Worst payment mode I felt in KFC done phone pay
To their scanner the money has been debited from the account but it's been 1 week and still has not been reversed the money. The cash counter person given a slip and the amount will be reserved he said. Worst services from kfc goplan signature mall.

This is to inform that whe have given an order and whe have been waited for more than half an hour and they did not even bother us and did not even taken an order which whe have given and they are not responding us properly and other customers too and whe have left that place without having a meal there. So as a customer you should satisfy us properly and respond us properly or else there is no use of coming there agian and it was worst experience whe have ever had please make sure be responsible and treat every customers in a good way!
Customer is a king and whe are not having the meal in free each and every customers pay and have the food so treat every customers as the same hope this should change soon and serve people in a good way!

I have had one of the worst experience with this, not sure how many days back it was chicken, so hard and the color changed, and I put it in dust bean

Worst food. Day by day they r making it worse. I spent so much and they r giving old smelly pieces. I went and asked them to change. But wat I got also was smelly and old rubbery. Will never ever come here again. They r money minded. Worst food served. Hated it.

Very poor customer service. Especially by Priyanka who is in the billing counter. Every customer in the outlet was angry with the slow service and she was not even willing to listen to customer feedback

Avoid this place. I had paid at the kiosk. I was asked to pay again at the counter. Manager Mr. Uday promised a refund for double booking. But that was never processed. I never got any money back.

No sense of timing. They made us wait for 45 mins while others after us received the same order. Pathetic service and response

Very delay in service billing as well as food delivery and in the order ready board they will display wrongly that my token number is ready to take but if i ask there they will say it is showing wrongly. One of the worst service here

Worst service and worst management.
They are not looking for customer service they only looking for money making.

I have requested for 5 zinger box and mingle bucket. They bill me separately and charged more. After delivery when I asked for the reason. They are telling its marketing strategy. Manager is very bad. Specially in closing time. They try to give less chicken and make adjust to all orders.

Which cost me 1900rs and less chicken they given since it's takeaway and I didn't check in outlet.

Bucket chicken i will not suggest, go fr popcorn chicken, burger n fries.wings boneless ll be better.but once in a month visiting here is fine.

Worst experience after standing for long time giving less response and very harsh with customers

The service was.pretty good. The food was good too. The ambience was amazing but they have to improve lighting. In some places the sunlight is blinding. But the place is overall ok

Nice place in hsr to get fried chicken good service but only one billing counter was there so we have to wait in queue to just place the order, there is a parking lot Underground so no need to worry about our bike, paper bag cost extra 14 to 16 ruppees for takeaway even though we purchase n number of items

Need to improve on the service.good and tasty food.pls fix the fan if you are not operating A/c due to corona.

Perfect location of the store ample parking space opposite in the BDA complex. Busy store amd well maintained

This KFC is no different from the others. Professional staff, quick service, reasonably large seating area.

I was fortunate to find the place almost empty on a Saturday evening.

Place is always packed even in pandemic times, and only 2 counters to serve. One for takeaway and remaining 1 for customer orders. Customer has to wait for long in queue. Request to increase the no.of counters to better serve customers.

I am a vegetarian and my wife eats non-veg. Together we avoid KFC but came here for a change. This review of mine is about vegetarian products only.

Fries- Cold and hard, I threw half the fries. Even many fries are burnt. I have had better fries from local stores ordering online.

Veg Zinger- One of the worst veg burger one can have. This is the worst burger I had in my life. Veg patty was simply kept between the buns with zero veggies. Sour sauce was pour at one place of the burger. The burger spoiled my mood of eating.

Pepsi- It was not served cold. Pepsi is a "cold drink", the moment you serve at regular you are spoiling the fun of it.

Water bottle- ₹50 for 1 litre. Cost is high plus water is served at normal temperature.

Service quality: Its average, nothing to praise nothing to complain.

PS. I wife ordered rice combo. As per her rice is average but she is happy with the chicken pieces. She also said menu is getting updated especially in drinks section.

Verdict: As a vegetarian you must avoid this restaurant at all cost. Even if you are accompanying someone, better not to eat.

It's always one of my favourite spot to chill weekend with friends. It's tastes very good and delicious. Also they maintain good hygiene food.

The AC were not working properly. Rest everything was perfect. Proper hygine is maintained which is the must in this current situation

As usual, KFC gives what KFC offers. Simple fast food, fairly quick service, No parking at all for 4 wheelers, 2 wheelers parking is usually taken up by the Zomato/Swiggy delivery squad.

Staff is friendly, menu is predictable, seating is Covid friendly, on a whole, nothing spectacular, you get what you expect.

Unhealthy food rich in fat resulting in obesity and increase in cholesterol and triglycerides

This is a store inside mall and i guess nothing else is needed to be mentioned in review about KFC

Tasty yummy burgers fried chicken varieties, rice bowl, beverages, meal box, wraps, snacks, great place to have birthday parties, dinner time or meal time, with an amazing taste

Slowest service in the universe. You have to wait 30 minutes to get a simple burger, and 10 minutes before that to complete billing. You are better off ordering on Swiggy.

For everyone who love to eat chicken KFC is one of the most selective place. Everyone prefers to eat there when it come to chicken.they have high quality of sale and the taste of the chicken is very good comparing to other chicken store

Worst service. The meal was good, but the cold drink had Soo much chlorine in it that I could literally smell it. Went and complained, they acknowledged it and gave me a couple of virgin mojito as replacement and even that had chlorine in it although it was being masked by the heavy use of mint leaves and lemon.

Pathetic!

Value of Money. Good satisfying food. Taste that suits everyone. We tried Chicken Rice Box Combo, which was enough for a meal.

What I would also wish:

# A point for drinking water; we need to explicitly ask for water
# For dine-in, the cardboard box can be replaced with a plate to reduce garbage.

The chicken was old and soggy. I had food poisoning due to this.
I wish there was negative rating. Would have given -100

We visited KFC last week but little disappointed when we informed the same to management. Immediatly manager Mahendiran responed, apologiesed and provided the best food. It was really good.i am happy with the service as well.most recommend.

KFC in HSR is always a good place to hang out with both family and friends. No need to worry about parking as there is sufficient parking place just opposite in BDA complex

I visited around of 8-10 times
I didn't get fries fresh or crispy.

An ambient place to go with your loved ones. The staff is not that good in communicating as they are busy in stacking up more counter orders in the lesser time. All they care is to host more cutomers and not care about the ones who have already paid.

Food was quiet good. Music might not be always suiting your mood, but if you have someone good enough, it wont matter.

Good experience. Clean. Friendly staff. Asked them to provide a high chair for my kid, promptly provided. The chair was not that clean so when asked they cleaned immediately.

KFC is located in the Ground Floor of Gopalan Mall. Zinger Chicken Burger or the Meal Box makes my tummy happy also my friend ordered a dish not sure about the name though but I have to say it was lip- smacking. No loud Music and fast service.

Good place. Doesn't handle crowd very well. Recently they changed the way you order and take delivery, it's pathetic. Earlier you place order and wait for the item. Now you piace order, go to delivery section and produce the bill, then only they will prepare it.

Very poor service. They take a very long time to serve the food. The token numbers never appear on the display as the display has conked off.

The other saturday at 9 pm their Rice bowl was over. After waiting for such a long time in the queue and when you reach the counter they say it's over. They should mention it on their display if some dishes are unavailable.at least people don't have to wait for 15 mins to find out only when they reach the counter.

Having one of their main meals over on a Saturday evening at 9 pm shows that they are badly under prepared.

This is not the first time I've experienced this. I've been there several times and the service of the food has always been slow. This place is much below the normal KFC standards.

Utter rubbish food quality.
AC not working.
Only one counter open even if there's a long queue.
If you compare the quality of food KFC serves everywhere else beside India, you'll be surprised! Indians get the worst quality of food even in 'Quality Maintained' International food joints.
Why does it happen in India? Why people do not complain? Why do Indians accept everything? Why do we think someone else will take charge? !

Just like regular KFC with slow service and same food. Waiting time is more. On weekends it's difficult to get seats.
