Really unhappy with the sweets I bought yesterday at RBI layout Kanti sweets.the sweets are very dry and hard which is really doesn't give the value for money.
Also, it loses their brand value and customer if they're giving such kind of poor quality sweets.

Good sweetmeats catering to all kind of festivities. Certain types look repeated apart from the color. None the less it will be a good buy for all. People may find it on the costlier side. But quality is good. Enjoy.

The worst customer experience ever. Both staff and owner needs to learn mannners. The staff will misbehave and if you complain to the manager (who sits at the cash counter) he would say. "ohh why are you cribbing so much" instead of apologizing for the staff behavior. The staff has the audacity to refuse to serve you saying.we dont have packing for small quantities AND GETS BUSY SERVING BULK ORDERS. I don't know where it is written if you buy less you deserve less respect. Its diwali time and you obviously get bulk orders but don't forget everyday is not Diwali. Can you run your shop only by selling in Diwali? REMEMBER buying small quantities doesn't necessarily mean someone is small in stature. It actually showed what kind of business ethics you have. I was a regular customer to your shop even after knowing you don't have enough variety and you charge exorbitant prices. Viewers if don't feel welcome and respected at place -will prefer to be customer there?

Poor service. Many sales people are there in the counter and but no one is ready to look at the customer and provide what they want. Many people got fed up and gone out. I also came out, without buying.

It's a very nice place to buy sweets and savouries. The staff are polite and helpful. The sweets are of excellent quality

I don't know about other kanti sweet shops, but puttenahalli kanti sweet shop is the one of the worst sweet shop ever seen, there is no other reputed sweet shops in JP nagar 7th phase surroundings, knowing this, they have taken this as an advantage, old stock sweets, I had this bitter experience twice. Not recommended to anyone.

Sweets is very nice fresh sweets are avaiable when ever I went I taken all the mixing sweets it was nice taste puttenhalli near to hp petrol bunk opposite I like it

Amazing collection of sweets available here and they also sell seasonal and occasional delicacies here too.

Worst.because the billing staffs are horrible in handling the customers.not polite.everytime same issues.one star is also not required.

Awesome taste on sweets, confectionery.just liked the taste as always and its remains constant as across other stores in bangalore.for people rates are bit higher as compared to the local sweet shops but the taste Nd quality people can be rest assured.and sometimes just Taste and Quality that matters than price.

The quality of the sweets is pretty good - the attitude of the staff on the other hand needs to bettered to the extent possible.

Bangalore famous for sweet-meats. Good quality sweets and savoury foods available. Some if their best foods are motichoor laddoos, kaju barfi, badam sweets etc

They have got plenty of options to choose be it sweets or savoury.if you have any guests or any occasion do visit.

Big shop, ample space to sit and eat. It is in the 1st floor and requires taking stairs. So, elderly might find it difficuly. The usual kanti brand otherwise.

It's a hallmark sweet shop. Few of their sweets are signature made like Gulab papdi, raskadam and onion kachori. A must try.

Good sweet distribution chain atleast in Bangalore, rasmalai, samosha and Kachori is bit expensive here compared to other available Shop in Bangalore.

Located in JP Nagar 7th phase, good sweets, great number of varieties, some of the savoury items were stale, items were over priced. Customer service is bad and they feel they are doing you a favor. Maybe due to the fact that there are no similar sweet stalls nearby. Not a great experience.

Love the sweetest collection of sweets. They make special boxes for Diwali and other occasions. You get samosa and other chats here. Sweets are heaven!

If you are making payment through card, they don't provide bill upfront to check the items purchased. However you will get receipt once payment is done.

They don't know C of customer service. They are utilizing their MONOPOLY to increase their customer base. They seem to be busy packing their boxes as against attending to customers.

Sweets and other snacks quality is very good, but there price is bit much higher. They should keep there price little low.
