KFC

I was about to receive the order which I ordered to Zomato and it’s 5 minutes away. Then I received a call from Zomato stating that KFC Electronic City is not handing over the order to delivery partner. It’s really pathetic service right. I may get a refund later but it’s poor service right.

Good food. Good atmosphere.
Just don't order rice items, won't get enough gravy with it. When I ask they told this much only comes with rice

KFC at Electronic City area, near Wipro gate - is a very convenient place for "non-touch" yet quick byte time. It is completely "digital" with "self-ordering" from digital panel and collect at the ti-go delivery counter. There enough place for about 20 people tonsit and eat there, if they want to. The place is small yet convenient. There is a clean washroom facility also. All KFC means with customized combos for Indian flavour.

The service was very poor for no response, no awareness about customers handling knowledge, me and my brother enquired about any special or suggested food with them, but they said read the screen that is it, Afterward did not reaction.

NOT GOOD. Very unprofessional order. You need to check the quantity always, as they may cheat you (it happend with me). Even taste of this store is different from other. I think staff and even the management of this should be changed.

It was one of my favourites before lockdown, but my recent experience was not good. Food was not at all hot

Service person was not interested in taking order, she just wanted to run it faster.
Tables were not clean and kept like that for longer time.
I expect just basics

Very nice place to hangout. Not crowded and provides for much required privacy in the mad city life.

It's in front of Wipro Avenue (opposite to Wipro gate 5).

Cool environment inside, always crowdy and food quality is good.

Self service!

If you want to try kfc chickens before ordering chicken kindly go to KFC tour inside their kitchen and ask them about their chicken and oil how frequently they are changing the oil and how many days they are keeping chickens then you would come to know whether you want to eat KFC chicken or not.

Bad management. They don't sell you diet Pepsi which is available and instead tell you to purchase a meal. I bought two burgers and a bucket and yet they said they cannot sell a Pepsi can. EXTREMELY BAD management. The Manager's name is Manoj, and he says he'll help you, however I doubt if he takes anything seriously. Try ordering a Pepsi can in that shop. You'll understand what I'm saying

Staffs are not really help out. I felt they are out of mind. Less knowledge in menu, instant of water they are suggesting soft drinks but they can't a glass of water but the board which is hanged says that water will be given on request.

No welcoming no thanking to customers all the staffs are clue less.

I visit quite often. Burgers are very good.
Even the drinks are very good.
But dissapointed with the Pilsbury cake which we have to take in 5in1 meal box. Thats pathetic. Don't know why they are selling that and that too a compulsory item in the box.

Easy to find on Niladri Road, accepts order till 11 in the night, menu mostly revolves around chicken ;)

Definitely wouldn't recommend it. The food was average. Service was fine but overall, not at all worth it.

We ordered BOX8 that included 4 hot chicken wings and 4 hot grilled chicken and french fries and 2 pepsi!

Chicken lovers in Indore always visit this place as this is the best place to have chicken apart from few restaurants.

They given poor service and given very small piece of chicken and said IF YOU WANT EAT IT OR LEAVE.

They take a very long time on Wednesday and weekends.and on these days it will be crowded with Zomato and swiggy orders
