Recently when i visited the salon, i wanted to get makeup done trust me I had the worst experience ever. Probably the dogs also got scared after seeing me. May be the hair services and spa are good but the makeup was the worst

I recently visited the salon and received a terrible haircut. Not only did the stylist not listen to my requests, but he also seemed to lack the skills necessary to deliver a satisfactory cut. Being a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received.

I’ve been going to this salon since 4 years and it’s been a good experience but few times I felt really bad. Those few times were when once I and my mom had gotten party and wedding makeup for my cousins wedding they charged a lot while the service was average. The manager told he would hire a make up specialist but the same guy who does the haircut was going to do the makeup. The make up was very average not at all happy and they took sooo much time to do it I got so late for the event. We’ll make up was a disaster while the hair style was even worse he did not know to do the hairstyle according to my reference he did something else only and it took so long for him to do it I was so disappointed that as soon as I reached the event I took it off and left my hair. The ne t day my mom dint even come because she was so disappointed with their work she told she would do it on her own. But I did go the next day when I went he did not do any hairstyle he said the previous day he had washed my hair and blow dried that was enough he just pinned my hair but my hair had become oily due to the products used the previous day but he refused to do it again but they had charged me money for this too. He had charged 14k for hair and make up for 2 events for my mom and I. But when my mom dint come the next day I asked for a refund but he refused to give any. This is why he made us pay the full amount earlier itself. The worst experience ever.
And one more issue, the lady who sits in the billing with a braid she always asked for extra money for example in their menu it says 1000 for cleanup she will ask 1300 if u have not gone through the menu you would pay it blindly, but I told her it says 1000 in the bill and she then says ok I was telling with tax u can pay 1000 like what the hell id that she’s done this to me 3 times. Be aware of the prices and that lady.

This saloon is one of the best in its ambience, cleanliness, professionalism. This is so far the best saloon I have visited around North Bangalore. It’s a lovely saloon and spa with great interiors, clean and tidy work. I highly recommend this saloon. It’s not so much on the expensive side, I would say its not very cheap either.

My experience was terrible.
I went to try the services as the spa as it looked beautiful from outside however, the price they charged for the services was not worth. I don’t recommend this spa to anyone as it’s a waste of money.

A. My underarm skin has been peeled out and it’s all red and have to see a doctor.seems they don’t have a trained staff.
B. Again the same beautician who did my wax also did my my facial. It seems she had no experience in doing facial and all my face has got skin peeled out and she exfoliated it terribly.

Best salon, they provide services with almost care and hospitality.
I got my nail extensions done, and it was beautiful done by shameer and i am extremely happy with the results.

Superb service, it's a well trained team. Loved the haircut, exactly how I wanted. The length and cut were both perfect.
Also got eye borws shaped, most painless experience.
Ambience is a plus.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with kayla. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant.

The place is LOVELY! Loved the massage and steam. Their hospitality was sweet. I was assisted by Ms Sapna and Mr Shamir they're delightful and provided excellent service. Overall, I had a great customer experience

I went to kayla to get my eyebrows done, which was a good experience nevertheless. But i have to say, when i got my nails done, i was very impressed. I have bumps on my nails due to my allergies, but the nail technician did an amazing job to make it seem like my nails are normal again. I've never loved my nails more than i have now, and i have him to thank him for the great service and patience that he had.

Don't ever visit this place for haircut. My hair style is literally spoilt and I'm just waiting for it to grow back. I regret going to this place. Normal parlours would have done a good job here. I just feel it is hyped.

I did have the best experience. I highly recommend Junu for massage, pedicure or any other skin services. She is very kind and sweet. Very dedicated at work.

Kayla was suggested by a family friend. The place is extremely well kept, hygienic, each service is a value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I experienced their massage (which was complimentary Excellent experience is what I must say!) pedicure, manicure, waxing and haircut services which were by far the best in all my experiences so far.

I would highly recommend Kayla for all your personal services!

Decent staff, they are helpful and kind. You will get best service, even the waiting area nice and beautiful. You will get parking area so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. In total nice place to get you hair done without worrying about anything else. Paisa pheko tamasa dekho.

Let me begin with saying that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST visiting this place. I had worst salon experience ever. Extremely UNHYGIENIC place with zero attention cleanliness. I visited this salon couple of days earlier to get my eyebrow done and next morning woke up with immense pain with half of my face swollen like a pumpkin. My vision is affected and a visit to doctor confirmed this is a viral skin infection I received due to my salon visit. Up till now I have burned thousands of bucks on doc's consultation and medicine. Never going to this place and would suggest everyone to do the same.

Kayla Spa n Salon is Good and The staff is friendly and helpful in choosing the right treatments. The Interiors is good and hygienic! I would recommend it! Thank you Kayla Spa n Salon staff!

I have wonderful experiences with Kayla. I started coming to this parlour from the beginning of it. I was new in Bangalore and searching for a good salon. I suddenly found this salon and thought of trying. From that day till today I remain a happy and satisfied customer by their services. The stuff are awesome and friendly. Its reasonable and fancy. I like all people here specially avinash who gave me my reception look. That was outstanding. He also did my hair color for the first time in my life and I am loving it. I highly recommend this salon for your lifetime experiences.

I've always used their services and they have never disappointed me. I would say the best salon I found in Bangalore. Recently I went there for Keratin treatment and Bhaskar did an amazing job! Just wow! First, he gave me a piece of thorough information about Keratin treatment and how it works on my hair.everything about what he was gonna do.how long it will last.how should I take care of my hair.everything! Was disappointed with the attitude of the front office. We wanted to get a haircut for the little one and though we were willing to wait the lady at the reception did nothing to accommodate.really pathetic when you don’t value your customer

Avinash preped my hair beautifully. It was super satisfying. It is definitely expensive, but when it comes to the staff and thier dedication; they were caring, friendly and they listen to you.

For the price they charge, they can get better hair stylists.only good ambiance and friendly staff but don''t seem very experienced.they should get better trained stylists.

Plenty of places to go for hairtcut, keratin but Azeem takes it to the next level, great experience.it was my first experience there and i was totally satisfied.

Ladies, if you want a good haircut done visit this place and ensure you get Azeem to work on your hair. This guy has magical hands and can turn your hair into a masterpiece. Love the service.
