It’s located on highway. One can take Ac bus KIA8 which will drop in front of this hotel.
Rooms were clean. You can get this hotel anywhere between 3-4k on booking sites.

The hotel is very good. Especially the morning and evening compliment buffet food was awesome. The location is on the highway route which is very flexible for the commutation.

Had a horrible experience. Stayed there with kids for 3 days. Whole place is crumbling down and unhygienic. Service was very bad and people were not responsive. Buffet breakfast was included in the room rent, but food was not available. Requested to meet the manager multiple times but he did not care. Management seems to have given up on this hotel. I would stay out of this one.

Very good hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Support staff is also very good and courteous.

I am sharing my personal experience
We had booked for 9th & 10th July & paid well in advance but we were told in last minute that it was a website mistake we need t cancel t check in inspite of booking confirmation
Now daily w need t follow up for refund
Friends have a through check before booking & paying
Very poor service from such a brand, we were in total loss & redefine our entire travel plan

As on 19th June, still following up for refund

Didn't stood up to the brand, the passage room were damp with smelly carpet all around. The breakfast was below average, I would suggest to go for other hotels nearby.

Reached the hotel @ 3.30 pm. Waited till 4.30 pm to check in even after we booked the room beforehand. No enclosed parking space. The place assigned for parking was water lodged and there were frogs all over. There was a soiled plate in front of our room while we checked in. It was there till midnight and no one bothered to clean it up. Having said all of the above our room was a bit cramped, but it was good and clean. But we will never book a keys hotel again.

The staff were good and attended to our needs.
Breakfast buffet was of very poor quality.
Hot water was provided by 6 30 am when asked.

Buffet options are very less, pepper chicken, egg curry, dal, paneer, rice that’s it. Sometimes they don’t even keep any dessert in option. Why? Don’t know. Not even in ala carts. Food tastes very homely. Like any other daily tiffin service not something we would like to eat on dine-out. If someone is visiting the city for work purpose and staying there the food may be good option for them. It’s budget friendly. Location is very nice. On the main road. Rooms are quite small, but it’s manageable.

We can not even given 1 out of 5 ratings.
I stayed here for 4 hell days.it would be better to get accomodated at OYO Rooms.
They facilitated hot water only for two hours between 7 to 9AM and breakfast between 8 to 10AM. This is not looking like a hotel. Simply looking like a hostel. Don't waste your time and money on this waste place

Clean rooms and bathroom. Hospitality very good. Location main road. More hypermarket located next. Food is not good. Hot water only at fixed timings.

Decent enough. No sheltered car parking available. Need to struggle a long to get hot water in taps. Overall it's okay. Food is tasty.

Very bad hotel waste of money food tasteless.hot Water available only for 3 hrs in the morning n in the evening 3 hrs. Variety of food options not available. Roadside food is more tasty than this hotel. Rooms are very cosy

The rooms were clean. Good staffs. Water from the bathroom took ages to drain. The food is average.

Staff is pretty rude. Looks like the customer service is not their priority. I won’t be coming back. Not worth paying so much and then dealing with the bad attitude. This is not just the One or two people but the entire staff.

I went with my family for a buffet lunch on Sunday. It was a set menu with a wide variety of dishes - soup, starters, salad, main course both veg and non-veg and finally desserts. It was my son's birthday, so they made it special by making a special cake which was so beautifully decorated. The food was awesome, the ambience was nice and quiet. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended.

The room was quite lacking in free space to move around, the cafe/ restaurant tables were small for 2 persons to have a relaxed meal

Keys was a good hotel. We stayed there just for one night. The location is not very great. The hotel is decent enough. Food was good n staff was welcoming n helpful. In all average hotel with well maintained rooms n courteous staff.

Good place to stay for a short period. Their breakfast spread is really good. Very contemporary. Ask for their Spanish Omlette and you will not be let down. Overall quite satisfactory.

Hotel is good if you want to stay for a couple of days.breakfast is very regular and no menu changed.i stayed here for 12days as a official accommodation and felt very bored of eating the same breakfast everyday.
