The Kanti shop staff were very rude and arrogant when asked about bill information before paying the bill

They did not give the bill and did not explain the amount charged. The process is reverse when checked first pay the amount and take the bill without verifying the amount

The person added additional weight amount of sweets, which I got to know only after paying the amount

The staff and process is not at all updated. They were reluctant to take amount through UPI or card and willing to share bill only on cash payment, saying digital payments are not trustworthy

Overall behaviour of staff was rude and uncouth towards customer and one of the worst/unprofessional body language when asked a question without explanation or clarification

Expensive but they deliver quality. Apart from their sweets nothing much to write about. They can improve on store experience and employee development.

The staff are courteous. The badam milk is delicious. The store is right on Vidyaranyapura main road, convenient for getting sweets while traveling to office.

The quality of the sweets are excellent, however there are no new varieties from years. Only the cost keeps increasing year by year.

Friendliest Kanti Sweets in Bangalore. I have visited almost all Kanti Sweets in Bangalore. This is the one with most friendliest staff.

Nice sweet shop, well maintained. Only fresh sweets are available. If you don't go early on the evening, you will not get Malai gulla, channa Pais or rasmali. Very supportive, attentive and helpful staff. I visit regularly.
