Excellent place for all tests. I personally experienced the service from this centre. Doctor Basavaraj along with the lab technician is very cooperative and are very good in their way of treating the patients. Happy to take the service here.

Reception staff behaviour can be improved rather simply talking to each other while we wait.
Need to give more attention to the test without delaying it.

Don’t even bother going there by seeing all these fake reviews. The reception can’t even give simple information like how much for ultrasound for abdomen. They say billing section is different. I know this place.sometime back I have been and it is not a big place. The receptionist does billing. These girls have no idea they just hang up. They want you to go and ask simple questions like how much it is for ultrasound. Go someplace even if the money is a little bit more. You will get proper response/ scanning results

I got to speak with the management and got to know they have advanced equipment which will give very Accurate reports which is very useful for the patients.

I had appendix problem. Doctor gave accurate diagnosis and I got operated.now pain free I am extremely happy about this doctor.

The doctor is good and calm.but the place for patients and the attender was reduculous. There was no fan at all.i asked the receptionist to switch on the fan, she said it's not working. The scanning centre was earning money but there is ventilation or the fan.i gave the suggestion to management.

I have been coming here from past 8 years. Very courteous staff and highly qualified radiologist Dr. Basavaraju. He patiently sure the issue no rush and examines well. Patients get half cured with doctors good will and care, which you get here. I will highly recommend this place.

Place is very good, however the reception staff responce is very bad.and she learn more language because I don't know Kannada thats I'm asking in English but she respon only Kannada. Doctor is very good but reception is not satisfied.so Please who are communicating a proper languages Please sit that person in reception.

That they charge 2x for scanning compared to industry standard. They don't accept debit card and credit card
And the upi id is not associated with scanning center.
They don't give payment receipt until we demand.

These guys are cheaters, they charge high for scanning and until you ask they don't give payment receipt.
They don't accept debit and credit card.
Their upi id which you scan is not associated with current account.
I really had bad experience with this center.
I really don't recommend or suggest such fraudsters.

I am very much impressed by doctor he is so simple with great depth of knowedge very accurate diagnosis with immediate report.

It was good experience with Kengeri diagnostic centre. Experienced doctors, technicians and good facilities and equipments. I suggest please do visit and reasonable cost when compared to other Labs.

Went for an ultrasound for my mother on 10 Dec. Doctor was very frendly and done an excellent diagnosis based on which we went for surgery. They have taken proper precautions for Covid 19 and the bed where diagnosis were carried out had an thick plastic carten arround it to make it more contact less. The report was provided on the spot.

Best scanning center for kidney stones. Nobody diagnosed my small kidney stone.this Doctor showed me small kidney stone in ultrasound scan only.where as other scanning center adviced CT scan.which would have cost me 5000 but I got Usg done with this doctor and solved my probelm with 900 rupees only.
