One stop for the sweets, price are bit high but ok in taste. Service are slow but need to pick up as soon as possible

Why this uttrahalli-Chikkalasandra outlet hates people speking in HINDI? They behave rudely for speaking in Hindi. I have ordered set of sweets and Green Mixture thru swiggy. They intentionally not sent the mixture and they have cheated by adding rotten/expired cheap quality peace of Pedha to Kalakand 500 grams to match the weight. They mix rotten expired sweets to the originaly ordered sweets to match the weight. Third class outlet with cheap mentality employees. These guys have to be tuaght a lesson or this shop will be shut sooner or later due unprofessinal behaviour and cheting mentality. Buyers need to be careful when they pack.they mix expired old items as well. Dont get cheted and teach these guys a lesson. I will never buy anything in future from any of the Kati sweets outlets in Bangalore. BIG CHEATERS!

They are the plenty of sweets and biscuts variety is available and also they have diffrent kind of offers for a coustmer daily.
And they will accepted all kind of debit and credit cards for a cashless transaction.
And particular card they offer cashback also.
And they will have paytm, phone pe, also.
And i feel better service what i expect more then what am feel.

Its costly and pls dont buy dhud peda, Dharwad peda and kova sweets here its not good other sweets are nice.

Kaju pine, Special Mysore pak, Chandrakala, Kaju katli are my favorites. Every time I taste new sweet here. I can either say yummm or wow!

Pathetic shop. Quality of sweet as well as staffs both pathetic. The rascals keep chatting among themselves ignoring customers. Cashier is busy in watching mobile videos and customer is waiting for his Bill. We at Chikkalsandra don't have options else no one will even spit at this place.

In this branch employees hardly have the knowledge of the generic sweets and even the ambiance looks v mediocre

It's not up to my expectation.snacks are worst case. No taste and very high price just for a samosa and they don't even make samosas over there so no chance of getting it hot
