Please don't come this place there are only 2staff raining the restaurant how can we get service I was waiting 30to 40for one chicken wings so I stopped order to bt othere menu

It just gives you Pepsi very quickly
If ordered on Swiggy Zomato, it arrives only after one and half hour.
He doesn't even clean it, it's dirty.

Location is incorrect, it's near citrus Cunningham. Please correct it guys
I ate double down burger meal for 354 Rs, size of the burger was very small compared to its price tag, french fries was tasty

I went in kfc waited on queue for place after 25 min my turn came but no one was there in counter when I asked kfc staff wanted to place the order but he said wait sometimes after 2 min 1 lady came from inside she said restaurant is closed it’s not in night afternoon 2pm I told them if you closed the restaurant you should inform when I was on queue after waiting 25 min you saying like that she saying sorry I can’t do anything this kind off behaviour staff you are keeping on your store it’s totally brain less behaviour

Hated it in proper way let me tell before when I visited hear they wrote a note in left side off a booking counter that we give halal and it's halal certified and this time I saw only that space was blacked out I will suggest think before you eat I didn't have as my friend had I don't want to get any bad reviews buts this is unbearable

Very bad experience. AC not working. Not enough staff to clean the table. They have Pepsi. But they says its only for swiggy order. Only 7up and Mirinda: (

The restaurant in general is cleanliness of 4%. The floors are dirty. The clothes of the workers are dirty or old. The taste of the food in it does not rise to the fame of the KFC chain

Clean and well maintained, however feels very understaffed. Hardly you'll see the person on counter because they're running around for some other works. Even the wait in getting the food is longer which you wouldn't generally expect on a fast food joint.

I had to wait for 10 mins to give order because person taking order is busy serving. After that been 20 mins still waiting for food.

Worst KFC. Bought parcel no proper naming on burger boxes to differentiate which is which burger. No straw, no ketchup and my home is located just 5 to 8min away from KFC, when i bought it home everything had lost its hotness. It seems like they've Cooked everything way before the order and keep it.
Worst KFC experience

I have tasted many kfc chickens, but over here it never felt like I had kfc chicken. It was plain not tasty. This lead me to not eat kfc chicken again. Before we entered here, already a customer was fighting regarding his kfc chicken. Suggest not to have here.

Classic zinger box, the chicken in was looking like old or not cleaned well, bun had punch hole on the face taste was awkward, this is the second time am getting worst of kfc from same branch, the burger was completely yuck, i urge higher authorities to look after this seriously because they are spoiling KFC name and fame by giving inappropriate food, this may ultimately lead to health concerns like food poision

Best service we enjoyed at this outlet. Miss Ashwini and team are very cordial and served us very well. The outlet is maintained very well. Keep it up. Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent here. Paisa vasool.

The ambience is good, kfc outlet at Cunningham road end which was in hm group has closed. This outlet is opened next to Canara Bank. The ambience is really good better than the previous one but the day we went the staff was inadequate.also burgers were served cold.

Get there and enjoy the kfc chicken, it is very good and fresh. Don't listen to any _. After long time I really enjoyed.

I don't have to tell anything because you guys know how KFC tastes.

The menu is same as every KFC but the beverage were seved in disposable glasses. It was first time seeing it. I visited so many KFCs but never ever i got such kind things

KFC STAFF ELLAMA RUDE

KFC IS Good but the staff ELLAMA. R WAS very rude and telling me that I need patience. I ordered for big 8 first and I asked her to change to ultimate saving bucket.but she was not ready to change my order.she was teaching me that I need patience and it's not possible. I asked her regarding the best offer.but she was not explaining any thing
. Kindly look to the matter.this type of staff behaviour will ruin the renowned name of KFC CUNNINGHAM ROAD, BANGALORE.

The staff and service here is without a doubt the best. Never had any complaints with food or cleanliness. 5 stars for the service and food.

Most crispy food ever had in Bangalore is in KFC with awesome taste. You get space for parking and beautiful surroundings

Certainly amongst one of the better KFCs in the city. Staff was professional, the food was fresh and the right amount of spices made it scrumptious!

On top of this, it was clean and not crowdy at all. It's a quiet place, situated right besides the Cunningham Road. Good experience overall!

Understaffed dirty floors and tables too late service and taste is too bad one of the worst KFC outlets

The counter guy added extra cheese and fries to my bill without asking me! That increased my bill amount!

Not that quality n rate is also compared earlier n now is too high.

Too much waiting time and no response to customers and don't care attitude was shown by the employees there

Here’s the thing about this place -
the customer service is horrible and you have to wait for a maximum of half an hour or more to receive your food. The staff in the kitchen are disorganised and constantly keep arguing with each other over orders and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It’s time to get in a new staff for this KFC for sure. Apart from that, the seating place isn’t up to par as well but it’s not entirely inconvenient but I would take a takeaway over eating in any day.

Last time when we bought the chicken pieces were small. So I told them to put decent pieces. But again I got small pieces. Since it was a take away I could not complain immediately.

KFC Cunningham road branch. I ordered worth of 341 rupees items. I have paid through phonepay app in the branch which they stiked QR code in counter. I got the confirmation from phone pay amount has been deducted and also i got order I'd. But sale person is telling they haven't received the money. And I have paid again same amount. And they told me you raise compliant on phone pay customer care. Phone pay replied that they got the confirmation from KFC they have received the money and transaction I'd and pls contact KFC to refund the money
Again i have visited the KFC branch and i showed the order I'd and transaction I'd. They are telling they have not got the money. They are not giving proper response also. Please dont do phonepay app money in the KFC. Really bad.am showing all proofs but they are not refund the money.

It's really dirty and the management is not the best and the required to wait before you get your food is long, but other than that it's pretty good.

Poor delivery management, hygiene not as per std of KFC.no proper token system no matter how soon u order the one who hand over the bill gets first. You need stand near the counter and ask beg him to do it early, but 4 stars for KFC taste, love it.
