KFC

Good atmosphere and tasty food.but service isn't up to the mark. They took a long time to serve one burger and coke even though there were only a few customers.

I actually tried their new double chicken roll and I’m honestly super disappointed! The chicken was good, crispy and well seasoned but there wasn’t enough sauce and the roll itself was rolled in a parota like the Kerala parota and I’m not sure if that’s a good idea. The roll was very dry and needed some more sauce. The parota was also pretty dry and didn’t have enough oil. They just had onions inside and not in a great quantity either. No good garnish inside the roll either. Overall an average roll.

I advise folks to bring their cards because the QR code function on this particular joint is useless. My account was debited, but it didn't register in their order registry,  so I requested a refund. According to them,  the money will be automatically deposited to my bank account within that week. However it never happened.

Food is not fresh, when I ask for feedback they said i will get a link after one hour but no link after 2 days. Better avoid this place

COVID-19 Safety protocols not at all being followed here. Just one bottle of sanitizer that too is not working. Social distancing is no where to be seen other than stickers on the tables. Also, there is no hygiene, tables are left uncleaned and mosquitos flying around. About food, the new dip they have introduced is amazing but not satisfied with the other orders that we place, I have had better kfc.

I got to see ignorance from staff members to take my order, nd fries was like yesterday's given.

Service was bad but the worker's are very friendly and the meal was good so I think a 3 suits it well

Food was good, stinking place and all tables with Dump no clearance by them, unfortunately there were no one to inform, cashier made us to wait, even though food is ready in there hot rack. Unfortunately I have to wait and ask for the food.

Visited with family there was not much crowded and nice seating places, all crispy chicken and smoky is very tasty

Very bad experience.they have totally degraded the quality. I had ordered for 2 crispy kfc chicken of ur choice along with other orders. I specified the choice. Still they gave me a small piece and said that's only the big piece.never experienced such in any other outlet of kfc. Very dissatisfied.

Worst hygien maintained, hand washroom in pathetic conditon.bones are all over the floor down the table and non responsive staffs.when the visible places are so unhygienic I wonder about the kitchen.worst experience

Pathetic hygiene, it was worst than a fish market, saw bones lying on the floor, floor was wet and daughter fell slipped as well. Try and avoid going this KFC

Food was really bad, not a good attitude from female cashier, cleanliness is not maintained. Decided not to go back to that place again.

First of all place is so unhygienic and not clean at all. It is task to ask staff and make it clean as they are so irresponsible and arrogant. Also when asked about AC since it is more hot out there.they told covid as reason. Also chicken is not boiled well. Utterly disappointed by the service provided

The food was really bad, the insides were almost black. And there was no seasoning. Pepsi and dip was good though.

Unable to track the delivery guy and no one is picking up the call since the time I received the delivery SMS. It is ridiculous and such a reputed restaurant is least bothered about the customers n their needs. Wondering my order will be delivered or not today.

Horrible delivery service by KFC Royal Meenakshi Mall branch. They are always late. Delivers cold food. And when you call the restaurant they don’t pick up. Pathetic service.

Terrible service. Order denied by Mr. Anand stating that burger buns were not available despite availability. Bad management by Mr. Shivakumar. Order accepted only upon further insistence. Would not recommend in terms of customer service.

In meenatchi mall best place for a quick bite. Taste as usual great as of KFC franchise and best staff support. Wide variety of menu with good ambiance to spend time

From this restaurant, first time I bought take away home and didn't like the quality at all. KFC Taste is terrible, Chicken taste rotten or may be very old stock. French fries are complete dehydrated and cannot chew, one of the worst experience. My children had already eaten this, if any thing goes bad I am going to file a case against KFC with FSSAI. I would not recommend this restaurant, please be careful.

I love it. KFC is a international brand.people demand for same food.i ralay like KFC food from past many years same food taste they have maintained.coustumer service should be improved

I keep on making the mistake of going to KFC knowing that there is a huge chance the food will be bad. The Meenakshi mall outlet in particular is pathetic, no air-conditioning and dubious quality of chicken.

Nice one, i took double down 5-in-1 box, that was nice even double down burger was big compare to any other kfc, location is also nice and space is more to sit there, must try if you are in electronics city phase 1

It is situated at Royal Meenakshi Mall. After movie you can fill stomach here till 11 PM, it has always huge crowd which make so annoying. If the KFC could increase the counters and make server a bit more faster then I guess this Spot can fill the chicken lover’s stomach. It has ground floor and the first floor to seat and have your meal.

I visited this place many times but now after a long i have been there in KFC.

We ordered 1bucket of fried chicken.they served chicken in very fresh way.i really liked it.
1 Chicken longer burger: it was just yum.it was so long comparison then normal burger.
Nice ambience, friendly staff & good service.
