Visited KFC in Gopal Mall. Very Good Ambience and excellent Service was given by Ms. Monisha.
Thank you all for providing such a good service.

So pathetic service
The staff behaviour is soo rude and they are like giving food for free
Not giving a value to the customer
Staffs are so arrogent

They have maintained this outlet very well. The staff were supportive while placing the order. It was almost zero wait time. Service, quality, hygiene is excellent

Place is good, less offers compared mc Donald opposite side, and taste is a bit bland like west, I love indianised taste like mc Donald

I don't understand why there is no complete menu available at the KFC outlets. We need to understand from the dashboards where we will not have time to think. Also not even a single offer applicable at the outlet which is very much disappointing. Quality is gradually degrading.

It's not taste like regular, it was not served hot, and the taste gets bad as it's getting cold

It was a great place the staff were nice and friendly we got two chicken longest they really delicious the food is also really good on the pocket

Normal as any KFC. The seating place inside is quite big.after ur shopping or just sight seeing.if ur tummy craves for chicken then this is the place.

I am fan of KFC and atleast a week I visit. The arch mall KFC is good with humble staff and Chandan is one good soul who greets me always with a smiling face.

Nothing they r serving spicy except hot wing. KFC totally lost is name for indian taste. Pure waste money and time.

What should I tell, Wikipedia shows everything. Still my go to when it comes for fast food and taste.

The menu for home delivery is so bad.its not at all gud.really bad experience.they take so long to bring the food and the food stinks like hell

Service is good. There is a party hall for birthday. You can visit with your friends and enjoy a lot. If you pay some money they will arrange hall for your birthday parties or any other parties. You can enjoy with friends and family. There is a parking place you can bring your vehicles too.

Very RIDICULOUS service, worst KFC ever.they serve cold chicken and when asked to replace they just heated them in microwave bought in within the minutes and even then it was not hot.

We always eat from here during our Travels. However this time really unhappy with the service. In the midst of heavy downpour we managed to reach KFC (choosing not to eat elsewhere in Mysuru road) at 10.44 pm. However the guy stated that they wont be taking any chicken orders (in KFC!) and only certain veg items available just because they close in 15 min! That's totally unacceptable. Do understand if he said the same if we had reached after 11 pm, however with great difficulty managed driving in the heavy rains to reach the place at 10.44pm and he stated there was no chicken meaning they cant take the effort to make more? They were many people who had come after us that were refused too. And the person who was taking the order (assuming he's the manager since he was wearing a different shirt- stripped one!) wasn't only looking at our face while talking.busy dealing with the closing for the day and telling us that we can choose from the certain veg items available! Certainly not expected from a KFC joint!

The place is inside Gopalan Arcade mall. The place is small compared to other KFC outlets. The menu is good. Good service.

As usual world class taste and service. Better to have once in a while or party time. Good recipe.

The service was very poor. KFC has a brand name and I believe the people working there has to maintain that name an dignity.
