Worst PG it is. Food is not good & mess is tooo worst & lots of cockroach. Worst maintenance. Owner is not good his behaviour not good. In joining time his behaves very good after check out he behaves very rude. Girls don't join here it's my humble request.

Very bad pg in benglore & fraud owner, There is wifi but they will say they don't know the password. The owner is the most cruel person I have ever met in my life. At the beginning he will say the advance will be returned when we vacate, but when we vacate he will say that it will only be returned when someone new comes in. At first he will say to come after a month. When you go after a month he will say 'no one has come, come after a week'. This story will go on forever and he will never return the advance. Everyone beware of this pg and even if you are going to stay here please don't give him any advance as it will not be returned. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID.

Always make rasam and brinjal curry

Its a very bad place to stay and dont go there please. I have a very bad experience there. The owner welcomes you with a enormous love and care when you joining there, but after that they show there real character. There are many other PG s there with good facilities so avoid this, if u want a good time. I ddnt suggest this for u.

Pg owner is the biggest fraud I have ever seen. He is money minded and cheated us. He said that while vacating he will give security deposit 500 back. But in reality he didn't gave us and cheated us. And almost all the beds have bed bugs

Place is crawling with bed bugs and rats, and at night dogs roam in the corridor. Very dirty and small rooms, the toilets don't have a flush. The tap on my basin was broken and even on telling repeatedly they didn't take any measure to repair it. One of the worst experiences I ever had.

The rooms are too dirty and smelly. The food is pathetic. Though they make big promises about cleaning, unlimited food and what not, ultimately it's all a facade.

Worst pg ever. The owner is a big fraud. He'll never give you any facilities. When you go ask for something he says it will be done but he'll never do it. He'll not even give back the security deposit. When I went and asked for the security deposit while leaving he started manhandling me and even did beat me. He even pulled out a knife. (I know this doesn't seem real but this is what all happened when I was about leave pg). Ultimately I didn't get my money and even got manhandled for asking security deposit.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. The owner will brag about all the facilities they provide in the beginning (like free wifi water can for 5rs and so on). Once you pay the advance and rent and move in here, that's when you will realize it was a mistake. On the first day I slept here all of my body was bitten by bedbugs. I complained and I was given another room which was of the same condition. There is bedbugs in all rooms, I was shifted 4 rooms which all had large number of bedbugs. This place is a bedbug hive. Not only that remember the 5 rs water can, after joining the pg it costs 50rs. The food is even worse. There is wifi but they will say they don't know the password. Never try to come on this pg please i suggest please and dnt make frndship with owner otherwise you are gone and first of all whenever you are entering to p.g please take recipe with u otherwise you will not get security frm owner and owner name is subromuniam one evil owner

All rooms vary in size, almost all rooms have bed bugs, no proper sun light, no proper food, pleasent atmosphere.

It is the worst pg I have ever seen. I spent 1year, the owner will butter you at first, after when you about to vacate he won't return the security money and make an excuse. No proper accounting. Such a fraud pg.my suggestion is never come to this pg.be careful from these type of owners.

Pg owner bledy idiot acting like inocent person while chenging pg u will know his real crualface, rooms r not gud I mean wash room, no WiFi rent only fixed 6000 waste pg, he never give u back advance he will create drama loffer pg no facility because of that every person chenging this pg if u stay there after rent duration completion, while chenge pg he will ask 1/2 month rent to only for 4 days pakka frod pg

No hot water, no washing machine, no tv, no WiFi, rent is 6100, advance 8000, two times food, waste of room cleaning, when we came to PG for first Tym the rent was 5600 after a month 5750, now the rent is 6100 without information they will increase rent. One of d worst PG. Main thing you should not use current. Of you use power you have to pay the bill. Lockers are not good. It is filled with rust and bed bugs. Don't attract to owner behavior. While room clean they won't knock the door directly they will enter. No mineral water. If you won't pay the fee in time they will lock the room.

Be careful. This karthik raj pg will not return your advance during leaving the pg. They will fool you that they will return bit they won't

I would never recommend this PG to anyone. One of the oldest PG in this locality. The rent is 6100 for 2 shaings with just 2 times food and you won't even get any facilities that traditional PG's usually provide. No worth for the money you pay, the owner just butters you with his kind words and totally fails to deliver a good service.

Pros
1. Good south Indian food
2. Located in a very peaceful locality.
3. Surrounded with very good people, kind and friendly.
4. Kannada and English newspapers available.

Cons
1. No food in the afternoon except Sunday's
2. No WiFi/Internet
3. No TV for individual rooms. Only one TV in the dining hall.
4. No washing machine
5. Too costly for the least facilities.

Only two sharing room with attached bathroom in all 80+ rooms. Food is not all good. Only two time food morning and night except sunday. The main problem is so many bedbugs in all the room. Rent is also comparatively expensive as of now 6000 per head. No TV, wifi not available in all the rooms.

Do you won't to stay here. Two share 6100$ single 9500 with two time food no wifi no tv no washing no in time hot water no machine and bonus u will get torture every month rent Time. U feel first month good than u got surprise from owner.no clean Ness bed bugs available food is below average.pakka fraud pg near to main road worst worst maintenance
