Their visa team is worst. They took our passport and did not provide any update for 2 weeks. We called them everyday for an update but their visa team did not answer. After this they told us why did we even send them our passport. Now they have blocked our number. Every time we have to talk to them, we need to go to their office. We have asked for refund but they aren’t giving us back. We are spending more than an hour every day following up. Please don’t waste your time and money with them.
One of the top brands for tourism from Maharashtra. Kesari is like, you book you pay and then you just enjoy your travel without spending any extra money. We have been to multiple tours with kesari and all were wonderful. This is a very small office with 3 to 4 member staff. Bangalore departure are still pretty less. I could get the details of every interested tour from here but I was expecting more. Iternary is also available on internet. The salesperson should add value by providing more information or his useful opinion about the tours by asking us specific requirements. This didn't happen. There were no follow-ups either.
These people know nothing. They were not able to answer any single question that i had. No point of visiting. Better call the mumbai office if needed. They will give you the same details which you are already aware off.
