Chan and Kathryn are both very patient technicians at kaya indiranagar.

Extremely dissatisfied- the lady operating the machince sent the laser shot to the starting portion of eyebrows by mistake while operating laser hair removal on face- and in return asked me to apply the hair oil and wait till hair regrow- no other compensation for the embarrassment- its been 3 weeks and still my face looks distorted due to uneven eyebrows
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- NO FAIR COMPENSATION FOR THEIR OWN ERROR DONE ON SOMEONE S BODY PART

She is extremely professional and very good at what she does. She made what may seem very scary a super smooth and convenient process.

Kaya Skin Clinic is it is not an ordinary beauty parlour. It is a Skin Clinic, in the real sense, where all your skin problems are addressed by professional dermatologists, who are knowledgeable and answer all queries. The service is extraordinary and courtesy shown by the staff is excellent.

I personally felt very comfortable and well taken care of by Kathryn, she’s so warm and comforting through the entire process. Lily as a coordinator does an amazing job too! Great experience

One of the worst branches of Kaya due to presence of person who instead of talking shouts. Next time I will record and expose how rudely the person of indiranagar kaya branch speaks to the customers.

Appointment was delayed by one hour. This is after weeks of having to wait for a confirmation on their availability. So careless with their machines, it can hit you in the head and there’s no apology. Feel ready to see the leftover razor blades from the previous appointment, where you’re asked to lie down, when you start yours. Kaya has completely lost their quality In service and professionalism.

Kaya is ever ready to sell packages and make money from customers, but hardly any appointments available when you need them. Appointments to be made months in advance and even after scheduling appointments, kaya staff mess up the dates and time. Will not renew packages with any kaya center in future as they are severely understaffed.

I have visited so many clinic before coming to KAYA Clinic.
Dr. Tanushree - is an excellent doctor. She carefully listened to my concerns regarding the hyperpigmentation I was facing and suggest few treatment like PRP, Cosmo Peel, Q-switch laser and Dark circle reduction which has worked a lot, got better improvement now.
And also the Kaya staff who has worked with me on my skin treatments here are very friendly & considerate member.

Very unresponsive for appointments or queries, you keep calling or texting but they never revert. Also, spent a fortune on one of the services for hair only to not see any visible results - probably due to insufficient attention during the consultation.

Worst and too proudy attitude of staff, as in they are the only skin specialist in the city.waste.

My friend has ongoing treatment for cool sculpting with Kaya clinic at Bel Road, Bangalore. She was trying to reach out to clinic on kaya bel road where she originally booked her appointment and also tried reaching manager there. She was asked to reach kaya clinic at Indira nagar by 9 yesterday when I started got message to reach by 9: 20. Currently, it's 10: 15 and nobody is responding and nobody shows up. She has reached by 9 only and waiting since then. This is very disappointing experience.

First they don’t mention the location where treatment will happen. Than they don’t say how many days/session it will continue. Than the clinic do not co-operate with each other to find right timings. When she asked for refund she was told we will work as per your slots but it didn’t go that way.

She had many other alternatives which might have suited her way better. Looks like this clinic has no respect to clients time or client itself.

Be aware. They will be nice to you till you pay your advance. Afterwards, they will snatch your money and will make your life worse. Complete fraud.

I have ongoing treatment for cool sculpting with Kaya clinic at Bel Road, Bangalore.

First they don’t mention me that the location where treatment will happen will be different until they take entire money from me. I visited in BEL road. They informed later that they don’t have machine in BEL road but I have to visit Indira Nagar which is very far from my location. Nor they refund your money.

They have not told how many days needed for it until they take money. They mentioned it wil be done in 1 day and later they said dr suggested not for one day. Though dr herself told initially 1 day is enough.

They don’t have power backup properly for cool sculpting. The machine went off for an hour. And Beeping continuously for couple of hours that give you headaches. They shouldn’t continue this treatment and possibly the worst place to go for this.

In general day also for any treatment they let you wait hours.

Worst never take their complete subscriptions they will cheat they will not even give you appointments if you book they will cancel. It’s my first and last time with them.

One of the best Kaya centres I have visited in Bengaluru. Staff is so warm and welcoming and always provide the best service. Ganga is very helpful and helps you in suggesting what does your skin need. Ashwathi gave me the most soothing service and my skin feels so fresh.

During my last visit to Kaya Indiranagar, I had a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. I went for my laser and left my gold finger ring which was quite expensive on the bed side during the laser session and missed taking it with me. I reached out to Kaya and shared all the necessary details. Upon contacting them, they said they did not receive any in lost and found and later stopped responding to all my calls. Please keep your belongings extra careful, if not, there are chances of it being stolen with zero responsibility or accountability taken from Kaya. Considering its a well known brand, this was least expected and a bad customer experience.

Had an excellent session for laser hair removal. Kaya has always had experienced professionals for laser hair removal. Geetha MK was was phenomenal and I experienced no pain during the course of the procedure. Very patient and meticulous. Thank you team.

Absolutely unprofessional. They made me wait for an hour despite having an appointment, justifying that "this is how it works on Saturdays and Sundays. " They kept people waiting and falsely reassuring that the dermatologist would show up in 10 minutes! When I threatened to walk out, she simply said that the dermatologist is in a procedure. What makes you think that it's alright for a doctor to make a patient wait for an hour? I'm a medical professional myself and I can tell that doesn't make me entitled to make my patients wait. After all this, an apology email or reply won't help. But this review will definitely help people decide to choose a better service provider.
