I never knew about "Karnataka Special" combo, good rate, nice quantity, the only reason why I didn't gave it full starts was that I got my entire combo served within a minute which means it wasn't freshly made, They just reheated it,
Unlike Mac D where they actually take time to make everything and serve fresh.

I went to the KFC unit and ordered a few items. I did not get one item. I tried to call KFC customer service, they are absolutely not doing anything to help. I called them again, they gave me a number and said this is the number for the location. No one is picking up that number. I am pretty sure, they made that sandwich, there was no one else there, they could have easily found out the extra sandwich and called me. I paid by Gpay. I will not go there again. Lost a sandwich.) :

Nothing good about this restaurant. Food tastes bad. In one of the order chicken was stale. In another order it felt like they just taken out wings from oil tub. Too much oily. And the service sucks. KFC is losing its charm in bangalore. Just avoid this place.

I didn't have a great experience!
Despite of asking for an order which had limited offer before the expiry period, they said it's only valid if I order online through Swiggy or Zomato.
Where other branches provided the same offer, this branch didn't accept our order by giving invalid reasons.

Burger zinger was without any salt and hard to eat with absolutely no taste french fries were hard and stale

Worst outlet ever the quantity is very less compared to other outlets strips are very small in size.

Everything was good.but chicken. I got sick after eating it. When we pay so much money you should be loyal to your customers rather than serving old stock. Worst kfc ever

Terrible service. I ordered takeout, but they gave me burnt, overcooked chicken that had a foul odor.
Had raised a complaint, they respond too.

A descent KFC franchise. I tried crispy chicken burgen and broasted chicken from here. The quality was good and satisfying. It was less crowded, and the service was good.

I have ordered the smoky chicken for take away and I was very disappointed with the quality and Hygiene when I opened the order.

I was such a regular customer for KFC after the worst service, I have not order back as I raised the complaint it was not addresses properly. This is unfair and not the response expected from one of the top food chain supplier. They conveyed me that they will re order the same product and not apologised for the damage and the service.

Very bad experience I had today chicken which I got was not at all good I think oli quality was not good chicken was dark brown in colour and for 10pic thay give only 2ketchup and they forced me to buy maionese which I don't like to have with chicken

Very good outlet in J. P. Nagar, the food was served hot and fresh and they have good offers for dine in.

Slow, inefficient, dirty.
Not upto the standards of KFC
At lunch time they make customers wait for fries for twenty mins.unheard of!
We ordered a four piece + four piece offer and the service came with less pieces.

Customer service is good as always but seems they reduced manpower after lockdown effect, taste quality is little less compared to earlier

My favorite hangout place. They always has some new offers going on. And the burgers starts at really cheap prices. My favorite fast food chicken place! Do visit once.

Request you to not vist this perticular branch of KFC, You are at very high chance of loosing you vechicle when parked outside. As we have the rules not to park over footpath.
This particular branch fails completely to notify customers when they visit. You are allowed to park in first row in front this branch, Even the slightes moment out of the row your vechile will towed by traffic police. And you will be fooled by both police and KFC staff as its an obvious mistake. Verry funny!
When asked to KFC staff why they didnt warn customers, They responded so irresponsibly that, they are warning customers by using small piece of paper which is struck to some public pole outside and thats the biggest joke of the day.
I have attached the pictures of the front face of restaurant where you have ''THE WARNING SIGN - NOT TO PARK IN SECOND ROW'' - All the best finding it!
And not to worry, We should pay huge bill to get our towed vehicle along with your KFC bill!

The staff is extremely sweet and considerate. I mistakenly dropped my crusher and they gave me a new one:)

I like KFC a lot, can't get same satisfaction elsewhere, but to be available in most places they are helpless when it comes to parking. Please work on parking.

Went to JP nagR outlet. Big problem for 4 wheelers parking.too crowded Location all the time. Even the guy gave me the boneless stripes which bwas not hot. Bad

Worst online order management. I've ordered 2 quantities of super saver 2 rice bowls while only one got delivered. I've paid approx 500 for the order. While complaining the kfc customer service they replied 'we cant do anything, its not our responsibility'. Then why on earth are you even open. They dint even care to check the order or asked the order details.

I enjoy KFC Chicken rice bowl. Today I visited their J. P. Nagar out let which is very spacious and comfortable. They invited us to visit their kitchen and inside work area. They explained the preparation of the food items and their hygiene practices while preparing the food items. I was impressed by their hygiene practices and courtesy. I want to take a few photos of the kitchen, but they denied politely, saying that it was against the management policy. So, i didn't have any snapshots of their kitchen.
I will try to visit this outlet more frequently.
Ofcourse chicken rice bowl is good.
