Recently booked to Singapore, and no proper response from the agency, and no any guides and not even they reciving our calls and messages when after we reached there, we not knowing what to do after reaching there this is worst ever agency I never seen

Cunningham road office needs to learn how to communicate with clients better. We recently booked a tour through them but there was no communication from their side about anything related to the tour. We had to constantly follow up and keep asking and prodding them for information about visa, and other tour related information.

One more thing that was a damp squib was that we were promised stay for three nights at Engelberg but then we were given stay in Zurich. Engelberg being a more picturesque location it was what we were looking forward to. So Zürich stay was a disappointment.

But the tour went on well. The tour guide was good.

Their visa team is worst. They took our passport and did not provide any update for 2 weeks. We called them everyday for an update but their visa team did not answer. After this they told us why did we even send them our passport. Now they have blocked our number. Every time we have to talk to them, we need to go to their office. We have asked for refund but they aren’t giving us back. We are spending more than an hour every day following up. Please don’t waste your time and money with them.

Very bad response from the staff bad experience shifted for another tourist just because of bad response from the staff

One of the worst travel agencies ever I have seen people who work in Kesari tour do not have proper knowledge and not fit to work. They are only behind money, Visa personnel also misguided us, I highly recommend people to not go to Kesari if ur planning for holidays

Had a very good itinerary for a trip to Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The guide was helpful and friendly. However, the tour was too hectic for seniors and a big issue was that we were taken to a Gold Souk and encouraged to make purchases and had to pay heavy customs duty and fines while entering India!

Arrogant behaviour of staff.
They literally cut the call while we were inquiring about the trip. Atrocious behaviour. Didn't even pick up the call after that. Very very bad service
So disappointed cause we were looking forward for this trip and they just don't care to even talk properly

Absolutely pathetic and extremely poor customer service! The branch incharge doesnot respond to repeated mobile calls for a travel enquiry. Neither any call back. Never the norm in any travel industry. This itself is an indicator to stop planning any tours through this firm.

Good domestic and international tour operators. Professional. They cover all states and most of the world tours.

Not customer friendly. Last month I enquired about Nepal tour availability in October. Still i haven't received any information.

I had a very good experience with Kesari Tours, Cunningham road branch. Staff is polite and understands your needs and requirements of travel. We had taken a Scandinavian tour recently. The tour was very well organised. They arrange Indian lunch and dinner everyday (except one day), and we were very comfortable.

We were very much worried about Helicopter bookings for my family chardham Yatra starting 2nd October. Sairaj explained everything in detail and assured all help. Thank you Kesari for employing such executives.

Do not trust Kesari for the trips. They will not return your money if the trip gets cancelled due to their problems. We lost our 4.5 lakhs paid for the trip and trip was cancelled due to covid. Kesari cannot be trusted! Beware

We are travelling with Kesari for last 11 years and travelled 7 abroad tours and one Indian tour (Kashmir)
As the name itself suggests, we had a wonderful experience in all the tours.
Hotels we stay where ever it may be, is a class in itself, food is always exquisite, attitude of the tour operator is of high notch. The places they cover is extensive.
Addition to this, for the foreign tours they provide food pouches with lip smacking delicacies.
Not a single rupee we have to shell out, except of course if go for shopping.
We are totally ADDICTED to Kesari.
We are looking forward for the Australia and Newzeland tour.
Because of Kesari Travels we could see so much of the world.

Have been a big fan of kesari tours! Since 2010 have traveled with Kesari to domestic and international tours.they conduct very well and provide best services

Very good fast processing booked the tour Europe p8 heena my booking agent helped in all the things departing on April 23 already visa also done and they follow up in every step very cooperative staff

Very nice experience with these people especially Mr. Vinod who explained very well about the documents required and sent the email and check list everything on spot overall the work done which I am went for.

Had a very bad experience with them in just four days. Went to them based on my friend's recommendation. Happily went their got their quote for 94K per passenger on 26th Sep to Singapore & Malaysia on treble sharing basis. Since next day was Mahalaya Amavasye followed by a Sunday, assured them to meet on 30th Sep. When I reached them (today) happily to strike the deal ready in all respect, the front desk girls attitude put me off completely. She raised the quote to ₹95,100/- per person - additional 1000 rupees more pp. When I asked how come this raise, she said that I had not paid advance to confirm against their first quote. I had money, if I were to know this I would have certainly paid. She no where made me understand that on Monday the rates would be different. Having spoken to my other friends about this proposed trip, all of them including two other travel agencies whom in the mean time I contacted gave me an impression that the Kesari quotation is at least 10K high. Hence I requested for considering a further concession. She said "No". I expressed my desire to meet her Superiors with the fobd hope her boss will use his discretion. BapRe she reacted sharply and said whom so ever you contact rates won't change, mine is the final word, etc. At 72 years in front if my better half by the side and having been a Corporate Trainer for last three decades, first ever somebody imparted through live demo the difference between Assertive and Arrogant behaviour. I wanted to talk to their MD but their customer service is not working.

Some reps are really good like Priya, but some are careless, don't follow up, does not provide required info

Amazing service and very well organised tours. Especially for family. They take good care throughout the trip

No follow up for customers, though we had enquiries for a tour to Europe. Looks like their account is full with money.

Poor customer service. They don't deliver on their promises. Approached them for a customized Europe trip package and it's been 2 months since. No response yet. Kept calling and finally approached another agency.

Place is full of monkeys but don't harm any one rather very friendly nature. Place is surrounded by big trees.to have nice cooling affect.

They have good deals, both for national and international tours. They organise group or individual tours

Poor response from the staff after booked for europe tour. Everytime the concerned person absent. Has never called at least for courtesy even after repeated calls also. Even mails are not answered.

Kesari Bangalore is very disappointing in their service - Your enquiry does not get any response even after multiple follow ups.

They care less for customers and their response is "we're busy with European tour customers" so I asked are the Asian travellers less important to them? The staff talk back to customers and are highly unprofessional.

It is walkable distance from CUBBON PARK metro station. Staff were friendly. Gives enough information. They have standard group Packages and honeymoon packages.
It would be great if the staff know local language also (the person to whom I talked at Bangalore office didn't know KANNADA itself).

No proper conveyor and got disappointed! Had come there just because someone referred.but the staff there is not at all friendly and don't know proper information itself

They organise excellent group tours all over the world. Cost is slightly on the higher side compared to other operators, but the services are superb

To contact a person through phone it takes lot of time and minimum 5 to 6 phone calls we have to make.it ismy experience with cunningham road br.i submitted pasport and others snd left the place.i had a doubt and tocontact receptionist told she will arrange a call back which never happened. I had to make 5 calls getting reply concerned person is at meeting.customer do not have importance.they could have taken call, could not attend, could have mentioned the time within which they call back.which never happen.
