I felt the taste of food very poor in this outlet it's very sad to visit Rajajinagar branch

We takeaway chichen wings, leg peace, chicken popcorn and fries toady Evening apart from fries rest all were smelling we could not eat.worst

The quality of food is deteriorated and the staff needs more training. I am a frequent KFC customer. I would love to see some improvement

Had a bad experience in KFC and no staff was taking any responsibilty towards my complaint.

While ordering food on 22/08/2023 transaction was success but did not receive any orders even after my payment was successful.my amount was deducted and the staff who was working in KFC denied aftr showing transaction.

Till now i did not get my money back. Called many times to KFC no response
Please take immediate action on this.

Worst franchise at Modi hospital.chicken is not fresh. Two times same experience. We tried smokey and hot wings both are really worst. Please look into it

One of the worst hygienic I can say, flies was everywhere and not cleaned the used tables.

I ordered once take out and i didn't get coke.
Went back for it and they apologized for thier mistake, gave one popcorn chicken. It was a gud response from employees of kfc

They have two self help kiosk for placing orders. My order was ready in 5 mins. The place is big enough to accommodate a lot of people

First of All service is too bad!
Tables won't clean on-time and cleaning is not proper!

Worst service I ordered home delivery and waited more than 45 min to get the order when it’s just 5 away from my place

Pls close this restaurant. One of the worst KFC chicken gets served here. None of the items are served hot. Im a great fan of chicken strips. After having a piece of the same here. It made me felt disgusted. Never buy chicken hit and crispy here. If u buy. U will hate KFC chicken forever in your life. Chicken are not cleaned properly. They dont even clean the rray also for while serving to customers. The paper they use above tray stinks like chemical.
First of all. Let the staff clean their clothes before working. U will never order if u see their clothes.

Location was good.chicken was nice.but taking more charges for dips and all.they don't have crushers here.but gave some chat mixed juice.it was not good.and cleaning service is too bad.especially hand washing area.giving 4 star only for food

Luckily it was not that crowded. However since they are short staffed the order took a while. But it's Finger Lickin Good

Food was not hot & in burger there is no added good ingredients! Can make better what it was served for me!

Staff were busy playing with each other rather than attending the customers, they took almost 15 mins to attend after arriving at the counter.

Insufficient staff, very worst hygiene, tables not clean hand wash not clean, taste really gone very low, price gone up. Not worth visiting.

Worst service one can ever receive in any KFC. Staffs are rude but good at multitasking as same person who takes order cleans the table.

Worst service from KFC. The employees refused to provide extra ketchup even after I was ready to pay for it. They don't know anything about Customer satisfaction. KFC is losing its name.

food is good but the staff they are taking more than one hour for preparing food, they don't have mask also, not maintaing social distance, not cleaning the hands properly thay have long nails

I have ordered unlimited savings bucket and a large popcorn bt the chicken was not at all good. It's the worst KFC v ve been and experienced. The taste is lyk yaaaakkk n chicken is very hard kind of rotten. Never gonna visit this place again.

Kitchen management is very very bad gone for a job vacancy in 1st day they are not teaching rather than that they are getting very angry in a single thing that we are doing, don't go for there job please (these is not my profession I am a medical student gone for part time job the people inside there thinking that I am a begger, treating like that wrost experience ever)

The absolute worst outlet. Missed items in order, entered random items into the bill and tastes nothing like KFC. Would never recommend this outlet to anyone, not even my enemies.

I'm order in KFC but my order is failed and payment is successful. And before three months back now amount is not refund what is the problem

Ordered for pop corn rice bowl with chicken wings. The taste wasn't upto mark. And also felt uncomfortable because there was no proper water facilities even to wash hands.

I ordered Ultimate savings bucket, popcorn rice bowl and 2pcs smoky red chicken through Swiggy. But when I received it, I see ultimate savings bucket as ultimate loss box.

No bucket, no pepsi, no dips, only 1 hot & crispy chicken. Poor processing by KFC Basaveshwaranagar and Swiggy.

If u complain in swiggy, they say we cannot go forward with your claim. I think they cannot easily identify we having missing pepsi bottle, etc from our pic.

I got response from each one of them. Now both KFC and Swiggy want to avoid themselves from their mistake, each one complaining on the other. I wouldn't suggest anybody from this outlet. Worst experience

Food was good but service is very very bad we taken the zinger box in that wings are missing no tissues has been given no souce given and no proper response

Since it's near to our college we usually brunch or dine here. For the last 2 times the food really sucked not worth the price compared to other kfc centres. It would be great if they improve the customer services.

Wednesdays are meant for KFC and the offers are ammazing. I love the chicken and the dips they give with it. ️

I had very bad experience with rajajinagar KFC, if you will go after 9.30pm sure we won't get fresh stuff, it's not one day feedback I observed more than 5 to 10 times

I order 3 hazelnut ice cream. These people serve me 2 hazelnut and 1 amond ice cream. This is unprofessional behaviour. The staff is rude, they did not provide me tissue paper. I hate this KFC store.

Such a wonderful place to hang out with friends.and the popcorn chicken are the best.the spice they for that is really good and tasty

Awesome service. Place to visit again and again with family n friends. Nice music. Great staff and lovely environment to have food with great deal of comfort. Love to go again n again to KFC. Chicken I m loving it
