KFC

Something seriously not right with this place especially the KFC at Indiranagar 100ft road branch. My daughter and mother had a zinger burger and hot wings last evening and are down with severe food poisoning. Last time when I visited too they had served stale hot wings which we returned. And to my surprise today I see so many other reviews with similar issues. Is the management even looking into all this? Shut down the damn place if you can't serve fresh food!

The people who take order they speak in local languages and they are discussing about their team very badly in local language and card machine was not working they are blaming us to pay by cash uffffff worst experience they made 20 min in billing my food got cold never visit the place, no crowd at 5pm but in that time they make critical scene, pls don't keep such type of local attitude people in the brand, they will spoil the brand name.

I recently consumed your boneless chicken strips, and unfortunately, the very next day, I experienced a severe throat infection that required immediate medical attention. I kindly request that you ensure the quality and safety of the food you serve to your customers to prevent anyone else from facing a similar health issue.

Today around 20: 20 had been kfc cmh branch and we had 2 zinger burger and with wings and pop corn.

Unfortunately my wife has vomited whole thing and I felt really strange that burger i had was like concrete and I had communicated same feedback to manager Santosh but he was like will look into it

One of customer before me has same issue but he got the replacement.

I was not expecting replacement at that time as was done with dinner and told him check if ur equipment is off

Later my wife told me that there was no power for more than 30min before I reach

Now understood that we had given the burger which there from long time.

Not able to see my wife in this condition she has puked Wat ever she had kfc.

Never gone visit kfc in my whole life.

Plz don’t run the business like this wen we pay Wat price u have in menu we being customer deserve at warm and good product which we can have.

Plz plz don’t play with someone healthy like this.

Burger falls of. Patties are very hard to bite. Air Conditioner does not work. It feels tike we are sitting inside microwave. Dont go you will become grilled chicken.

Actually I am pregnant after ordering a medium size of chicken popcorn I wanted to order another item the staffs were so good they said that please don't order it is harmful for pregnant woman as it contains gluten. I really appreciate them the way staff helped me. Thank you KFC I will surely visit after 9months

So I had ordered tandoori zinger box, after i ate half of the burger from top portion, There was mosquito under the chicken. Even though i had conveyed and showed it to staff they didn’t bothered. Worst experience ever.

Tried calling from past 2 hours the guy who picked up my order his bike got some prblm.i usually like ordering in Indranagar 80 ft road branch and today i did the same i tried calling them and there were no proper response.the delivery guy picked up my order at 8: 10 and i received my order at 10: 2 i asked the guy to plz return tht get a new one and i requested them tooo! One of my worst delivery ever of 2 hours! Wouldn't recommend!

It is very bad compared to other KFC's. It does not have AC at all and It is suffocating and all cooking smells. The dining is not at all good. Avoid selecting this KFC.

Amazing environment

Very poor upkeep.not clean.
The washroom was very very dirty and ill-maintained, leakages all over

Doesn't seem to be maintained properly, loose wires near delivery counter in which sparks were coming. Under staffed during Sunday and no social distancing (blame idiot customers for it). Food seems ok.

They sell flavoured meat made of slaughtered chicken with different names just kidding no offence. These Non indian companies make huge business from indians. And they always choose to the corner buildings of any famous 4road intersections. And finally name the road in thier name. A business trick. Sad but true.

Little crowded and only one counter was operational for billing. Too many delivery personals were also inside. Scan to order was also not working in this outlet.

Very low hygiene place to eat! I would recommend a big NO to people who would wish to dine in, the tables were dirty, no sanitisers, the place was absolutely dirty and washrooms were stinking! We were not able to even wash our our hands (which is supposed to be the top most priority of the restaurants due to COVID) no service as well!

It's nearby Indiranagar metro. The place is good, but surrounding was kinda dusty. The view from the seatings are good. Staffs are helpful and helped me to save some bucks by making meal instead individual item.

There's washroom and handwashing which is maintained well.

Worst ambience, no AC no fan. Lizards and rats in the washroom. Unpleased wash basin, go wash your hands end up puking. I just hope this is not the case with their kitchen.

Worst place. Stairs are broken, washrooms are in very bad condition. Think twice before visiting this place

Very bad customer response I got my order very late but this happen to me it may not happen to u.

Nice place and good protocol as there was take away option only and social distancing in these covid times. Awesome and tasty meals.

U have parking in basement.basement is their Chicken wastage

The chicken zinger burger was good. The combo of 2 pieces chicken and fries @199 was amazing though. It is the best when it comes to takeaway. Finger lickin good!

The quality of KFC has changed drastically during this pandemic. The chicken pieces were like bread sticks. I always knew that they serve soft and juicy chicken pieces.

"Due to pandemic" the Place was not allowed to have AC which felt weird, as else everywhere on the bus, malls and even in the metro there was AC running.

As for as the food goes, I've made a quick stop and had hot wings and they were good. As the place was not so crowded at that time, the service was really fast. The building was a corner spot, so one can admire his break time by looking out at the busy traffic indicating the constant movement of time.

I'm a regular costumer.but from past 3 months very disappointed with staff no proper response at all.rather than that best place ️

Not a place to visit during summer's. Their AC is mostly disfucntional. Restaurant cleanliness needs work. Airiated drinks are mostly outdated n can't expect the same taste.

Bloody non hygeine foods serve here, one can feel the effects after eating, actually I thought to share my experience before. Due to my patience for the study of not one time eater experience, I have eaten since last three consecutive times here, I really felt tampering of the foods here and the quality they serve! I'm not blaming KFC, the outlets away from Bangalore is much more better than here. I really think someone should take this seriously and complaint the administration for the same. Very bar experience

It was nice experience for us to have the food and we have brought mingle at the cost of 256 and as usual GST will be applicable for this restaurant taste is fabulous and quick response from the staff usually you supposed to get 15 to 20 minutes for special order for regular and all like you will get a right time only and special you auto tester Kiya

They took half n hour just for popcorn ricebowl and 2 smokey pieces

when ordered, they told it ll take 7 mins

Nice KFC restaurant located at the Indira Nagar signal.
It has got first floor also, so you can sit and have your chicken fries without any problem.

Its a good little cozy place with a big seating arrange on first floor. Staff is active and helpful, food is fresh and hot and is in one of the prime locations of Indira nagar.

This place is good, but disappointed with their quality. They have lost the quality of chicken and fries as they gained the customers they started loosing their quality

I used to visit this outlet quite often a couple of decades ago before the quality of food and service became worse and worse (as did its sister concern Pizza Hut). Went back again recently after a few years only to discover that nothing had changed. Placing an order is a chaotic affair and the staff appears jaded and just going through the motions while the menu appears to have been needlessly diversified taking the focus away from the fried chicken. Perhaps that was intentional as their core product was soggy, quite tasteless and barely warm, whereas it used to be crispy and had flavour long ago. The burgers were also underwhelming, with the spicy mayo being the only saving grace of the Supercharger burger. The outlet also looks very run down and poorly maintained, which hits you in the face should you visit the bathroom. The tables by the glass walls on the first floor do offer a nice view of the busy intersection outside though. Finally, while KFC in the U. S.states that their chicken products contain MSG (monosodium glutamate), I don't think the Indian outlets adequately inform the customers.

Worst was today in kfc Indira Nagar, basement and washrooms r smelling, and food never had this much hard chicken pieces in kfc by any time.

KFC has started compromising with the taste Nd the chicken is no more that juicy. The quantity is also very less and does not tastes like what KFC initially used to be

Good nice ambiance. Food is just above average. I had HC and Strips strip is good in taste but HC taste is not like good.

Not clean as earlier, specially the entrance is so dirty, there is so much of difference between the KFC outlets compared to Kammanahalli

Comparatively a small KFC outlet so it gets crowded at the counter and you may/may not get a place to sit on busy days but the ambience is really good.

KFC, also known as Kentucky Fried Chicken is an American fast food restaurant chain headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky that specializes in fried chicken. Ambience is good but no parking. Staffs are well behaved. Burgers are good than the fried chicken.

Worst service! They serve their known people who break the queue. The name of the personnel was probably Vinodh. I complained it to the manager but he was reluctant!
