another hotel, just hall and rooms is better for your functions

The management has changed. The “old Udupi ppl” management was good.
The taste has reduced. The old vibes has gone.

Yet for the first time visitors, still KAMAT YATRINIVAS is good choice.
Like always, you got sufficient CAR Parking, hygienic washrooms, it is well maintained hotel in Dharwad.
It’s a must visit.

The COVID has hit hard, I felt the the dishes were a bit overpriced.

This was the worst experience I ever had in hotels service, in the name of nam bade darshan chote, I ordered 2 plates North thali parcal thay took 45 min time to praper my order and they are costing 260/thali, first impression is the last impression, I don't think to to visiting again. I would to give minus -5 star. For servicing. Hotel is good but service is very bad.

No safety, no lock on windows, charges are more than shown in website. No lively, dim light. No good for family. Manager is not co operative bcoz they are on salary base that's y they behave bad way. When complain that window lock is not there manager said leave hotel wont change room nor fix window lock

Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. Food is very tasty. You get good variety of options for lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet is great and worth every rupee spent.

They take 1 hour to serve idli, Vada and a tea. The service is the worst here. If you are in hurry please avoid going here.

Windows don't have lock, anyone can come from outside from window. We asked staff to change the room. They said all the rooms are booked. But, in the parking hardly any car was parked. So, we had to leave the hotel and search another hotel in the mid night.

This hotel is between Hubli and Dharwad and on the left side while going to Hubli from Dharwad, just next to SDM Hospital. So those coming from Bangalore or / and proceeding further or coming from places like Pune and going to Bangalore can halt in this hotel for taking rest. Had booked online, check in was smooth and so also was check out. Room was clean, service was good. Hotel has ample parking space. There is Swad restaurant owned by this hotel. Had food there and was good in taste. Overall satisfied. Will stay again if I get opportunity.

The rooms here are spacious not much scenary in the balcony but cool place no much crowd.a restaurant to have food which serves real good food and safe place

Room service is bad. After 9 no one picks up phone. Either room service, house keeping, or reception does not pick up calls. Also, remote control, towels, water etc are not kept in room. We have to call and ask.

Restuarant timing is upto 10.30pm only.only single shef is there so we need to wait atleast 1 hour for food

Tasteless food, slow service with very high prices. I'm not sure why these buggers keep only North Indian food in Karnataka? Are you forcing us to eat north Indian unhealthy food? This is just to keep high prices on these foods. I don't recommend this eatery to anyone.

IF you are staying there and having food, then it is acceptable. If you go as a guest just for eating lunch or dinner, pathetic services. They charge a bomb, and we need to check menu and keep telling them that they are missing items to be served. Service staff are damn slow. They measure and serve and think whether to serve or not. Dont try to visit if you are passing by that road. You will end up in disappointment. Last couple of years, it was still ok, but not now. Horrible customer care. If you tell your issues, the front desk ladies sit and laugh making fun. This is the customer care or dont care rather, once they get money.

A non AC room nothing special. Except the buffet breakfast. Rooms are big but badly maintained. They don't seem to give any attention to switches as all switches except one were not working. Restaurant is good but expensive. Although they have south Indian they are interested in selling on north Indian items. Staff is OK. Being at a good locality amenties can be still improved. Otherwise it is just a OK place.

We booked a deluxe room here as we were a group of 5. The room has a spacious living room, a small balcony and a bedroom with attached bathroom. Had to ask for extra bedding. Bed is good for 3 people to sleep comfortably.
The hotel may look old from outside but it's very neat and clean inside. The staff is courteous.
They have an in-house restaurant for visitors convenience. They also provide complimentary buffet breakfast and newspaper. We had high tea, dinner and the complimentary breakfast there. Do try Kamat special curry. It's good.

It the most worst hotel I have ever seen in Hubli dharwad.disrespectful staff to serve food who don't even know how to treat customer who come to have food.friends everyone earn money to have good food in their life.these people give cold and a days late food which is smells bad.we left the food uneatbly and the lady staff speaks so rude instead of apologising with us.worst food cooked and the worst staff ever seen.better check the food before you eat and get admitted to hospital in this hotel.they are not at all Humans.

Earlier Dharwad - Hubli road used to have fantastic tree cover. In the name of road expansion which commenced during early 2010 (which is apparently never ending) resulted in slaughtering of several hundreds of decade /century old trees. The direct impact of choking the green cover created unfavorable operating conditions for this facility. There is always huge amount of dust & suspended particles floating around. The concerned authorities are busy settling matters which are relevant to them & least bothered about inconvenience that public is facing. Slaughter of green cover has resulted in serious repurcussion on The Quality of life of the people.
