It is a renovated good auditorium for cultural and literary activities. It is looked after by Department of Kannada and Culture, Gov.of Karnataka, Bijapur, whose office is housed in the same building. The Audio and lighting set up on the stage is also good.

Attended conference by Bijapur unit of KUWJ on 4/2/2023. CM Mr Bommai inaugurated the function. The hall has a balcony and can accommodate quiet number of audience. Good.
