These people bill the meal components separately without alerting you rather than making a bill of meal or box. They responded that they don't have a meal Box when I asked. Yet, they will provide the same dishes that they serve at meals. For the same items, you will ultimately spend more. It can be a routine ruse.

Pathetic service, i ordered a classic zinger box, got very few fries and the burger was also made of full broken bread

Pathetic service, I placed an order, it was marked as delivered after 1 hour without delivery. This store always has problems with delivery.

I have ordered 10 strips from KFC and got only 1 - 2 cm length small pieces insted of proper strips. I spent 650 rupees for that order and got some small pieces not even for of 100 rupees. That was a cheating by KFC and no ethics followed. When you do not have the item available, please dont take order instead of cheating customers like this.that too in night hours.
Also the item i received was cold like kept it in refrigerator.

Veg Zinger was given without the base bread, it was changed though but pathetic. No souce was given inside one veg Zinger while on other one it was there. Don't know why you have different filling for same order. Overall bad experience

Got acute Colitis after having burger from this KFC outlet 2 weeks back. Still not recovered!

Cheating customers. Boneless strips have become chicken popcorn. I ordered 6 pieces of breast by paying extra in that choice of piece, they gave small thigh pieces. Fooling customers

What kind of nonsence behaviour is this KFC employee ask my phone and rated 5 star without my permission. Management do something I went there to pick up my order and the rude lady without my permission rated it, I asked why you did this she told me to go otherwise I will cancel your order, It's bullying. Rating is for the people don't rate yourself. Non-acceptable behaviour.

It is in the food court of mall. You would like the taste if you like KFC food and the price are more or less same across all chains and they are reasonable. Sitting arrangement is not proper. No problem of queue and you get your food quickly

This is good in terms of service, food quality. But the seating arrangements are poor. The mall is under construction/revamp, so no proper seating for customers.
Also going after 9pm, there will be high chances that few items will go out of stocks. This happens usually
