First they mess up during facial laser and I have hyperpigmentation on my upper lip which is spreading. I’m asking since 2 days to talk to doctor but apparently they are to busy to talk. I’ve been using Kaya’s services since 6 years in different cities (Kolkata, Pune, Nagpur) and never had this issue. Pathetic service and after service. Please avoid this clinic if you care about your skin.

Took a package for chemical peel, Qswitch laser and PRP. It was good but they can be better

My appointment was with Ridhin. Ridhin was very polite and courteous. He treated me with extreme care and respect and made sure he performed the procedure as per my comfort level. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process and the science behind it before starting. He was extremely patient and took the time to do a great job. Highly recommend Ridhin and this particular Kaya location.

It’s almost more than year for me with Kaya laser hair reduction treatment and the journey of almost 30 sessions. But now from past three sessions I’ve been experiencing terrible pain for the session on face also with face swelling n marks all over face which are red patches somewhere even darker for almost a whole week after I take the session. I’d highly recommend not using candela mission for face. I’ve informed the same almost for every still am getting my laser done on the same. Requesting the Kaya team n doctors to look into this on a very serious note. As the pain is really unbearable and almost reaching to highest of breathes with me getting numb for almost next 10 minutes not being able to even see things around. Such a terrible and bad experience am sure no client would want to be feeling this!

Not Worthy! Not at all professional. I won't recommend their services.
Their smiles and responsibilities end when you are done with your payment. After that, you need to beg in front of them to get your suitable slot. Even after booking, you can't be assured you will get service on your scheduled day because magically they cancel the slot without informing you and Will put blame on you that you cancel the slot Because in their poorly managed ecosystem there won't be any slot booking confirmation message/email, you will get, So verbally whatever you said you can't prove the same in future.
And if you are calling them for clarification they will stop picking up the call.
At least it's my last time with these folks. I Will never subscribe to their service again. Pathetic!

Time management is worst irrespective of your appointment they will always take lot of time to complete any session

Booking an appointment was a mess: email confirmation had a different time than agreed over phone. When we went in at the time of the appointment, none of the dermatologists could attend and the manager/helpers went on to hold on to us for an hour. We had to come back without any consultation. Not a properly managed branch.

I am getting treated under Dr Veena. She is excellent in her field. After 3 months of treatment (Thread, Prp, biocell) under her, I can see my hair quality improved than before which helps to restore my confidence. Kaya phonenix staff are also friendly. Hence will recommend this people who want to fix their severe jair fall treatment.
