I recently entrusted Karthk Netralaya Eyw Hospital with my mother's cataract operation, and I'm overall pleased with the experience. Dr. Ravindra's gentle approach and extensive expertise made a significant difference in my mother's comfort.

Special thanks to consultant Ms. Shilpa for her thoughtful recommendations based on my mother's age. The explaination during the consultation, provided assurance to proceed further. The insurance process was seamless, and the team's competence is commendable. All staffs are supportive and guide us in each process.

Despite the positive aspects, the wait times before surgery, on the surgery day, and post-surgery were a concern. The staff's responsiveness and training are noteworthy, offering support without dependency on a specific contact person. However, streamlining the turn around time would enhance the overall experience.

In conclusion, I appreciate the excellent care provided at Karthik Netralaya, and I believe addressing the wait times would further elevate the patient experience.

We visited for my father cataract surgery and experience was very satisfactory.

My symptom before I visited Kartik nethralaya was double vision. After I went for a consultation, they diagnosed that I couldn’t diverge my eyes and that I needed Binocular Vision therapy. Dr Nikhil D helped me with my diagnosis as well as treatment. It has significantly helped my vision and I have no complaints now. I went for about 36 sessions. I am a college student and could not miss classes and they took that into consideration when I visited Kartik nethralaya. Each session lasted about one hour and I could see the difference and improvement after every session. All the Doctors and staff are very kind and helpful.
All in all, am glad I went to Kartik nethralaya with my concerns.

We are glad to visit Karthik Netralaya for eye check up of my 12 year old son. After general eye checkup Dr. Nikhil had Suggested Binocular vision Assessment. After assesing they suggested vision therapy for few days. But after taking vision therapy for 6 days itself.a drastic change came which reduced the double vision (squint) mostly to nothing. Special thanks to Dr. Nikhil for suggesting binocular vision assessment and for the care, patience given during vision therapy. And in karthik Netralaya one to one attention was given for vision therapy which is rare. Thankyou to whole team and awesome service of Karthik Netralaya.

Well equipped hospital with good doctors and staff. My family doctor advised this hospital. They are treating very well.

It's ridiculous that you have to take off your footwear and walk bare feet in the dusty basement, black mat and lift. What happens when one wants to go to the toilet? Yucky feeling irrespective of the service provided. Have reusable /washable shoe covers available instead or maintain hygiene by mopping the floor regularly.
There is more chances of disease transmission if one is bare feet going from floor to floor and bathroom in and out.

Had a lasik surgery at karthik netralaya.
It is a painless surgery for about 10 min. Post surgery you need to take rest for 2 days. I was under the observation of Dr.deepthi meda. She is very calm and composed supportive even after hospital hours too.

This hospital is pathetic especially in terms of refunding the money back to the patient. My mom underwent an eye surgery here they asked me to pay 10000.00 immediately and on top of that 1500 Rs, the actual treatment cost is 20000.00 Rs, remaining 10000 is through cashless claim of Insurance. This surgery was made in April and now it is September, they didn't pay my 1500 refund which they had taken during surgery. Whenever we go and ask they say after insurance settlment you will get. They asked me to follow up with insurance company for their settlement and because of my follow up they got their settlement back in Sept 1st week. Even after week of settlement received, they have not refunded the money. It's all Business. So please don't even step into this hospital, this is a sincere request to all my dear friends.

Karthik Netralaya Eye Hospital, is the only name which strikes my mind when it comes to any problem with the eyes, be it of my family or for my friends. My family and I have been visiting this place since close to 12 years for our regular yearly eye checkups. As the name suggests, this is like a temple, right from the time you step in till you step out, the kind of reception, warmth and the gratitude which is shown towards each and every person is really impeccable including the support staff.

Dr. Karthik. R. Meda is the kind of cool, calm and composed doctor who listens and attends each and every patient very patiently, understands the problem in detail and explains to the patient in the terminology which the layman understands so that the patient is not scared in listening to those medical terminology and jargons. When my son started having some issues with his eyes, we visited Dr. Karthik and he mentioned, he got the spectacles and we were shocked as he was not even a gadget kid and he explained it is mainly because of hereditary (till then, we were thinking eye sight could come only because of electronic gadgets, which is not THE main cause though!). Over a period of time, when we had a regular checkup, we got to know that, he is suffering from Amblyopia for which there is a “Vision Therapy” available at the same place and is actively driven by Dr. Nikhil. The way Dr. Nikhil engage the kids to get them accustomed to the therapy is exemplary, where kids feel so comfortable and undergo therapy without any problem. Dr. Nikhil explains the progress after every few sessions on how the kid is progressing which fills the confidence level in the parents and makes them feel happy about their kids. We are almost at the tail end of my son’s “Vision Therapy” and feels excitingly confident to see the results.

At this point in time, I would like to take a moment to thank from bottom of my heart Dr. MS Ravindra, Dr. Karthik. R. At first we observed that the place is very nice and organised. During experience we felt the place is very unorganised and unprofessional place for Treatment. I have taken my mother for general check-up on 31st July. They check and said to go for laser treatment and asked me to pay ₹8000/- Before treatment they said they will give some drop but it was very unfortunate they given wrong medicine in eyes. They apologize and said said they will do the treatment later. After reaching home my mom was not comfortable to do further treatment because of mis- management. And I called then that we will not do further treatment. And ask me to visit the hospital and collect the money. Till now due to office work I could not visit for taking the money back even they did not show a basic courtesy to call and check the further status to return the money. The sad part is No one convince me also to continue the treatment.

It was painless surgery. Hospital and its staff arranged everything to clock work precision.

Our kid was diagnosed with Amblyopia at a young age. We had visited multiple hospitals and were suggested to patch one of the eye as long as we can. This was painful and uncertain for the lifetime, atleast till her young age. As we wanted certainty on when to end the patching we started searching for a better options and got to know about the 'Vision Therapy'. So we approached Karthik Nethralaya, which is one such center that offers the 'Vision Therapy'. As our kid was young, we consulted the vision therapist Mr. Nikhil who did a thorough diagnosis and explained every bit of the therapy that our kid will undergo. During therapy we saw a steady progress in our kid's vision and Amblyopia getting cured eventually. The greatest thing is that, Mr. Nikhil continued the evaluation periodically and reported the vision parameters honestly. We took a complete course of therapy which lasted for about 3 months and we are happy to see our child back to normal just like other kids. We sincerely thank Mr. Nikhil and Karthik Nethralaya for helping citizens to overcome this complex vision deficiency.

Very poor service, you have to wait almost half a day to get tested and obtain results. None of the staff is bothered to address concerns.

Being in same area of hospital.its easy access for us. Due to no parking for cars is a pain point as we have to bring aged parents in car only.

Every doctor here is a professional and also various special cases in eye are treated professionally here,

Had very bad exp we visited today and they made us wait for 3 hours.all they answer is wait we will send.
It was poor management in pandemic situation.

A hospital and a doctor who doesn't follow good schedule is really waste.

Karthik keeps on watching from glass door upstrais and make patients wait for hours. Felt govt hospital is far better.

I got my both cataract eye got operated in Karthik Nethralaya. For me they took all possible care for the surgery and I'm extremely happy with their services. Only regret is the timings sometimes they miss the oppintment timings which is inevitable. Otherwise their services are extremely good.

They donot stick to appoitment time, the time which they gave me was 3.15pm and was called at 4.45pm. There is no fifo system, Doctor has say choosing the patients whom he wants to see early. While booking appointment, the attendent says you have wear surgical mask but at the hospital they sell cheap single layer mask st Rs 10. It is good eyecare hospital but they also need to respect individual time not make you wait as I could see many senior citizen getting impatient.

Hello All, I was diagnosed with convergence insufficiency, which made a huge impact to my personal and professional life as well with continues headache and watery eyes. I couldn't focus at work. I was recommend to go to Karthik Netralaya. With all the safety measures (COVID-19) I went under vision therapies (VBA) for several weeks with Dr. Nikhil. He made me to do different activities, eye exercises. Now I am all good and can work for long hours. Thanks to Dr. Karthik and Dr. Nikhil:)
