Very bad, really bad, I am from Bangalore, and there are no international trips from Bangalore (if it's there also it's like pure economy trips) and when asked them could you book flights to Mumbai and take care of it they said no not possible if possible also baggage allowance issue, if they book also for an international trip it's big problem on baggage allowance domestic to international, (most trips are from Mumbai) and once we went through Kesari for Europe and the itinerary is completely fake than the final itinerary.as a basic courtesy during our trip it should have been provided but nothing no proper details of hotels or travel details etc, my recommendation is to be careful with these people.

Worst team ever. They don’t have a knowledge how to talk to their clients. The words COURTESY, PATIENCE are not in their dictionary. They will only be obedient until they get the money. Be careful.

I visited Kesari Tours office on 15/04/2022 to enquire about a package tour of Uttarakhand. Front office Ranjani Joshi was very helpful and provided the details. It helped me book my slot quickly and I had a perfect 8-day 7-night tour of Uttarakhand covering Haridwar, Mussoorie, Nainital, Jim Corbett Park. Even during the tour, this office would call me to ensure I didn't have any hassle. I would recommend Kesari for the best package tour of Uttarakhand.

Kesari tours is one of the best tours. Best tour Managers are there. Staff also very nice persons.respond immediately for our queries.

Their visa team is worst. They took our passport and did not provide any update for 2 weeks. We called them everyday for an update but their visa team did not answer. After this they told us why did we even send them our passport. Now they have blocked our number. Every time we have to talk to them, we need to go to their office. We have asked for refund but they aren’t giving us back. We are spending more than an hour every day following up. Please don’t waste your time and money with them.

Overall experience during the tour booking was very bad. The sales service was not up to the mark. It was a struggle to get timely responses. Multiple follow ups were required to get any information. This is the first time that we had such a bad experience with ‘Kesari Tours’ in last 15 years.

I am with Kesari. I wanted to say something in Hindi.

"Jab Kesari rang chadhega tho utharega naheen".

So am with Kesari since 2010.enjoy their group tours.

Mr Dilip is very knowledgeable, helping and professional guy.

No regard for Bangalore Travellers, they don't know how to deal with senior citizens, no crisis management ability.shut down your Bangalore offices. Our recent Mussoorie trip operator/leader had no sense of understanding of how to keep customers happy. Will never recommend Kesari travels to anyone.

Good but should be give more information and service for customized international vacation

Its the best travel operator, I had booked tour for my parents, and they are to happy after the tour. Next year planning for Europe

It has taken me Wilson garden galli and it's the location. It's waste of time. Useless
