Travelled in Kerala lines Ac semi sleeper bus.
There were many bed bugs found in the seat.
Got bug bite also.

Kerala lines team, kindly do the needful.

Please avoid. All Old buses. Sleeper A/C Bangalore to Cochin, they charged 1700 per head for old low quality bus.

Had a disastrous experience with their PTA-BLR Sleeper bus (NL 01 B 1639) on 11th July 2023. Bus broke down in the middle of nowhere in Tamil Nadu early in the morning, leaving us stranded (for about 8 hours) with no alternative arrangements.

To add to it, the crew admitted that they knew something was amiss with the bus when the trip had started, but did not take it seriously. Lack of professionalism and concern from the bus service was evident.

No maintenance, no contingency plan, and no communication. Highly disappointed with their negligence and disregard for passenger welfare. Strongly advise against using their service until significant improvements are made.

Very bad experience while travelling to bangalore. The bus was delayed by more than 5 hrs. They changed the bus at 4: 00AM in the morning. And the AC was also not working.

The bus has arrived on time in Bangalore in front of Kerala lines office. The driver and staff have a polite attitude. There was a stop for a tea break near Krishnagiri a very bad place. But the dinner resting place was very nice and great ambience because of Saravanabhavan hotel.clean and neat. Quickly reached my destination.

We took the bus from Bangalore to Pullad in Kerala in a sleeper bus single axle bus. The bus was very clean and well maintained, the bus provided pillows and blankets for all passengers. The travel in bus was smooth but being a single axle suspension at times can have you tossing around a bit during the journey.
The bus staff and driver were very friendly and dropped us where we wanted to.
There were regular washroom breaks during the journey which was helpful for passengers.
Kerala lines was a great option for travel and will consider if I need to travel by bus again.

I will never ever book kerala lines again, Booked a sleeper a.c. Ticket for 20th Saturday (Feb), they suddenly canceled the bus and shifted the ticket to Sunday. Sunday also they canceled the bus and they changed the pick up location from adoor to allepey. Waited at allepey for 2hrs to get the bus and it was a semi sleeper (250 rs refunded). Reached bangalore at 8: 30 due to covid result verification by BBMP, and they ended the trip at madiwala (booked for adoor to kalasipalya). Very poor service and unprofessionalism

Bus is scania multi axle semi sleeper was quite comfortable but the travel agency was not that good haven't provided the services mentioned while booking bus ticket

Punctual, smooth and hassle free travel. Make sure that you are ready to get down as soon as the bus reaches your destination- the drivers have little to no patience for people packing their bags after reaching their destination.

Non ac sleeper is very uncomfortable. They have unnecessary stops here and there. Wasting travel time.

They changed the bus from from sleeper to non sleeper at the last moment.

In sleeper bus they earn 25000 for 25 seats but these frauds changed it to non sleeper at the last moment to earn double income from their bus as it has 60 seaters. Unprofessional and greedy ones. Will never recommend anyone. I need my money back and I have also raised a complaint in the consumer forum.

The worst experience ever had in a private passenger bus. At hosur gate the vehicle had spent more than 1 hours for loading goods into the bus. Again at hosur town the vehicle halted for another 45mins for same reason to load goods. It is so cheap to use a passenger vehicle for transporting goods at the expense of the passengers time and money. Don't understand who will pay for the 150 mins of wasted
passenger time.

It is okayish, they manage to be somewhat on time due to the skill of the Drivers and the Coaches - Volvo / Scania. The drivers and staff are good.

Bus was punctual. Only issue is they take the passengers by pickup vehicle upto hosur and also bring back passenger from hosur border

. Booked tickets to allepey. Van pickup from anandrao circle.passing of info about the bus or pickup is very slow.

I went to this place to book my bus from Bangalore to Chennai. Their bus have good facility. They serve water bottle to all passengers which i liked.
Recommended.

Always rely on this service if punctuality and quality of service is ur priority. Might be a bit costly compared to other like services but it's definitely worth it. I always opt Kerala lines.

The service provided by them was great. The bus drivers are very cordial and try their level best to keep the passengers in comfort. Also the price for the journey is very economical compared to other travels. The facilities provided are of good quality.overall a wonderful experience.

Very bad experience they told me that the trip wil start at 6.30 but they took us in a traveler and and take a round trip in that conjusted bangalore city till 9 pm after that they drop us in Madivala and we can see a huge crowd waiting for the trip all r frustrated and angry at the staff al r tired in cluding me and 9.45 one bus came bitter experience otherwise they can told us that the trip is from madiwale and we have to reach their before 9.00pm

I don't know why they're fixing different rates roads are too good it's doesn't make difference if you're in front or back

Had a great experience on the 11pm bus from Bangalore to Ernakulam. The bus was clean and the blankets were good. The bus had arrived on time and also reached Ernakulam on time. I asked them to stop for a toilet and they stopped in the upcoming toll. I had to wait for 10kms. But most of the travels don't even do this. They make you wait till their designated stop. Over all the travel was good and pleasant.

Very bad these days. They were prompt but not now. Just divert the bus from marathhalli without coming to madiwala but make the passengers wait on the road of madiwala till midnight giving wrong information that the bus broke down, getting rectified, will reach in another half an hour. At midnight, Kerala lines will ask its passengers to get a refund of their ticket amount and go home. Lacks neatness inside the bus and also has the luxury of bedbugs too. Don't ever travel by it.

This is one of the best service provider out there at present. Buses are new and well maintained. Staff is well behaved. The main issue I found is their breaks (timing and number). They try to keep it to a bare minimum to reach in time. They have improved since the first time I traveled with them. But this can still be improved (better places and timing).

3: 30 hours late to kochi. Only stop at 4 am for bathroom. Even if it has 3 hours late they didnot stop for food and we were waiting for kochi to arrive hungry and frustrated

Good bus service. Comfortable seats. Cleanliness is maintained. GPS tracking facility of bus route is not there. Language is another point of struggle for who is not knowing Malayalam.
