Keva Ayurveda Marathahalli

My health issues are bulging disc at cervical and lumbar region. Due to that, I'm unable to sit for long hours and could not walk for 30 mins. It affected my working hours as well.

Prior to keva, Went to Ayurvedic hospital at kundalahalli and had a treatment for 15 days. Somewhat got better but pain get back after a treatment. Due to relative suggestion, i went to chiropractor. After 12 sittings, felt better for some days. Pain back again. My pain journey continued.due to less mobility, joint stiffness suffered ended up weight gaining.

Thought to take a break from work and travel to krishnendu for 21 days treatment. Luckily, based on review i chosen KEVA Ayurvedic. On my first day, i met anuja madam, a calm, Soft spoken soul. I explained my issues and various treatment undergone. Expressed my hopeless too her. She has listened and suggested therapy for 5 days includes two days for upper shoulder, three days for whole body. Also, she told me to take care of food intake. Her medicine includes detox my liver as my cholesterol level reached high. I didnt believe much based on my previous experience. First two day treatment itself observed few improvements. I like the therapist (Mr. Jishnu) the way of understanding and handling the pain gently. On the third day suddenly i felt abdomen pain and burning pain while urinating. I felt something wrong in the treatment. Taken abdomen scan and observed kidney stone has started moving out from the kidney. Later, i realised her medicine cleansing out the stones. Over my 5 days treatment, Ms. Anuja/Mr. Jishnu has gained my confidence. I'm very happy now. My pain has reduced significantly after the treatment and following her suggested diet.
I've added this review for ppl suffering the same way as like me. Rest is must while taking massage theraphy. Please strictly taken care of your food while taking ayurvedic medicine. It works slowly but effectively.

I had consulted doctor Aishwarya. She is very polite and explained the issues and solutions very well. The services are very good. I always prefer ayurveda over alopathy.

The massage was very relaxing and the staff is very friendly I am going to come back again for sure:)

I have consulted doc Anuja for hair fall issue and the shirolepam therapy has worked quite well for me. It was much better that the alopathy treatment i have taken several times.

Myself being a spa enthusiast, I had been to Keva Ayurveda for the first time to do Abhyanga body massage.

Unfortunately the front desk receptionist Megha spoils the first impression and the total mood of relaxation by itself.
Very rude, arrogant and a big spoil sport.
I had booked an appointment at 5pm two days back and she calls me some time back requesting if I could come at 4: 30pm which I said I can try.
When I be there at 430 on her request, she rushes me up to pay and shouts to rush up to accommodate her next customer, As if I was there to avail their free service. This totally spoilt my sole purpose to visit the place- for relaxing.
I hope Mr Rajith (the owner of the place) to have a look at this and ensure to sustain in hospitality industry it is mandatory to be polite and learn soft skills to deal with customers.

However, My masseur Mr Krupesh was good and was professional masseur who is trained in Kerala & my 1 star is only for the masseur.
Looking at the reviews I’m sure other masseur’s are also good and Keva does offer good Ayurvedic treatments with their staffs they have.

This experience really makes me think to come back or to recommend my fellow bloggers/spa enthusiast.

I recovered from Dry Cough within 10 days after visiting Dr Ahuja at Keval Ayurveda. My dry cough problem was persistent from last 4 months. I was unable to talk or sit for more than 5 minutes. But now I am full recovered from my dry cough problem. She suggested me to go for Punchkarm for better health. I did that and feeling relly well with my body.

I consulted with Dr Anuja. First of all she stopped checking vain, patients has to tell problem she will prescribe medicine, yes she prescribe less medicine but prescribe costly therapy. She prescribe me therapy which cost 2499 and after 23% discount its 1999 and has to go for 7 session 14k is for therapy and 600 for medicine and 450 consultation. After therapy she told for detoxification which will again cost 14k. So i can say Ayurvedic treatment is not for normal earning people. Its costly treatment.

Very clean and professional service - Full body massage by Anjana was very good, and she was able to identify pain points and massage specific areas to ensure the pain is remediated - Highly recommend the services for everyone who is looking for a good ayurvedic massage experience.
