Extremely poor service.front desk staff not professional at all. Went to check the pricing for tattoo removal procedure. Even for quotation of the tattoo removal procedure they inquired for a charge of 750 which is abnoxious. Highly not recommended even for visit

Great stuff, each of them. Doctor Sindhu is so knowledgeable and very helpful to understand the skin type and offer recommended treatment. She gives the standard products that’s minimum and timed. I have taken 6 PRP sessions and more than 6 laser treatments/peeling here. I’m only grateful I came here as I spent a lot earlier in local dermatologist clinic but with no impact. Kaya is different. I see science in their course of treatment and products both! I just love the moisturiser and sunscreen.best so far to my oily skin. Thank you so much for your kindness and expert help! I have been visiting Kaya clinic at HSR for over 5 months now. The hair removal service, customer care, basic hygiene is all excellent. From the time I have started Laser hair removal for various body parts (a slightly painful procedure), I have been assigned to Theboral. She is one amazing person. She calms me down. Ensures at every point that I am Ok. Asks me if I would like her to stop. And follows up regularly after the visit if I was feeling any discomfort. Facility has multiple equipment in place but I have used only the hand held one. It’s painful but effective. Within 2 sittings, I saw a massive reduction in hair growth. I haven’t visited in over a month. The laser procedure works. They take precautions. Privacy is maintained. And overall follow the process properly. Would recommend! Ask for Theboral
I've finished three of my laser sessions, and everything is going nicely. I appreciate the treatment's progression. Dr. Sindhu is highly thoughtful. She has provided all the necessary guidance. However, the waiting time is was annoying.my consultation got delayed by 30 minutes but thats ok i got good treatment. This might be prevented by carefully planning the timetables. Everything else is flawless.
My experience is very good. Staffs and doctors are well trained and appreciate the staff patience and friendly nature. Manager Shang is well trained & handle the clients very well. I recommend personally as I’m getting my service from staff Catherine. She is very friendly, polite and handle with care. I highly recommend Kaya HSR.
I have taken insta brilliance treatment from them. Have taken around 9 sessions and I was told that the skin will become clear and will help in removal of the tan. But infact my skin has become darker and with a lot of acne eruptions. I will not recommend anyone to get this treatment done.

I have been struggling to get an appointment since the day I took the laser hair removal package in July. The tools/ machines in HSR service station are always down, they don’t answer calls and if they do they are very rude as if they were providing free service.
Terrible customer service and rude receptionist. I had 4 sessions and faced a problem at each session. Told them, no change or remorse, I wrote an email to kaya and reply was sorry, we noted this. Can't expect anything better if the head office itself doesn't care. Better to use urban company! They do a good job and care about thier customers
The clinic follows up with reminders and the services requested are done on time. One of the best thing is that they are realistic, exact words of doctor being “increasing the colour tone to pure white is impossible you can go a one level up in the skin tone”. Also specifically thankful to jeni and Catherine who helped through the services
I have got laser treatment done here both in Hyderabad & Bangalore and facial hair always grows back. The medications are only effective for the duration it is consumed. My conclusion was that this is heavy waste of money and I am not going back to Kaya ever.
Pathetic service ever.the practitioner was not considerate even, n was using a mobile phone for chit-chatting while shaving. I had to tell her to make her stop otherwise she might be continuously messaging without thinking that there is a customer lying in front of her. Customer's privacy does not make any sense to them, anyone can barge into the room without knocking. I had to point it out to the practitioner. After that I had to wait for half an hour, to get to the laser machine room, as the machine was not free. Why do they give appointments if their laser machines are not accessible at that time? Honestly a waste of time. Also when the practitioner was doing the laser, she was not having any empathy as I was crying with pain but she was not stopping but continued with the laser, I literally had to yell to make her stop for a while. After she was done, when I saw there was a little hair left on the chin, instead of working on it she started pulling it to prove that it was burnt.but actually, it was not n it caused severe pain when she pulled it. I am highly disappointed. Never ever go to the Kaya HSR clinic.

Kaya HSR staff doesn’t value customers time. They book appointment and then cancel it without informing or will book appointment for some time and will inform different time. Mostly weekends are booked so I have to make appointment on weekdays. My appointment was scheduled for 6 pm on weekday for which I have to take day off from office. Usually they call one day prior to confirm appointment but I didn’t receive any call but I got a msg for 6pm appointment so I thought it should be ok, still I called to double check where I was told my appointment is for 5: 30pm about which I was never informed and it takes me at least 1 hr to reach thr so I have to reschedule the appointment. This is so painful I took day off and I cannot get the job done. This is not happening for the first time with me. Previously also I took leave and they canceled my appointment. Services over there are okay but they don’t value customers time and give some silly excuses for there carelessness. One time you can let go of such issues but when frequently repeated it’s really frustrating and there is no one to listen to your complaints all you will get are excuses.

Kaya in all cities is just getting worse every single day, worse customer service, when u try to reach them they never answer your calls and if they do they would say will check and call u back and they never return the call, from morning am trying to connect to them to make an appointment if not to inform me on their next slot available, it’s always an unpleasant experience with kaya to get appointments, I spoke to a north east staff named soundhanya for the update on appointment and still no update from their end. I would absolutely be not surprised if one day Kaya shuts their operations and is off the market, it wil be for obvious reasons no value for customers.
I went to Kaya for my acne treatment in 2021 as I have tried almost all the skin care products and nothing helped. Dr. Sindhu is really great. Her expertise helped cure my acne and maintain the no-acne face. Kaya's skin care products are really good. It's a little expensive compared to the regular products available in the market but it's worth the money. The staff is friendly and professional and they take care of all COVID related rules and regulations with proper thermal screening and sanitising the rooms after every session. My acne treatment took around 3 months of initial treatment and then 3 months of maintenance sessions. Overall it could take a few weeks to months depending upon the treatment you are going for. The sessions are also a bit pricey but again it's worth the money as you'll see great results.
Kaya Clinic provides the best service for laser hair reduction and other treatments. Their results are remakable and it’s cost effective too. The staff and the doctor are courteous.

I am regular at Kaya HSR since past 2014. The service provided by Cindy is exceptional. She is polite, diligent and gives a great customer experience. I would highly recommend her. The Clinic on the whole is very dynamic. Courteous front end staff, who take extra care to make your visit pleasant. The clinical staff are well trained I got my appointment scheduled on time and got my service done. Results are fabulous and would definitely recommend to my friends and family:)

This has been the worst experience I've had so far dealing with a so called skin care specialist. The attending doctor was absolutely horrible. Did not bother to address my concerns or issues. Simply brushed away my queries and din't care to explain about the issue I was facing. Moreover they did not give a bill at the location and explained that bill will be mailed. But as of yet the bill has not been mailed to my email. Safe to say that this has been a poor experience and I would not suggest anyone else to visit this establishment.

The main reason for the stars is on account of the good service by the therapists. However, they seemed to take an unduly long time to get started.close to two hours for just a 10 min session. The time of booking the appointment itself there were a lot of confusions at their end, as to timing. And I had been quite patient and had been open about me being convenient with any timing. I understand it was Independence Day, and also due to COVID situation, they’re still working with reduced staff. But if that was known why didn’t inform in advance? Also while fixing up the slot, I tried to ask how long would be my time slot and how many body parts I could take. But the centre person only insisted that once I go there, they’ll decide. I was even okay with that, but upon reaching there, being made to wait for nearly 30 mins, despite reaching on time for the appointment, I was not told about how long was my slot or which ones I could get done. The most annoying part was, when they don’t have a pain free machine, shouldn’t it be the first thing to mention, even before confirming the appointment? Or if you think you cannot handle with a reduced capacity (And no doc either!), why wasn’t it communicated in advance? To top it all, they tried to convince me to go ahead with the other machine, despite me insisting my doc has specified that it wouldn’t suit me. After I expressed clearly that I would not go ahead with this machine, I was asked to check with another clinic (which was easily more than 10 kms from this place) - and this was after this whole time of waiting. And the session was also interpolated a lottt, adding to the wait. Kindly avoid such instances in future.
I have visited Kaya for tanning issue but the only thing which was suggested was laser and peel. I can opt for anyone. There no skin test to check my skin condition. On top of that every session you go for treatment the staff will keep doing marketing for facial, cleanup and other things which was too annoying. I have hardly got result but I have ended being with other skin problems. I have taken treatment for 10months and used Kaya product suggested by doctor but the result was very minimal. I personally felt it was complete waste of money and time.

We are using Kaya services since 2010. Today, we visited HSR layout branch and had worst experience. It all started with the booking. I called them Wednesday and request to book our session for Sunday for my wife. On Friday, I receive a call from staff and was informed that I missed the scheduled session. After some discussion, it was scheduled for Sunday.
We reached at the HSR center at scheduled time. My plan was to drop her and leave for other work. But I wanted to ensure that everything is good. But I was not allowed to stay inside and asked to leave. I informed them that, I have no intention to stay and have other work to do, will leave but within 30 seconds, I was interrupted three times and asked to leave the center.
Later, they asked my wife to fill some online form, which was sent to my phone. Since, I have already left, it was not possible.telling her that you were supposed to fill that form in the morning before visiting the center, which was never told us, while booking the session.
After completion the session, we need to provide OTP, which again sent on my number. I was asked to stay outside of the door and speak loudly and tell them the number.
I am not sure what security/safety benefits they made out of this. I see a lack of sensitivity towards customer. In 2009, Kaya created differentiation in cosmetic industry by brining some innovative products and services, now many established dermatologist offers similar services. The purpose of visiting them is assurance of quality and professional service. Looks like this is too much of ask. Anyway, this bring our relation with Kaya to an end forever.
I’m using Kaya services more than a decade now until recently I experienced the new Customer service in HSR is playing with accounts and sessions are disappearing! Maya’s tech system is poor when you sign multiple sessions and almost impossible for customers to track. This team managed to disappeared one whole session package (13000+) until I showed them the invoice. The new team seems unreliable, therefore your experience will be based on which branch you are visiting. HSR in that case I would rate -1 and avoid. I prefer Koromanla as the team is reliable and professional over there.
Have been Kaya customer since 3 years but I m really disappointed now with the way how my appointment was handled tis time. Had personally been to the centre for appointment I was lied saying my appointment was blocked but however I din get any message or cal for reminder for the same now I just realised my appointment was not taken at al Receptionist din seem to be interested in first place to talk or enquire but din matter as long as appointment was blocked.
I got best results after taking hair reduction laser service in Kaya HSR layout. Whole staff is really good and comforting. It was a really nice experience.

After investing so much money no improvement at all on skin and skin is getting more damage after applying that, I have used almost for 7-8 months then to noo improvement

I really had a great experience at kaya clinic, hsr layout branch. I have been taking my hair laser treatment from last one year and this is the first time i took service from this branch. Ranjeeta had taken my hair laser session, she did an awesome job, she made me feel so comfortable that i dint even realize, that i came here for the first time.she took all precausionary measures for this covid situation and have done the session very patiently.
