Sweets such as malai gulla, rasmalai and mysore pak were great. We tried other sweets as well like rasgulla, kaju soanpapdi and kashmiri kalakand which were regular. The service is not so good. They are a little rude towards their customer
Here staff is very rude with non kannadigas! I have never seen such rude staff anywhere in sarjapura.if you don't want to give minimum respect and showcase your rudeness to non kannadigas! You are creating a bad impression on kannadigas who are actually good and humble people ever! We love Karnataka as my as we love our state and we respect and adore kannadigas, they are so good and humble people but here staff is cultureless and rude!
Not sure if they have any issues with Non kannadigas. Their staff behaviour is worst when talking to ladies and non kannada people. In Sarjapur Road branch, While paying the bill, one fellow in the counter told the amount in Kannada which I didn't understand. Asked him to tell in English or hindi. But, he was serious and first told in kannada and then translating it as if I did something wrong. And the other staff are rude as well. These people are creating negative impression on Kannada people who are good to everyone.
1. Diabetic friendly sweet (Sugar-free Laddu) is available. 2. Hygiene place. 3. Few chairs are available, if like to sit and enjoy sweets right there.
The staff here are rude and does not know how to handle customers. They keep saying bere bere, not giving time to decide what to select. You want to force the customer to leave you premises as soon as possible as if they are not interested in business. The staff needs to interact in languages other than kannada.making comments on customers not knowing kannada is a shame on the staff and management. The store is in a cosmopolitan city and knowing other languages a bit is mandatory when customers are trying to speak in kannada to help staff.
This is another outlet in Sarjapur Road. It has all savouries and sweets. As always Kanti sweets are costlier side and taste is fine. Has enough roadside parking for the sweet shop. Accepting all mode of payments.
Most awaited shop in this vicinity. All the sweets are authentic. I love Rosagulla, Gulab Jamun and my favourite Malawi Chamcham. For Samosa if you don't have better option then one can try. Almost every month I buy sweets of around Rs800 to 1k.
Worst experience with this branch. Yesterday we brought Kalakand, Dry fruit laddu, Kaju pakoda, Jangiri and pista sticks.
Generally we used to get sweets regularly from this branch never faced any issues till now. But yesterday when we took the above sweets most of them were not at all good. Especially Kalakand which was stinking as soon as we opened the box. Kaju pakoda was deeply fried, dry fruit laddu was also not fresh and good. Jangiri also was not tasty it was like sugar coated sweet.
So we thought of returning back these sweets but when we approached the shop keeper was very arrogant and initially he resisted to take back the sweets but later after a heated argument he agreed for replacing the Kalakand and Dry fruit laddu. He was trying to explain us how will he the taste of these sweets as if we have not tasted ever. So please be careful while u but sweets from this branch. Make sure you taste it once before u take it home.
