Kapoor's Cafe RR Nagar

Three days ago, we visited Kapoor's Cafe in RR Nagar, a well-known café chain celebrated for its delectable North Indian cuisine. Opting for the Dalmakhani thali and the crisp paneer fry, both of which tasted delightful, we ventured into this branch for the first time.service was also fast. Intereiors seems to be good. Fulka was very soft and full of butter. However, our experience quickly turned disappointing and disheartening.

What transpired was quite unsettling. Seated where the kitchen was in full view, after enjoying our meal, we awaited the bill—a customary practice in places offering table service. As I scanned the surroundings, I witnessed an unsettling sight: an individual in the kitchen was seen spitting. Initially, I dismissed it, assuming it must have been an oversight. However, this repeated, prompting me to investigate further. To my dismay, I noticed one of the workers spitting into a dustbin situated in the kitchen area designated for food preparation and heating.

Observing approximately 7-8 individuals among the staff consuming what appeared to be gutka / Pan, I felt compelled to address this concerning issue. Seeking immediate action, I approached the manager seated at the billing counter to register a complaint. To my surprise, the manager's reaction was disappointingly indifferent, as if such occurrences were deemed ordinary and accepted.

The experience was not only disappointing but also concerning, raising significant doubts about the hygiene and practices within the kitchen premises of Kapoor's Cafe.
My suggestion is, It might be better not to assign tasks to someone who frequently chews gutka or pan.

A decent dhabha style setup to dine with the family, those who are unable to sit on the wired cots can use the regular table and chairs. The starters were very good especially the masala papad and fried corn. They serve huge chunks of paneer which is quite rare in some of the other restaurants. There are multiple combinations of thaali. Lassi is also very good, overall a nice place for vegetarian food.

They don't provide normal drinking water and force u to buy bottles, language is worst barrier, they don't understand kannada, service is slow. Food is good but high of cost

Loved every single thing about the place. The food, the service and the ambient atmosphere helped create beautiful memories. Definitely visiting again and I'll make sure to recommend it to all my friends.

This place is unnecessarily expensive. Good ambience, i agree. But the food is so much pricey that you don’t feel its worth it…

Much costlier to RR nagara.
Curd price starts from Rs 90/- this is the cheaper in restoo.
Gulab Jamun 150/ for 2 number
People will find difficulty in giving order.
Taste is not so good, Ok Ok kind off.
Sitting arrangements are not good.

The attitude of the staff is highly unacceptable. They don't have a basic manners how to talk to the customers. Kindly change the staffs ASAP. Also, the quality of the food is not that great and quite expensive which is not worth it. I will never step in again and spread the same to my connects.

Recently opened in RR Nagar, keeps it's quality upto to the mark, get that punjabi feel, can sit on cot and have the meal, roof top also available, and jain food also in place, only vegetarian food is served. Located in heart of RR Nagar, easily attracts people and must try to visit if you cross this area.
