Horrible experience. Staff is very rude. They speak rude to the doctors also. The reception area needs to have decent staff. Thats the first interaction point for the scared patients. Not helpful on phone as well.

Very worst diagnostic centre for scanning waiting time was more than 3 hrs even though patients are less.

Two members of my family got endoscopy done at this Rajajinagar centre. The reception members downstairs (at endoscopy lab) were excellent. They were kind, professional and very thorough in verifying details and providing information. The technician and doctor who did the procedure were excellent as well. Overall they maintained timings and we were very happy.

I feel delighted to be diagnosed in Kanva, here doctors and staff members are well supportive.

Very bad experience. Ultra Sound scanning is done so carelessly. No proper checking on there own, only when we tell that we have problem then they will check orelse they just put normal for everything.
We spent 8k for complete body checkup, but no use.
Here the physician also don't tell any thing properly even though in the blood checkup it is been given as bold and she don't suggest any tab for any tab until we ask her, then why we have to pay 500 to her in the package.
Quality of service has come down compared to previous years.
Better nor to go for complete body check up.

I had taken my father, aged 80, for checkup today. Everything from wheelchair provision, getting priority to the staff including the assistants were very good and efficient. Thank you for making it a smooth experience.

Inordinate delay in preparing reports Lethargic staff Better not to recommend this center My past experience with Kanva was good enough. Although tests were conducted in reasonable time the delivery of the reports took very long time

Unprofessional and non responsive USG support staff, eager to us the social media than a response to the patients. But technical staff is good and explain the things while doing the scan and gives the knowledge of what happened.

Had a very bad experience, because we here came for my mom's 2d echo test and submitted doctors prescription my mom as mentioned for 2decho test but they have billed for xray as well with out confirmation that's very bad

Good place to get your lab tests done, they take care of the patient by enquiring problems faced and then start working on scan/tests. Some employees over there are good especially Ultra Sound team is nice. (Scanning Doctor and Jyothi Gowda).
