When I first went, the personnel was really welcoming. Dr. Ramesh Kumar was incredibly effective and patient in listening to the patient's concerns and recommending the appropriate medications.

I consulted Dr. Ramesh kumar. Sir is available from 9-12 in the morning and 6-8 evening. Walk in takes around 40 minutes of wait so it’s better to take an appointment on call and come. The desk is professionally managed so you can also walk in, it’s a pleasant experience. He was amazing, very professional, listened to all my symptoms and advised really well. I got healthy in matter of 6/7 days in spite of severe viral infection. He also explained me why which medicine was given, what are the tests prescribed for etc.
I’ll highly recommend the clinic.

Visited for foot hairline fracture. First of all, This hospital is very expensive, I paid almost 8k for a fracture cast. And consultation and registration fee are separate. And even with such high fees, they don't even provide a file to the patient to keep the prescriptions and reports. The treatment provided by Dr Nakul was unsatisfactory as the fiber cast was made heavier and thicker on the ankle joint which caused extreme discomfort and pain and after the cast is removed the ankle and calf have a lot of stiffness and weakness. I know some stiffness is expected but because of poor cast application, it caused extreme stiffness. Even my Physiotherapist said the cast is not supposed to be heavier on joints.

Dr Sowbhagya, a best doctor in town for skin and hair. Very approachable and polite in handling the patient.

Dr Ramesh is our family doctor. He is very experienced, comforting and has great bed side manners. You are always in good hands at Kasper. Clinic is clean and staff is very good.

Nice experience with the staff today. My brother was not well and he needed immediate doctor consultation. Staff seriously corporate us a lot and my brother got the treatment on time. Only the thing is blood test is expensive here. Rest everything is amazing

Had visited Dr Geetha Gynaecologist, amazing doctor on 15th April 2023. Unfortunately, this clinic service is quite bad as they didn't email me the PAP smear results as yet, which should have been received by me latest by 17th April 2023. Today is 25th April 2023. Disgusting, as the reception doesn't even know what PAP smear means.

Costly, but the staff and the doctor (Dr Arul Selvi in my case) are extremely friendly. A few nurses were amazing, and they cared for my baby. Overall, will definitely recommend. I went for pediatrics department.

Visited Kasper clinic for general check up I liked the way the staff treated me and the clinic is very well maintained I highly recommended this clinic.

Went for emergency and for more than half an no one attended. Every ten min recriptionist told ten min at last no one attended. Atlast we had to leave with out meeting the doctor. Even though we called and went.

I had taken prior appointment at 5: 00pm through Practo. I came all the way rushing from work as they kept calling - where are you? I reached on time and the Dr. Sunil never showed up on time. And the receptionist said Dr. Sunil is on the way. Been more than an hour and Dr. Sunil arrives in a car and quarrels with security and says I have no parking. I am going back home. WOW!
I was in real pain. Expected so much and now they want me to still wait and fix my appointment with another Dr. I didn't want to create a mess and didn't have the strength. So please think twice before taking an appointment in this clinic. Thank God, I walked out and found out a better clinic.

Very pleased with the appointment process and medical test experience at the clinic including the follow up visit too post the lab results.

Good experience, the doctor and staff are polite and make it easy and comfortable for the patient. This is what I find missing in most hospitals and clinics in Bangalore - they are only concerned with how much money they can pull from patients

I visited this clinic with my daughter to consult paediatrician Dr. Arul Selvi. She had communicated well, done the diagnosis thoroughly and prescribed the medicines. Had good experience with staff and nurses too. I am happy to have this clinic in my neighborhood

I had gone to Dr Anjana for the pain in my wrist joint. Dr Anjana is one of the best Ortho Dr I had visited.he was too friendly, took an X-ray at the clinic, the x-ray technician was also friendly and did the x-ray without any waste of times.

Consulted Dr. Sreedhar for having chest pain. The Dr was jovial and took my past history. Clinic was well maintained and the staffz at the clinic are very helpful.highly recommended

Pathetic experience. Had to wait for 45 mins for a general physician. They kept on saying doc will be here in 5 mins everytime we followed up. Fully commercialized. For fever and headache, doc wrote 5 meds and recommend some 15 blood tests. Told us it will take 5mins for one injection and drawing of blood. Instead, I was taken to a seperate room, made to lie down on a hospital like bed. It took 2 nurses and 15mins to just get an injection inserted. The way they were handling me, I really doubted if they knew how to do what they were doing. I've taken injections before and never has it taken more than 2mins. Then they started IV which they said would take another 20 mins! Awful.

Very friendly and highly efficient staff with an untiring service motto. Dr. Ramesh is richly experienced and a dedicated doctor who takes personal care of every patient visiting him. The complete hospital crew are professional to the core with constant caring and support. The charges are affordable for all their services. The ambience is excellent.

Consultant surgeon was very good but hospital charges were horrible. Second day only for removal of small finger bandage they charged Rs 700.
Asked about details told 500 for second day follow-up and 200 for re bandage.

But re bandage was one rupee Jhonson bandage.

We go there for Dr. Ramesh specifically. It is a very clean and modern looking clinic. But the prices are very high IMO. A set of blood tests cost me 8000. Which is higher than many equally good places.

Really amazing hospitable service, mr Lipson was extremely cordial and friendly. Dr ramesh kumar is one of the best doctors you can approach and he assesses the situation and prescribes the only bare necessities for treatment.

Most importantly it is very clean and safe especially which is a pont of concern for all of us during this pandemic.

Dr Ramesh is brilliant! No doubt but guess he is in the wrong place. The basics are not in place. The reception are not basic computer literate. They dont understand guest history for that matter guess they are not sure of language Englush. Takes time to respond in an emergency due to poor intellect

I took my second shot of vaccinaton in April 24th. But even after repeated calls and requests I have not received my vaccine certificate.

I normally come here for meeting Dr. Ramesh Kumar. I know him for almost 2 decades now and he is the go to person for my family for our health. Kasper Clinic is truly a benchmark for patient care and service. I feel the consultation charges are a bit on the higher side but you can justify that purely for the location, and you always get more than what you pay for all the time.

Very good experience and excellent patient care. Although I just had to get some injections prescribed by an outside doctor, they had kept the clinic open on a holiday so I could come and get these injections. The nurse explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable.
