Had visited for information and details regarding disability certificate. First made me go around from one block to another, then had to wait outside a locked 34A door for over 2 plus hours. Finally at 4pm I was told by a Ms Nishchitha that I need to go either to Nimhans or Victoria hospital for it bcoz it can't be done here. Such a royal waste of time, energy, effort and money. Totally inconsiderate and inefficient. And I was told by another PWD who got his certificate done recently that it needs to be done in this hospital itself. So. What is exactly going on here? Are you guys at kc trying to fool the public? Are you trying to have some sadistic fun with the pwds? Do u even deserve to occupy those positions/ jobs? Are you there to help the public or warm your seats and get paid for it?
I came here for consultation during evening time patient's has to stand even they can't, doctor (May b duty doctor /Student) are sitting and watching cricket, they are not giving care properly for patients this is my 2nd time experience same feeling.kindly improve patient care and safety.
KC General Hospital is one of the oldest hospitals in the city. The hospital was established by the Mysore Maharaja in 1910 and was named after Mysuru Princess Kempu Cheluvarajamnanni. Since then, it has been one of the preferred hospitals for decades. In fact, it played a very important role during covid as many patients were initially referred to government hospitals
Ex chief minister Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated sub-centres of Jayadeva Hospital and Indira Gandhi Children’s Hospital at KC General Hospital, Malleswaram, in October 2022. The centres will together have 100 ICU beds with ventilator facilities.
This is Karnataka's first hi-tech primary healthcare centre (PHC) that offers free as well as affordable services under one roof.
The PHC is equipped with advanced facilities like laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound scanning, PFT, ECG facilities, besides dental testing machine, ICU, physiotherapy facilities.
These sub-centres are expected to provide better health services - especially to the people of Northern Bengaluru.
Dr Rekha madom& Dr Pramod sir thanks you very much for your caring my father and us.we are happily to ur treatment especially Rekha mam ur so great and super treatment super caring thank you thank you so much Rekha Madam and Pramod sir KC general staff thank you so much lovely treatment in Pramod sir thank you so much sir
If u don't want to get a heart attack please don't go to consultant room no 2 (lady doctor) She is very aggressive and rude to patients For government services means they will treat like a dog No priority for patient
To start with, it's a government hospital which means you don't have to pay any money for the treatment nor the medicine. Instructions are not clear enough for people who are visiting the place for the first time. It's a big campus and awfully crowded all 365 days of the year.
You'll have register yourself first as soon your enter. You'll have to tell them why you are here and they'll give you a sheet with the room number mentioned had you'll have to go there to meet your doctor. You'll have to stand in queue everywhere. Once you meet your doctor he'll give you the prescription and the pharmacy is in the ground floor you can go and collect your medicine for free. They do perform all major and minor operations here but they are not equipped with high end technology and tools. It's government hospital and it's always outdated. If you are getting a surgery/operation here and if you had to stay in the hospital for a couple of days then get ready pay for all the nurse and house keeping staff. You need to pay them for every thing, money, money and money. Have some cash with you in handy or it's gonna be tough.
. I am struggling in dengo fever.no one response properly.gulcase over also no care.no proper medicine giving patent.i really bad experience.specially lady wards nurse no proper response. I will inform health. Minister
Such a nice hospital.we got good service and medication from Dr praakash baabu sir and pramod sir. I will thank full all Doctors and nursing staps.thank you so much all of you
Good service but some staff are asking money with patients especially minor OT for dressing that lady is asking 200rs in government hospital this type of scam is happening
Dirty washrooms, rats near beds, and nursing staff demanding payment for injections. Falls far short of the standard expected from a government hospital.
My experience for blood donation at KCGeneral blood bank was very good, staff were very cooperative and the process of blood donation for very comfortable, thank you for the good experience Also there was another person who came as donor but was unnecessarily troubling the staff, not ready to listen to them, please don't trouble people who work
Extremely surprised by the way Dr SATISH (OPD surgeon) addressed our issue w.r. T stupid behaviour of the receptionists.thank you doctor for the concern towards your patients, means a lot!
It is the worst hospital I have ever seen. I have been waiting for 2 hours but doctor (pramod OPD dept.) Has gone just without informing the PPL. Again another doctor did the same. Pls have some softcorner on the patients as they will be arriving from different locations long way.
Very good service and co- ordination, first time seen bribe free and hassle free service. Never ever expected this kind of service in India. Doctors very considerate about patients, charges are unbelievable any one can afford. Congratulations to your team. Pls keep up the good work.
Not well maintained but doctors consultation are good. Govt hospital and facilities are not properly utilised by the staff.very arogant and no proper toilet not well maintained
