The receptionist is horrible ever. She is unfit to sit in the clinic. Money minded. No knowledge. She suggests us to go to cloud 9 as though we don't to go. Better be a good human

Very bad experience over there. The receptionist is very rude and horrible. Not a good place no hygiene nothing. The entire staff is very incooprative

Doctor was very good and kind and experience expert as well.

Receptionist in the clinic treats good only rich guys.

Better change the receptionist she should be a Taj Hotel Receptionist, she is in a wrong place.

Advise for the Receptionist: Try to be a Human not a money machine

remember u will be treated in the same way you treat others.

Receptionist is very rude and not approachable, I had already collected urine of my 2 year old baby by 9: 30 Am from my home and reached Kasi lab by 9: 45, clinic timings shows by 10am it will be open. Nevertheless enquired about it in the reception, if the lab would be operational by 10Am. Receptionist was too rude in answering my question and telling me that it might get opened by 10: 30 or even late and she can't call the lab technician and disturb them. This is not the response expected. On top of that she is advising me that collected urine can be stored in the bottle for more than 4 hours and asking me to wait until the lab technician come.
Lack of timely feedback, not approachable, poor communication. This has to be improved going forward.

One of the best paediatric doctor we have in Bangalore. His diagnosis is always point on. So gentle with babies and kids. So comfortable to talk to. For fussy moms he's a blessing ️

Dr. Kasi is the best childrens doctor in Bangalore. He is old school and would not prescribe unnessesary tests as other doctors.

Customer care is too good and appropriate information will be shared upfront and report's are shared in time.

Dr. Srinivas Kasi is my daughter and son's favourite doc. Infact my daughter owes her life to him. He is so patient with the baby and also with the parents. Now my daughter is 28 years old and my son is 23. Yet my children always remember him fondly. I still recommend Dr. Kasi name to any new parent. May God bless Dr. Kasi always.
