Pathetic. Over-billed for items not even asked for. Poor taste. Probably one of the worst fast food joint I have visited in recent times.

Chicken burger had stale chicken patty which was rock hard and some portion already turned black.
Avoid ordering from KFC BELLANDUR.

Fries and chicken in a burger is very dry, want to throw them in the garbage but didn't want to waste food.

The Excutive is very rood who was warring black t shirt over der I carrier’s children’s for kfc very rood behaviour and food was good but we not interested to sit their aftr his reaction and their was zomoto guy was waiting he was reacted v badly with him also.

KFC always the best. Their chicken zinger and crispy is just amazing. Best place to buy burgers.

Worst Service by Managers. Only one cup Water they gave. When I am asking for one more cup they refused I don't know for what reason they said that no water available

I've ordered KFC burger and hot n crispy from swiggy which was sent from this place.it was a pathetic experience.the burger smell was horrible the bun was old the vegetables added was rotten the chicken was hard and not fresh at all. Also the two chicken piece was too small.it taste like they've been keeping for so long and just refried.the meat supposed to be render but it was all dried up.we didn't even eat quarter of the amount.what a waste of time and money. I request you to focus on the quality since your price are too high. I don't expect this horrible experience from KFC

Very worst sales person in counter who tried to cheat us by adding extra things we haven't ordered and they have not provided the full bill also.

Yesterday we ordered 2 plate 4 pieces hot and crispy and took home. When we reached home we realised that they gave us uncooked chicken. Had to through out everything and our money was wasted. We went to this KFC in Bellandur center Mall.

Update: I sent them an email as you mentioned below. They said they will look into it. That's it. I haven't heard from them. May be that's all they do. Keep looking into the matter until customer is frustrated and forgets what happened.

Ordered through Swiggy today with order no 88954771352 for 5 leg pieces as per the menu. Unfortunately they have not given a single leg piece. This is they way they pack food through Swiggy. This is continuously happening for other products but didn’t though despite paying for specific menu how can they change. Disgusting people

Today we order for combos of super 6in1 we have received only chicken 3pic and not received bull as well plz dont order they are cheating

We ordered through swiggy combo package was opened the chicken was not good we told delivery guy to take it's open that to not good pack he never vision and through6the pack and went. I called up customer care people not giving proper response plz don't order from swiggy they not giving good service. U may get corona from the deliver guys be safe

Hi plz dont have kfc chicken it's very bad smell people are not giving proper help to customer. Children are dono about this smell but they are having after we check we came to know plz dont go for kfc it's in Bellandur

Worst experience here.they over charged me with the combo price when I ordered a single item.they refused to give a bill until i insisted.when I enquired they tried to give lame excuses.they even purposefully print blank lanes on the reciept that no one give the feedback in feedkfcback.
