Worst place to stay. Management is not responsive to your ask. No towels provided. Hot water only available till 8 am.

They are Overpriced 3k for very average room (single room) since it is new year they are overpriced. Room is not clean at all. Service is bad. No Wi-Fi no mineral water.

Worst experience Hot water timing 6 to 7: 30 Am and no hot water facility reception person not respond to they just sleep in their cabin. Bad and worst experience.

Third class kachada lodge i strongly advise not to stay here and be very careful while paying security deposit first they will beg u to stay here once you pay the security deposit and vacate the room the security deposit will not be refunded if you ask the roudi gonda owner Manu Naik will show his roudism as he is local and coming to rooms worst rooms with no proper service one of the thirdclass residency

Never ever stay in kamat Residency in Murudeshwar, The bed is full of bed begs and the rooms are not at all clean. Please don't stay, They charged 2000rs for 4 person but utter worthless.

The rooms are very costly compared to some other hotels available nearby, we booked 2 rooms and it cost us ₹4300 while other hotels were offering cheaper prices. The price also doesn't justify for the services offered and the condition of the rooms. We stayed in an A. C.room and it wasn't clean. The bedsheets were dirty and the pillows were broken apart. The bathroom were not clean either and there was a dead grasshopper in the bathroom. The water through the taps were not clean (it was muddy water). The TV was not working and the fan switch was also broken. You cannot control the temperature of the AC because they don't give you the remote for it which is annoying because when it gets too cold you just have to turn it off.
I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it is near to the beach.

Worst experience. Will never visit the place again. Rude behavior from the staff. Had very bad experience with water supply (stinks a lot in bathroom). No cleanliness. Would rate zero if possible

I had visited kamath residensy on 03 mar 04 mar. The worst experience i had at the beautiful place of murdeshwar. Staff was so rude, they were neither providing extra blanket even after offering to pay extra money me and my family (5 members) taken matress for staying in one room. They have charged for matress, staff were not providing bedsheets for mattress even after many requests. There were no soap and towel, water and glass for drinking water. I did not recommend to stay at this place.

Worst hotel & no cleanliness of hotel, the staffs are too worst. Very bad experience no hot water, tv set not working, no room maintaince.

I visited the restaurant for lunch. The food was tasting like other Kamat restaurant chain. The place was crowded and the AC area of the restaurant is small.

Charged us 5000 per night. 5 of us shared the twin beds. Checked in at midnight, left in the morning. No hot water. No extra blankets.
AC worked well, beds were large, did not need extra matress which was supplied.
Will not stay here again.

Booked an AC room stayed night, quite clean and good room but hot was not available and hot water timing is 6 AM-8 AM. Western seating toilet.

Service is very poor. No hot water, water is not good, it's in the colour of yellow. If u call also there is no proper response from the Management.

The worst place to stay. Dirty rooms, bed and bathroom. Rude behavior of the owner. Ome can get much better place to stay at the same price which this property is charging. If one need a sound sleep after a long day, this property should be avoided.

Close to the temple, good location and bigger rooms but way too overpriced. There are many other hotels nearby, offering a better deal.

I stayed with my fmly for one night but were not happy with the facilities we had to sleep on the floor because der were bad buks on the bed wich bit us at midnyt

A decent place for family with kids and women just a few meters away from the murudeswar temple. It has a large parking lot and ac/non ac rooms with television. This place doesn't provide hot water and occasional power cuts occur, which has to clarified with them before checking in.

Best place to get chilled. Temple along a beach side. Nice experience. Scuba diving at netrani Islands about 21kms from shore.

Decent lodge for families and groups. Lil away from main temple. Auto charge ₹10 per person. Food served on call. No restaurant though. Prefer only if you have own vehicle. Room rent from ₹1000 to ₹2000.
