Shree was the attendant on my 4th sitting, the process was done properly and less pain was there. It was a good experience for the 4th session.

I've been doing my laser hair reduction with kaya. Absolutely love the service. Henia has been doing my laser and she is amazing. Sessions are almost completely pain-free.
I've been to a couple of other kaya clinics too, but I end going back to the koramangala branch.

The customer experience in Kaya was the worst I've ever faced. I had paid for 6 lazer sessions in advance, so I didn't even have the option of dropping out. I made appointments 1 month in advance, and yet every time they called to confirm a day before, they would change the time. Even on accepting my request for a regular technician, they would randomly re-assign one at the time of the appointment.
Getting numbing cream applied, and using the pain-free machine was a fight every appointment. The staff was extremely unprofessional. Not a single one of the appointments went smoothly. Once you pay in advance, they don't bother with any sort of service.

I've been undergoing the laser hair reduction treatment here.
My overall experience so far has been quite satisfactory. The staff here are pretty decent at their work and make you feel comfortable before beginning the session.
They also have the doctor consult you before beginning any session.
I can also see results as my hair has significantly reduced on certain body parts.
Would recommend this for people who are looking for laser hair reduction.

Worst response from customer service.this is unbelievable that your dermatologist is not available after 6 pm.while speaking on call they will disconnect the call in between. It's very difficult to have one appointment for kaya! My friend suggested I go with this product but unfortunately, after this experience, I am not!

I would never recommend anyone, especially my friends and family. Because nobody will care! This is a shame that you have such a famous name but your dermatologist and staff are not able to maintain it.
I was dying to take the appointment and product unfortunately this type of response made me not go for it. There are other is many good brands where that respect people's time and value the customers. I must say Kaya in Mumbai is the best that y might my friend too suggested to me however kaya Koramangala wasn't.
Surprised to see how dermatologists respond and staff they are already helpless!
After having this experience wowould love to prefer other brands instead of running for an appointment for Kaya!
