Karnataka Housing Board Platinum Apartments

One of the best societies i have came across with all the amenities inside.
I really loved the ambiance of it.
If anyone is looking a place to stay around shirke do prefer this.

Good, but roads are maintained cleanly, evening time front road become conjusted for pedestrians

I stay here and I would always rate high because the rate is low in comparison with any other apartments through out Bangalore

Very small houses and exterior ambience is good but even though already sepage we can see in the top most floors

It is in a decent place in Kengeri Upanagar and is located just opposite to Shirke Apartments.

KHB platinum appartment near shrike circle kengeri satellite town not an gud appartment if any body is buying again u have to invest minimum 20 lac after getting registered to ur name especially they have used jungle wood to all doors including d main door which u have to change for stardiness windows r all aluminium sliding doors no Pooja room in this building further kitchen cabinet u have to invest there is an STP from which u will get foul smell throughout d day if d same space any private builder would have done wonders here 1BHK 2BHK and 3.5BHK available I suggest this place to move in as a tenant rather than owner even d maintainace by association not at all gud if any body enter d appartment for first time he will get confused to find out exit gate which is basic sign of board not at all displayed in any of d corners also in entrance of d main gate they should have a map board showing different block which is missing since it's a govt building all substandard materials they have used even d doors handle as well as bolt for locking u have to change

Really an underrated place which needs attention & some fast track development. But who will bell the Govt-cat ¿
