Their laser and peel services are very good. Geeta in particular provided outstanding services and her expertise helped me get amazing results.

Service wise it's good and the staff is also nice and courteous. But, they don't value the customers time. I am going there from more than an yr and every time I have to wait for atleast 20-30min. It would be get if you follow the appointment time and value others time too.

I had bad acne from past 10 yrs I have been suffering with the same had done multiple treatments with diffrent doctors nothing worked. Thanks to Dr Priya and Tejaswini for there suggestions which fitted really well. Dr Priya analysed my problem treated really very well with lot of patience now my skin has improved. Thought they are little expensive but we can definitely find results for what we have paid.

I am undergoing facial treatment from past 5 months. Have seen very good results. The products are also really good. I strongly recommend therapist chandrakala and Theju for facial.

They will give the appointment @ a particular time and no one will attend the customer don’t even respond after going there.

The people here are very cordial and very friendly. Takes atmost care to make customers feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this place for the services they offer! Big shout out to Ms. Geetha, one of the most efficient and proactive therapist here.

I have been cm of kaya since 2013, the services are awesome but they have made it really expensive. Last yr I paid like 9k or so for 4 sessions now it's 3.7k per session.

Update: jp Nagar branch is so inefficient. Even after coming on time I had. To wait for 40 mins for the session even though there were no other customers. Horrible

Getting appointment is more difficult than clearing UPSC. Thanks to them for wasting time and energy and still failed to get appointment anyway. Lol.

I have been visiting Kaya for almost 2 months now for LHR and I could see the results in terms of hair reduction.
The Kaya therapists Pooja is very friendly and helpful who have been taking my sessions from day 1.

I've had a great experience at Kaya JP Nagar. I had body laser hair removal sessions done here and the team at this outlet was very polite, gentle and always ensured I was comfortable during my treatments. Priya and Anusha are names i specifically want to mention for their patience and gentle approach. Tejaswini at the front desk has a great approach towards customer relations. The dermatologists at the clinic are also very experienced and provide good and useful information which helps you proceed with treatments informed.

I want to give 0 rating as its a bloody scam on taking loan for service of skin pigmentation. They are just fishing for coustomers for there financial benifit.where we cant even forfeit the service if we are not finding it effective, we will be stuck with a loan plan of 78,000. Pls dont fall for there sweet talks and benifits for future assistance. Its A Lie.
And will be stuck with bajaj finance where the people who work there are just shouting to pay loans rather than helping us to figure out solution to cancell the service.

I just called the customer care to enquire the pricing structure of facials, the executive said they can only give an appointment and I have to see the dermatologist for pricing questions. When I tried to ask if I can speak to them over call she just cut the call on my face. Wonderful service before I even visited!

Anusha was one of the best therapist she took care of every little thing and made me feel very comfortable

I came to know about kaya from my sister and I was tempted to go for laser hair reduction and I chose Kaya skin clinic JP nagar. With the first session itself I was able to see amazing results with my hair growth in arms and legs. The staff has been super friendly and they took care of everything and cleared all my doubts. I have got the services from Priya and she is so professional and friendly and was very patient to answer all my doubts. The best part is we can consult doctor whenever we want to get more clarification. Worth a try! I recommend kaya to everyone.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I went there for a normal consultation expecting a small treatment because my skin is not that problematic. I go there and they suggest to me a 1 lakh rupees treatment.
I say I will think about it and they ask me to get their products like moisturizer and serums etc, which cost me about 5,000. Before they give me this, I specifically told them I would need a strong sunscreen because i travel a lot and that’s what I use. Turns out they gave me a spf 25 so I call them and tell that I don’t want that sunscreen and they say they’ll call me back. They dont call back but when I send my brother to return it they denied it and sent him back too.
If this is not scamming of money, I don’t know what is.

P. S. The sunscreen leaves the worst white cast I have ever seen and makes the skin very dry.
