Don't go to this hospital they have a target to reach certain amount they won't do normal delivery if it happens also.my sister suffered a lot plz viewers c to it and go and they tell jaundice for every intact because they have nicu to make money.
Got the baby out of NICU after 17days, thanks to Dr.kashama kamath and NICU sisters for the help and support, especially sister manjula and sister aksa. Thank you so much for the help and care.
Hi everyone. Had my 1st visit to Kangaroo care n my 1st experience was really amazing from taking appointments till i visited the doctor it was very nice. Anju maam who is marketing head there she was very helpful n she helped me with everything thank you so much maam n then I met Dr Kshama Kamath she was so so nice to me I just hope you all support n be d same till the end all d staffs were also very nice there thank you so much Kangaroo care for the support
I have a very positive experience with kangaroo care. I cannot miss mentioning about Dr. Kshama mam and #Dr. Padma Priya mam who assisted us during and post delivery. Both are literally gifted doctors. We started consulting her from my 3rd month of pregnancy. She guided us with utmost care in every visit. Coming out of the door after each visit would bring a smile on face and make us cherish our pregnancy journey. Now we are blessed with baby boy. I had a c section due to emergency reason. Kshama mam explained us in detail on the reason for it on D-day without passing the tense to my family and we are very much great full to her, I could recover with zero complications and literally no pain post surgery. Nevertheless, staff nurses (Nurse with Kshama mam) are very patient and caring on every visit and also post surgery care. Specially I would like to thank very much the Nurse (her native lang was Hindi, not sure of her name) for all the care post surgery. And the front desk reception staff are very responsive and timely. Scanning room staff are co-ordintive. A big thank you again to Kshama mam for making my pregnancy journey hassle free.
This hospital is well managed and maintained with proper hygiene. Dr. Kshama kamath is an exceptional human being. She is always a believer for the consultants like me. She does treat, guide and suggests properly all the time. This Doctor is always upfront so I suggest the consultants to take it positively rather than taking it in an offending manner. Thanks a lot Doc.
Doctors hospitality and very important nurses hospitality is the top most to point out. Very hygienic and most cleanly maintained hospital. I suggest and refer Kangaroo Care for maternity (delivery) who are about deliver a baby. All the best.
Dr. Divyashree was amazing throughout our pregnancy experience. She was available all the time to answer our doubts and we had a normal delivery and the baby was 3.1 kgs. She is updated and not old school. Very happy with her patience and guidance throughout.
We visited Kangaroo care for my wife's delivery. The staffs were helpful and took care of us well the facility in the hospital is well maintained and nurses were rocking stars they were highly energetic and responsible. We feel grateful to have Padmapriya as our doctor. She guided us well throughout the pregnancy with at most care.she had considered every single metrics in report and our doubts very seriously and always suggested the right things to be followed. She had listened to our queries very patiently and explained us in detail. We have always felt her support through out the pregnancy. We have huge respect and gratitude towards her. Beware of this one lady in Kangaroo care-west of card Road, Ashwini from billing department, she acts as if we are getting treatment for free, Also she lacks basics of customer interaction. She is very rude and unfit to be in hospital work space (better suited for some government office) - I will not detail on what happened because people might decide not to go to this hospital just because of this lady.
Other than bad experience from Ashwini, Overall experience was excellent- Doctors, nurses, housekeeping guys, security team, photographers, food service was very good and these departments exceeded my expectations.
Even the cost of delivery was not too high.
I would request management to kindly take feedback from others as well and take action on Ashwini - if not your good hospital setup will go through rough patch.
Hospital ambience is very good. Doctors are very polite and calm. Only thing I would suggest kangaroo Mothercare team is to change the staircase entrance and provide ramp slide entrance or emergency elevator provision which would be very help for pregnant ladies who feel difficult to climb up stairs during labour/ later stage of pregnancy/any emergency.
Scanning is a scam here, it takes more than 2 hours and nurse are least bothered to explain how long it may take or how many members are lined up. Seemed to be a nurse driven quota basis . If you are recomended by specific doctor or a known person of assistants u get to go soon else make sure to take a day off

Dr Ramapriya kalkunte is the worst impatient and irresponsible doctor I have ever seen, yesterday we went to get vaccine for our daughter the doctor didn't bother to answer our questions and irresponsibly he gave injection, my baby cried full night with pain.
Dr's are good. But the front desk lady employee needs patience while talking with patients. Also their is always fruad happening during billing. We were charged extra charges saying Covid management charges Rs. 1500 - which i didnt see anything. Documentation charges Rs. 1000. They add wrong medicine/ other charges like Thermometer/ Sanitizer/ Oximeter and wont provide during discharge. They are always money minded. They are behind money, to extract from the patient.
All visitors should treat properly, We came here to meet the patient for shortwhile.its a matter of 30 mins. Don't ask them to sit on the footpath. Hospital has huge / grand reception? For what

Would rate 0 if possible. We consulted Dr. Ramapriya Kalakunte and it was very unpleasant experience. Being a pediatrician he can't tolerate baby's cry.
We pay consultation fee and it is the min responsibility of the doctor to ask about how is the child or atleast should be able to listen to our complaints. Firstly gave wrong prescription for 15 months vaccination and after realising he corrected that.
It's not acceptable to prescribe in hurry and we still didn't fight or argue But he is extremely impatient and not even let us cross check if we are giving the right vaccine or not. And he asked us to step out of the room impatiently when baby started crying which is like very common when vaccinated.
Not a pleasant experience, I have visited for my baby’s 15 month vaccination. Doctor is not cordial enough to give few seconds to clear doubts and asked us to move out when baby started crying and he seemed extremely irritated. Kavya here, Very very bad cleaning system. Mosquito bited my baby many places. My baby 3rd dose of vaccination, I went to do the weight check up.within the span of 2minutes, mosquito bited more than 4places of my baby's body.
Also in waiting area too many mosquito, No proper AC control, In rain, winter, summer all the time same cool.
My bad luck because of the over AC cool my baby got cold and cough.
I have been to this hospital since 5 years, i was happy with Dr. Kshama, Shekhar subaih. But yesterday i took my son to Gajval Suraj, he is not at all listening to us, and shouting on hospitals faculties for calling him for my son case. He is very negligence doctor that i have seen.
Worst hospital ever seen, complete scam, they are lotting the money. No proper response from the staffs and not even doctors, waited for more than an hour with a pregnant women. First impression itself worst. I’ll never recommend this to anyone. Please friends anyone reading this, I kindly request you not to consider this hospital.

I'm MAHAMAD SALMAN MASOOD residing at Vijayanagar. I am consulting for my first baby since 5 years. Today my second child 8 days baby suffering due to this my whole family is in panic. In this situation we rush to the Vijayanagar kangaroo care. Doctor and staff taken care of baby. Meanwhile receptionist loose talk with other staff members regarding my family members that they are not a human and other loose talk. One of my family member herd those bad words and got angry.
It's my sincere request you to management, please take care of your staff behavior. Patient and Family comes hospital with panic. These type of loose talk hurt our sentiments.

Usually hospital never honours appointment time and respect the time of patients and their families and they make the pregnant women to sit for 2-3 hours.and even sometimes there would be no place for sitting also.pathetic experience
Worst service ever. I had been to hospital at 1 pm. My child was suffering from ear pain. Shakti is the receptionist I had been requesting for doctor to attend.they are saying there is only one doctor to attend and he is in NICU. No body cares here. I request management to improve there service
Very bad management for paediatric consultation on 1st floor for ultra sound and maternity. There is no instructions for getting appointments. On the day of recurring consulting date, they make you wait for 3 - 4 hours. Even though u have arrived early.
Lack of man power. Lack of scanning equipments. Lack of common sense.
They should learn how to handle appointments and walk-ins. Poor management.
Today at 12 am I took my niece she is just 4 day baby girl to Kangaroo care Vijayanagar, as she was facing some health issue. My father, sister and brother in law was standing near the loby and were waiting for the doctor to clarify some doubt's so the there was a receptionist named Dikshit he called them as inhumans and he was not even guilty for saying that he was telling us if you want to complaint go ahead and complain I don't care about anyone and he treated us very rudely as if we are not human beings I seriously want the management to take serious action against him.because of I will never visit again to this hospital

Staff who takes appointments with the doctors are very irresponsible, they don’t provide clear information to the patients about the doctor availability, after reaching the hospital they carelessly say we informed that doctor is not available, are we mad to visit hospital if it was informed before.
Highly recommended. I have received labour and delivery services at this hospital. Doctors Chandrika ma'am and team, paediatricians, nursing staff, kitchen, billing, audiologist and support staff were outstanding. Amazing labour and delivery unit staff. A special mention goes to LDR head nurse Mrs. Bhagya.
Delivered girl baby on Aug 8th, dr. Chaya mam was so supportive throughout my pregnancy journey and she is so soft spoken and humble, listens to patients problems and makes patients comfortable.and during delivery nurse bhagya was so helpful in labour ward and they treated like own family member… thanks for making my delivery easy and less painfull
Very nice and experienced doctors. All the staff including nurses, housekeeping and accounts dept staff (Mr. Abishek) are very cooperative.very nice experience.
Apart from doctors remaining most of the nurses are non co operative, they simply runs away from work. Only because of the expert doctor we came 2nd time. Some duty doctor is rude also. Some nurses are less trained.
Pathetic home vaccination services from kangaroo care for Kids. Do not trust them, they will schedule and never show up. I called 10 times on the day of appointment no proper answer from them. Since no 0 stars giving them 1.

Improvement area to suggest: 1) Administration: managing the queues during scans and consultation, better to have token system for a proper time and queue management
2) clarity from Admin or nursing teams to explain the next stages and follow-up checkups, insurance clarifications, etc.
The worst ever experience ever happened twice looking at the hospital I felt the treatment and hospitality was good but it's pure money making business twice had gone with my kids they suggest only to go for testing which cost nearly 4000/- which is really not necessary to diagnose any desease there should be prilimanary treatment even after taking one or tow days treatment if not ok then they suggest to go for testing of blood and other things to identify desease but the moment we go there they make us us panic in such a way we should do immediately even for fever also they said same and for normal stomach ache also and even the pharmacist aslo so worst doctor advise in prescription is something he will give something and he behaves so roughly with the customers when asked for return immediately he is refusing to take back and not ready to give money thogh the medicine was not the brand content was same really worried about and they are least bothered about things as they are thinking since it's hospital anybody will come will listen and follow what the say I believe it happened to many.please do not encourage such things so all are not rich to go for such an expensive treatment.
I am very much happy in the service which I got from hospital end.the way staff responded everything was awesome.even the bill section is very easy to approach what ever the dbouts I have he cleared. I met Abhishek he his very helpful for me.

Excellent staff of nurses and doctors.every person in the hospital including the guards are helpful and kind natured and address every issues perfectly. The covid protocols are followed perfectly here. Good place for mothers and fathers to be.
